Now that we have our objectives and our key results, now we can start to build initiatives or certain tasks that are related to the key results. And the key results are related to the objectives. So we can have oversight of every single quarter of the year and see exactly what tasks need to get done to achieve the key result. Now we can say if things don't get done, they can go into the next quarter, or potentially, it needs to be re thought of or reworked in terms of the percentage increase. But whatever it may be, you know, you have a task list already here tied to your key results tied to your objectives. And you can add in the task, you can check when it's completed. Anything that is completed, will then count to your okay our tracking. So if you have completed one, two or three of your particular initiatives to a key result, then you can save the progress here. And then if we go back to the initiatives, you can add attachment to notes, and see when it was created, who last modified it. And it's a really great way to have a overview of your task management and knowing that it is attached to your objectives for every single quarter and you're actually doing the tasks that are going to move your business forward. And you're going to be able to track that based on the OKR framework.
