Your sales pipeline works in the same way as the sales and bookings, it is pulling in the same data to be part of the monthly targets. So we're going to need to input the monthly payment plan for each month a payment is planned, a payment is made. And we need to make sure that the sale value is correct. But mainly this monthly value, that is what is going to pull in for February and for April, so say you booked them in February, or you're planning to book them in February because this is the pipeline, and then the last payment. So if it was 5050, which would be in this case is in April, then you can accurately see that against your monthly targets. The main thing you need to note here is the stages. And this is filtered by wherever you are in the sales process. And you can completely edit these to the particular stages that you have in your sales process. But if you are planning to pitch people for particular services, if you have marketing qualified leads, so people that depending on what a marketing qualified lead means to your business, if they're coming in through your website, downloading a particular download, or an ebook or a workshop, whatever it may be, you can actually accurately put in here as a sales pipeline when you want to follow up with them or where they are in the next stage of the process. Another thing that you could put in here if you wanted to add another field in to have anything in the long text. So if you wanted to add in notes around that particular example, then you could put it in that way. Now this particular table has an automation setup. So anytime you change this stage to closed, it's going to actually move this to sales and bookings because you have actually completed that you've closed the sale. So when that happens, a new record is created. And this has been set up so it will add in their name, the month of the payment plan as you've put in the sales pipeline in that table, and it will show the total sale value and the monthly value as well. So it will create a new record once you have closed that and it will be removed from this view. So then you can see all of your open opportunities and you can see all of the sales that you want, but this will also be pulled through to your sales and bookings. So anything in the monthly targets is accurate.
