Hi, friends, I'm Tim Villegas from the Maryland Coalition for inclusive education. And you're listening to a bonus episode of thinking inclusive. It's nearly the end of 2023. And so for a few minutes, I'd like for us to have some reflection time. Something I learned early on in my teaching career was to periodically pause and think about what things are going really well, and what things I can improve on. So if you haven't thought about it yet, here is your chance. And if you aren't an educator, all of this still applies. What is going really well right now? And what is one thing you can improve on as we turn the page to 2024? For me, I've had an exceptionally rewarding year. I've finished inclusion stories, I was fortunate enough to be part of a group called inclusion today, which received funding from the Educating All Learners Alliance for a communications campaign around inclusive education. I'll tell you more about that as we go through the project this year, I met so many, many folks that are moving inclusive education forward in their own context. So what could I improve on in 2024? I'd like to focus on hearing from y'all more. Do you have a topic that you'd like for us to cover on thinking inclusive or maybe in one of our MCIE resources? If you do, email me at T V. ageist at MCIE e.org. That's T V i l l e g A S. I want to know what's important to you. And I'm so so grateful for all of you who listen every week. It is still so wonderful to hear from listeners about their favorite episodes and how they've impacted you. I appreciate every single one of you. Okay, that's it. That's all I got. Thanks. Happy Holidays, and have a very, very happy new year.
