If you were born enough, more than enough, and you want to really, really connect with that. So when you think of your goal, just start to visualise Who is she? Who is that person?

Hi, friends, it's time for another episode of Bite Size bio hacks where I'm going to be diving further into the Insights section of my shift protocol. And just talking a little bit more about journaling, because the podcast episode that I recently put out with Dr. Amanda O'Reilly, the founder of worthy ones has proved super popular, I have had so much feedback from you as listeners on that episode. If you're listening to this, and you haven't listened to it already, definitely head back and have a listen. I think people got so many takeaways from it, and really how to build your sense of inner self worth and confidence. And so what I wanted to do today is really just dive into some of the questions and topics we discussed there to help you as much as I can. Because I think just sitting down and journaling on these things is so, so helpful. And just giving yourself the space and time to really free ride and connect with the inner you. Now when we're looking at manifesting, one of the most important things is to connect with our future self, because to bring our dreams into reality is the future version of ourselves that is going to do that. But we're going to do that by conscious creation in the present moment. So moment by moment. And often what we need to do is to let go of the old self let go of any, any kind of trauma that we've built up that has lowered our sense of self worth, because you were born worthy. And recognising that and connecting with that is really, really fundamental to your success in your relationships, and life and business and health in anything really, that you want to manifest. And so there are really three key principles to understand when you're looking at manifestation. The first is that you, you really want to be clear on what it is that you want. So what that goal is, and you want to let any kind of restrictions that you might place on yourself fall away at this point. So just thinking about what it is that you truly want to achieve. And you can just pick one area of your life. Often, you'll end up picking the biggest area that kind of impacts and ripples on into many other areas of your life. But I would pick one thing that you really want to manifest. And then the next stage, once you've become clear on that is to really start to understand why you want it. This is super key. Now when you ask yourself that question why? What will often happen is that your kind of subconscious mind will protect you a little bit and you'll end up skirting around the issue and sort of sidestepping it. So that's why I always encourage my clients to ask this, why seven times. So why do you want to achieve that goal? And what you'll find is, is that as you go deeper on this, so with each answer, the way to do this as your first answer, as I say is likely to be a little bit superficial. But when you've answered that first one, then you look at what you've written and ask yourself why. So it's why in relation to that response. And then when the next response comes, it's why again, now genuinely take around seven to get to the bottom of why you really, really want to achieve this goal. And that y is what's going to drive you and propel you forward is what's going to help you take action on the days that you don't feel like it and to connect with that future version of you that achieves it. And so once you've got your goal and your why the third step in this process is to clarify who it is that you need to become. Because what got you here won't get You There. So your current reality is based on your previous actions that you've taken in your life. And so to create your the new goal, the new life that you're looking to bring in, you need to decide on who it is that you need to become and to get really, really clear on that. And this is where the intersection of your self worth is so important. Because what you can find is that as part of this process, you begin to block yourself, because you don't believe in on some level, that you deserve it. And that's why I want to say again and remind you that you absolutely do and that you are worthy. You were born enough, more than enough and you want to really, really connect with that. So when you think of your goal, just start to visualise Who is she who is that person that achieves these amazing things in their life? What does she look like? How does she what's her posture? Like? How does she speak? What's the cadence of her talk?
Her expression, how does she show up each day with her her thoughts and really, really connect with that future version of you. And as part of that process, it can be really helpful to also think, what does she need to let go of? Or what did she need to let go off to step into her future self. And that's where if you have some previous kind of patterning, or thoughts around unworthiness, those are the things that as part of this process, you want to gently let go of. And so through that process, you can really establish your your North Star, if you like. So you understand the goal that you're looking to achieve your why behind that goal and go deep on this, as I say, with at least seven why's, and then thinking about this future version of you that you need to become. And you need to become that person in the present moment. You need to step into her before you can start to create that reality, because people often get this bit the wrong way around, we need to be, and then do to have what we want. Whereas often we can kind of get it confused and think well, when I have this, which is the kind of I'll be happy when scenario, when I have this, I'll do these things, and then I'll, I'll really be that person. Whereas in reality, actually, you need to become it first. And that is about really consciously creating what you want in your life. And some of the things that Amanda and I spoke about, can really help I think in this regard to let go of any sort of imprinting that you have from previous childhood experiences, for example, the feelings that you don't have that self worth, or that this is for other people, and it isn't for you. And Amanda posed some very, very powerful questions in that episode. So one of the first questions you can think about asking yourself is What do I believe about myself? And just as I say, just let the stream of consciousness flow, as you're answering these questions. And then when you have what you believe about yourself, you can then ask a second question, what evidence or experiences led me to believe this, and what evidence is there to support this, because remember, those beliefs that you have may have served you at some level. And your subconscious may be trying to protect you from things, but they may no longer be serving you. And so you want to be able to let go of those. And something that's a really powerful thing to do is to look for the good in everything. So we're not for those experiences, things could be very different. So what was the what was the good in those experiences? How have you grown as a result of them, because we all have challenges and things that happen in our lives. But it's about understanding that we are on a growth journey, or in the school of life. So where did you grow as a result of that? And then thinking about what aspects Do you want to embody as your future self? And what do you need to let go off to be the best version of you? If you have some kind of challenging thoughts as part of this process, then you want to challenge the evidence that there is to support that. So you can write down, you know, what is it when you're when you're going through that process of what do I believe about myself? There are negative things that come up, then you can ask yourself, what evidence is there to support the opposite?
And a really powerful one that Amanda said on the podcast was, is that thoughts are true? And who would I be? Without that thought? Who would I be without that thought? And who can I be? And what can I manifest. Without that for thought? Is that's really, really powerful. And it will just help you to dissolve and let go of these things. Sometimes there are people that we connect with those thoughts. Maybe they have criticised us, for example, as we were growing up, and made us feel on unworthy. But remember that now you have your adult mind on you, people can only really make you feel a certain way if you accept and allow it. So it can be useful to just close your eyes and actually go back to the experience that you had as a child in that situation, and recall it and then step into your shoes sort of become the observer. And this is very effective when it's done in hypnosis. And to sort of step outside and look at yourself as that child and think about what would you say to yourself now as the adult looking at the child, and when that person made that comment. They were making it with their current level of consciousness. So what were they thinking at the time and what were they trying to impart to you because it isn't always negative. Sometimes those things were well intended. but they didn't have the result that was wanted. And then you can kind of go back and sort of free that person, forgive what happened and let go of those beliefs, because they're not you. This is old conditioning. And what you want to create now is your future self so that you can really step into the most powerful version of you, and to manifest exactly what you want in life. And then you can look at becoming that version of you. And the reason I say becoming because we never truly arrived, because we're always going to be becoming becoming better 1% better every single day. And then you can go back to last week's episode, when I talk about the things I journalize a journal on daily basis, because one of those a few of those questions are, who do I want to be today? You know, how do I want to show up, and then at the end of the day, I will give myself an alignment score, so that I can see was I acting in alignment with myself, you know, as a parent, to my children, as a business owner, as a coach, as a podcast hosts for my listeners, so you can check in with yourself.
