Good, good good because they're super helpful and they offer a lot of clarity on quite a few things that I've been asked. So I think it will be awesome. Yay. All right, well then let's go ahead and jump right in so we can get through as much as possible hope everyone is having an amazing start to February. It's already the ninth February is a short month and I manage a couple of sales teams and one sales a killer felt like it's too short of a month to for us to hit our goal. And they like just gave up on like day one. And I think it's really important. We talked about the mindset of like counting the days in the month and trying to hit goals and all of these things is like, it doesn't matter if there's 20 or 25 Selling days, like you can do it right. And if you set yourself up No, I'm not recording that would be helpful. recording in progress, I'm gonna start my pump up over again, so it's recording. All right, everybody, I want to talk about the mindset and your beliefs over hitting your goals when you're approaching a month. Like February that has less selling days than other months, right? So there's 20 Selling days and February. Anybody else count them? Well, if you do Monday through Friday, the weekends are different, whatever I do Monday through Friday, and so that's 20 business days for selling but most of you I know take the entire month and probably some of you actually sell mostly over the weekends. So when you are counting your days of how many opportunities I have, like don't it's great to know that so you know that your productivity needs to be maybe different on certain days. So when I look at a short month, like I still need to have X amount of sales conversations to hit my goals. So that means that I need to have more sales conversations each day to hit the same goal and a shorter month. Like that's the way you approach a short month. What you do not do when you approach a short month is off, give up. Forget it. I'm never going to hit my goal. There's not enough days that will literally cut you off at the knees every single month like that right? And then also like December has like a ton of buns a ton of days, right? But like you might want to spend more time with your families. So your ACTIVE SELLING days are going to be different. So being just sitting down on the first of the month or the last week, a week of the month prior and just knowing like these are how many days I have to sell and I either need to increase or you know you can decrease your conversations based on what your goals are. Okay? So it doesn't matter how many months or how many days are in the month. Let's just work on managing our time and our intentions and you can be ultra ultra successful so thumbs up in the chat if you like that approach. Because limiting mindset won't get you anywhere. So expansive, abundant, like let's go for it. Right. Okay. Fantastic. I'm done with my soapbox, and we're going to jump into the actual conversations that were submitted. All right, so the first one that we have is from Nate and Nate. I know that you can't make these times live but I love recording these for you so that you can listen them to them later. So I hope that you like that as well. All right. I help statements I help parents frustrated and afraid that eating healthy means abandoning foods they love to create simple health habits that bring peace and joy to food. Love it. Okay, cool. And you are selling juice plus, so what did you do? Well, conversation flow nicely got to my point fairly quickly got just past the connection stage. Where would you like support? I know my product can help her in her situation. But I've also felt my I help statement. My hubs had not connection to the problem we were solving so I'm not sure how to go about the conversation. When they feel might be I may invite a little weaker Okay. As of today, no reply. Other notes I know I should have used her first name and the message lol Okay, that's funny. Also, the conversation started as she had a post about her recovery and slowly getting back into running and going to PT after ankle injuries. I know. I have known her to always be an avid runner for a long time. So the post was surprising for me to hear about that. Great. All right. So let's see here. Congrats. On your recovery. didn't knew you're working through that and explains why I wasn't seeing all your running posts. I thought maybe you were just traveling too much to be running anymore. Will you be starting up again? So first of all, great job like with an open ended question. At the end. I haven't been doing much for three years now. I have a nerve issue in my heel and I'm going back to physical therapy but I'm training for a 10 miler that used to be an easy run but I'm building back up Oh, that's too bad. Oh, my rains it pours right. I'll keep the keep the heel on prayer for you. Is it challenging getting back into the swing of it? It's difficult because I'm out of shape. And I know I used to easily run 12 miles and now I'm running to Oh, that's so frustrating. I'm doing well. It's set sacraments season so I've been working a lot plus the limits of homeschooling personally have been flirting with the idea if the kids are old enough for me to try and get back into marathon shape yet or not. It's hard to determination for sure. I think shape thing you were you were talking about. I used to have that issue where I would go for a simple run on being sore all day and kind of like me and rescue him for the day. I hear you I started working on a treadmill to get my cardio fitness back up. My legs used to be running okay. This is where you This is where you got me I can do the treadmill if I have to but I hate it. And I never seem to make it far on a treadmill. Do you think you'll get back anywhere close to her you see oh I hate the treadmill but I hate running outside in dark more. I would like to run another marathon but it's enormous time commitment and I'm not sure my Achilles can handle it. I have run a marathon and wow yeah if anything is wrong with your body that is difficult. I hate the treadmill Okay, that's the same thing. I hate the cold. Alright, perfect. Um, let's see here. Oh, wait, we're okay. Hold on. We're done. I understand. I hate the cold which often comes with the dark more than I hate the treadmill. Well, I'm curious what I'm curious. I might. I'm curious. I think you know what I do with juice plus and nutrition. If I showed you how I could help you have more confidence in your body's ability to handle the miles can be running like that again. Would you be able to have a conversation? Okay, Nate first thing I'm gonna say is I'm proud of you for getting out there and doing this. You did a fantastic, fantastic job up to this point. Okay. This is where things went wrong. And I am giving you this feedback. Out of a place of love and encouragement. What happens here is we have to be super careful with the way that we say things. Okay, so I feel like so I feel like there was a huge jump here from like, hey, yeah, we're running marathons to Hey, by the way, I know you lack confidence in your body, and I'm here to fix it. That is a huge psychological transition. Because that's essentially what you're saying right? Like she never said she wasn't competent in and we were selling Juice Plus you're not selling something that's going to fix her Achilles. Right? Like you're not selling a wrap for her ankle, which would make more sense in this type of positioning, right? You're getting her body maybe up to a cardiovascular shape, but she's dealing with a physical problem. So and yes, she has to get her heart back up to be able to run that type of thing. Like I get that positioning, but this was way too big of a jump. And so what I would have said at this point to help you with some feedback, is okay, so I'm not sure your Achilles can handle that so I would have gone so is it just your Achilles that you feel like you can't keep up or are you feeling cardiovascularly? A little strange as well? Okay, because Juice Plus is not going to fix her kids. Okay, the doctor PT arap is going to surgery, maybe we'll fix her Achilles. The secondary concern is her cardiovascular health, which I believe that's the connection you're trying to make with juice plus here. And so that is important to qualify that so if she hits back and says yeah, that's my other concern. It's like even if I fix my Achilles, I'm gonna be training for eight or 10 months again, just to get my like cardiovascular health backup to be able to perform at that level. Then you can say, Well, did you know that XY and Z can help you improve that and even if you're not working out right now, like, it can also help you work on that while you are healing. That's a way more powerful transition into talking about your products, okay? And if she knows about to slow sprays, if she doesn't, no big deal, so I would lead with the transformation of using juice products before, right before you even say Juice Plus, even if she knows it. The other thing is, is that yeah, I'm gonna leave it at that. I think that's the best feedback for right now. So if I could get a little I know that Nate's not here so but I deal really well off feedback in the chat so it does ever feel like that was really good feedback for me. And if you learned something from that, I would love to know that as well. All right, we are going to jump into the next conversation.
Okay, so Nate has two stations submitted so I'm gonna go to the second one. After
excuse me, Michelle, interrupt you but I had a question with that previous example. Is there a way for him to salvage the conversation or should he let it go?
That's a great you know what, I'll go back that's thank you for going in there. So let's go salvage the conversation. I like that idea. Okay. All right. So the way to salvage this is to start back in the beginning, unfortunately, because this I mean, and this conversation was submitted a while ago, so Nate, you may have already done this, but what I would do is when you miss step like this the best way to go back is to start back over and rapport. Wait for another post. Wait for another comment. The thing I love about social media selling is that and this may be Yeah, this looks like it's Facebook. So the best way to handle this wait till she does another story again, and like light hearted and restart the conversation over again, and then start to gear the conversation back to cardiovascular health versus trying to heal the Achilles with juice plus, so a way that you could do that is let's say she posts like her Achilles is getting better say, oh my gosh, I'm so excited to see your Achilles. Getting better. Like are you feeling like your, your hearts keeping up with it? Because I know from the past that, you know, even if my body's feeling good, if my heart's not keeping up is that it becomes very challenging. So that's how I would lead back into this and redirect the conversation back. So Thank you Janice. for that question. That was a great question. And I appreciate you being bold and just asking. Our right so that is what I would do there. And anytime. Anytime you're like, ooh, shoot, mess that one up, right because we all do it. I want you to go back and reengage and start the conversation over and do it again. That is the best way you have to repair record before you can move forward. Because rapport and trust was lost here with this message, so you need to regain it. Okay, so I'm gonna go back to Nate second question. After I get through everyone's to make sure that I could get through everyone's and make sure we have time. Okay. Okay, we have jazz Russo.
Oh, yay, injustice here. So Whoo. A foam. All right. I hope busy moms who feel hopeless with their health gain control, build self confidence and enjoy the process of getting and staying healthy.
Okay.
Business I help busy working moms who feel overextended, create their own work schedule, reignite passion and purpose to be fully present. With those she loves. Ooh, that's powerful. Okay. Optavia transformation system. What do you do? Well, what did you do? Well continue building a relationship. Where would you like support I finally was able to give her there's some people in the waiting room let me let them in. I was I finally was able to give her to give by sorry, I finally was able for her to give me a problem to solve. Awesome. I will take care of me, but her husband had just deployed the day before so timing was not appropriate. Ferrant. You got it. Yeah, definitely. You need to understand if it's appropriate. See her what was the final outcome still in the conversation phase? Please add screenshot. Okay, yeah, that's me. Okay. Perfect. Hey, Jessica. As you know, I have been on an incredible health journey and not only has changed my life physically, but also mentally and even financially. I began to create a pretty nice sized business and I'm looking for more partners. I have loved connecting with you on Facebook and you've been on my heart. I love to hop on a call to share your party. We looks like I'm for you. Is this something of you? I'd love Connect. I love connecting with you again to I don't think I'm interested right now. We're supposed to move again this summer. So my life is crazy and getting crazier than it already was. Where are you moving to? We don't know yet. Yeah, that's the part. That's a tough life. I feel for everyone who moves every three years doing that. We've been waiting on the army to tell us in September. Oh, man, that's tough. Do you have any idea where you're hoping for? Well, we thought we had two jobs lined up back in Fort Gordon and Augusta, Georgia where we plan to retire in two to three years away. But a mid market review dropped both those jobs so we went back to the drawing board. It's looking like we'll go to Colorado Springs or Oh, or South Korea. Wow. And I will stay here in Kansas with the kids. Wow. Yes, that's big. Okay, we did we found out that we're moving to Colorado Springs. That's okay. Yeah, timing is horrible. Okay. Elise is not Korea. That would have been my response to
wait, they Oh, wait, oh, we're back in 2022. Okay. We kind of get back up to where the recent conversations have been. I didn't even notice 2022 Okay. I was like quarantine what happened
first of all, good job is staying connected to somebody for that long. To start here
did you ever find that helper for when Michael deploys it's actually been warm this week. Christmas 57 Did it Oh wow. Do you love the do kids love the snow they do. The snow here is different than we got used to in Kansas is dry and powdery. And so just blows around and doesn't stick together? Well for snowman or snowballs. Okay, hey there I saw 2023 has started off pretty much where you left 2022 I would love to do the study with you. Please send me your information and accountability. Of course today's a great day to start. I just finished day one. I would like to read the Bible recap with Terra Cabo with yo. Hey, Jessica, how are you holding up? Tam Okay, yesterday and last night were the hardest. I saw that you were dealing with sick kids. Did you ever find that helper? Oh good. They're gonna need an Au Pair tomorrow. Fantastic. It's nice knowing that she'll be here soon. Right now. I'm just focused on what we need to get done today. Then tomorrow and the weekend. The rest will fall into place when it happens once we're in a rhythm with Anna. I'm hoping to have more time to focus on me. Great. Yes, it's important to take one day at a time for me it's helpful to have something to look forward to. Do you have a special activity planned or maybe getting kids together with the friend zone. Right now we're looking forward to Anna's arrival tomorrow. I've also brought their Shut up. I've also brought their shepherd back for a Valentine journey to help the kids. I'm trying to plan something for each month Michaels away so we have something to look forward to. Oh, that's cool. So maybe you can create a scrapbook with all your monthly adventures. How did you meet Ana? I thought about a scrapbook some kinds of kids do we have to start a deployment all and I have pictures on there too. Okay, oh yeah. I use cultural pair to when I had an au pair but it did not work out. She lasted a month and I was like take her back. So Oh, well. I love that. I'm going to add these under the map. Okay, great. All right. So it sounds like you're fantastic at keeping in contact with people that may be amazing business partners for you and I believe that you're probably most likely considering having her become a partner versus selling products to her and so with this, so she's literally just getting settled with an au pair and as someone that I know how hard that is. It definitely doesn't save you any time for the first few months and you're just training and really assimilating the family to it. So what I think where I would go from here to try and try and transition and identify if she even has a problem that she wants solved, right? And I think that that is going to be a big thing for her. And because if there's no problem solved, and literally all she's focusing on is the au pair and getting settled with that it's going to be difficult to position the business and just just give me a thumbs up if you you're you are positioning the business not products Correct. Or you can take yourself off the mic, whatever you prefer. Oh either. Okay, great.
Can you hear me? I can. Okay, good. Yeah, so I just couldn't identify a problem. I just know I wanted her to be in my life. So identify a problem until she finally said, well, then I'll take care of me.
Right. And what is the I don't know that much about the Optavia transformation system is a weight loss or
it is it is meal replacement, with this system of dealing with healthy habits and learning for long term health so that it's just you it's not it's a it's a combination between meal replacements and prepared meals. And, but then you know, building habits to be able to keep the weight off, right.
That's awesome. I love that. Okay, so we'll try to get to her then I love that you're trying she's gonna focus on herself. I would ask her this question. I would say I would continue the conversation into so I wouldn't was the state of the last one. When did the Au Pair arrive? February 2, okay, great. So I would give it like a day or two follow up with her because that means like the au pair, I think the Au Pairs mean like the next day so the au pair should be there, right? Is there Yes. Okay. Awesome. So, I would start get to this, I would start to transition to this. So when you have Ana and the au pair, like what are you hoping she takes off your plate? Because we want to start going down the path of like and positioning like it's time for now. You? Right? Yes. And when she if she answers that I hope she'll say oh, you know, I want to work out or maybe I'll eat healthy and then say Do you find it challenging with your children and now an Au Pair eating differently to like prior to prioritize what goes on the plane?
really big thing I liked about my au pair she was a really good cook. I have seen the pictures already like she is cooking stuff are you know they're cooking together? Yeah so an au pair is someone who comes from another country that's usually I think they legally have to be less than 25 years old. So they're usually 18 to 25 they live in your home and you pay them like a really small fee because you also pay for their food and their housing transportation like you like what you would for your own like family member that living in your home. And you just have to be careful for if you ever select the right one because mine told me she was great at sports, which was something
I wanted. And then she showed up and she was the laziest person I've ever met in my life and there was no way she was ever going to play with my
kids. So it was like
bamboozling. But anyway, so but I know a lot of people have had
great success with their parents, but I personally do not. So that's what I would do. I would go and re enter the conversation about like, what are you hoping like the Au Pair takes off your plate? Okay, love that start
to position yourself.
Yeah, I love that. And my email went twice only because I wasn't sure if I sent it properly. So that's the same thing. Thanks for double checking. Okay. Oh, that's yours again. Is that yours? Yeah. Okay. No, wait. No, wait that I see. That's still
you is this. This is still yo
I think okay. All right. Awesome. times. I love all the messaging. Okay. All right. Next up, we have Hanner Regis the
I almost want to see if Hannah is here.
I'm here. Okay. are right. I help maturing women concerned about the aging process create a healthier lifestyle, which we can what they're already doing. What do you sell?
I sell healthier coffee
tea. Hot cocoa and energy drink with an herb called
Red Derma. Oh, it's a mushroom. Cool.
Okay, so it has natural toothpaste soap bars. Ooh, what's the travel service members only travel porta offering
generous discounts on accommodations and travel. Oh, that's cool.
Okay, cognitive health and wellness. Okay, and meal replacement. Okay, perfect. Okay. You gave them a free box of coffee wanted me to consume the coffee and experience its benefits Awesome.
Okay, the final outcome was a promise to buy a box of coffee and register as a retail customer on my website, but that never happened. Okay. The conversation started with him posting on Facebook. Early in the morning. It was around seven. We were both commenting on posts. Not sure if it was not sure if it was his post. I
asked him what he was doing up so really explained about the accident which left him in
a lot of pain. So I asked if you've ever thought about natural remedies, and this was a summary of what happened.
Okay. Thank you for all the context.
Mike, I need to know how you drink your coffee black or with cream and sugar black straight up, need an address perfect. Drink a cup every day for 30 days and if the benefits you can purchase it Okay, great.
All right. You just received a box. Thank you so much. I'm gonna try one right now. I love you
and Joe so much.
Okay, the 30
day coffee challenge. Oh, that's a cute concept. I like that. Yeah, that's not bad. I'm listening to the video. 30 days Yes. Okay. Did you the taste
oh, lost two pounds goes right through me.
Okay, Merry Christmas. Merry Christmas.
Wow. 10 pounds is that normal? To lose 10 to lose 10 pounds drinking mushroom coffee. Some people do some Yeah, my Oh yeah, that's pretty cool.
How much do I you don't owe me anything I can show you how to purchase another box if you'd like. Okay.
Okay, one thing I'm going to say here, I love that there is this something that you consistently do is give them the 30 day coffee challenge. Is that like a great way to get people into it? Sometimes we just give samples out and sometimes we give them we offer them a 30 day challenge. I want him to consume it deceive and you know help since he was in pain. You know, sometimes it's adaption or so. So there is so the law of rest is reciprocity means you give something and usually
when people want to give back at a greater level. So that's probably why your company has this set up.
And I like it. The way that you can add transformational conversations into this business model is instead of just asking him how much weight he's lost, like and that's great. I mean, that's extraordinary results go back and be like so how does that make you feel to be 1010 pounds lighter? What are you doing now that you weren't doing before? Do you want to keep the weight off?
Because I think that's what's missing in the meat of this. And it sounds like you guys know each other too. It's not like a stranger. But still like asking those questions are going to be is going to be really, really transformational for him and for you in the selling process because he's not going to just get hooked to the coffee because it's not really coffee, right? It's like here it's super easy. This is how you keep your weight off. You keep doing these things. Like you don't have to change anything in your life. You're drinking mushroom coffee, right? Like and what how does that make you feel? What are you doing now that you didn't do before? Like, you know, are you getting up earlier and taking care of yourself? Are you able to play with your kids? Are you smiling more like are you fitting into your favorite pants that you thought you'd never get back into like so many ways that we can tie it back into versus just throwing out pricing? Right. Right. So that's my general feedback on this type but I think it's a beautiful strategy. So your exercise your special assignment here is I want you to literally write down like 10 to 15 open ended questions that you can ask people when they tell you they've lost weight and I just gave you three and this is recorded so you can go back and I want you to keep that like on your phone. You can even keep it in a notes so that it's easy for you to remind yourself like oh great, like they're going through this right? Like these are the questions I can ask even more so you could get this systemize on getting excited right now. This is our system igk yet, if they're doing the 30 day challenge, you could literally in and like write down what transformational question you're going to ask all 30 days and if that's too much checking in because do you think people are going to be annoyed? Then maybe like every three to four days what is your
transformational open ended question during that coincides with the 30 day challenge because you
know what they're going to expect in the results over those 30 days. That way, it's easy to cut and paste and you can even remind yourself with like, you know, reminders for each person and all of these
things. I think that would be an awesome supplement to the 30 day experience.
Okay, because I like it. Alright, so let's see are three options you can choose from. So, my question is, and maybe he knew this because he used it. So retail is $30 Is that how much of like how big of a bag is this? How many days does it last? Is the 30 is actually is a box of 30 sachets of coffee.
Awesome. So then what
I would do instead of saying $30 Do like for $1 a day. You know so that we say a buck a cup. Yeah, Buck a cup. I love that. So a buck a cup and then I mean I'm trying to think about like the coffee I buy like Pete's coffee or something.
And I mean a bag is like 20 bucks and that lasts our house like five days. But I guess
that's one cup of coffee though. So it's for people who are only had one sachet equals one cup of coffee. Yes. Got it. So if you're like a do you need to drink more than one cup of coffee a day or can I have my regular coffee because I'm like the type of person that just likes it around a little bit where we try to get the person off the other coffee. So they can experience the benefits of our coffee and to get them off the coffee all together. Got it. Got it got it. The channel still if they have two cups of coffee a day, then it's still only $2 a
day. So I think that's pretty on market right? So I would focus on like, you know, like like you just said a bucket bag. And because like I don't think that he asked to ask. I mean if he went to the grocery store to buy a bag of coffee is he going to ask his wife, if they can buy a bag of
coffee? They're probably just going to buy a bag of coffee. Right? So this was an interesting response. Okay.
Yeah, he just lost he lost his job too.
So, okay, that's it. We started going back to work. So I was kind of thing he was kind of like, just putting an objection out there because he didn't really want it but maybe it was a real one. You know, I wasn't really sure if he just tried to get out of it. I like your answer here.
Does she drink coffee? That was a really good question to keep them on the hook and then oh, great. We also have teas.
Okay, well, I mean, if he doesn't have a job I can't really like go against that. Like, I mean, he's gonna pay for his electricity and his house before he you know, probably buys any of any of all these things. So, but I would keep in contact with him, too. Oh, you know what the question I would ask is, let me see. Hold on
Okay, so what I would say back to him is like have you maintain the weight loss? That would be my next question. So when he says like, give me two weeks probably retail I would go back and I would say I don't know what his name is. Bob, I'll just use Bob even though I use
it so like Bob's my
go to mail name that I use in everyday visited so funny
with your virtual upline Israel. Okay. So I would go
back and say,
you know, Hey, Bob, I wanted to check in with you. It's, you know, it's been two weeks and also you know, it's been about you know, a month since you've used the products were
you able to maintain the weight loss?
Because my guess is probably
no. So that'll be a great way to start having a transformational conversation with them. Okay, let's see here. Oh, you had more down here
think that kind of applies still I'm still reading all of this. And I think the big thing is it's just like just following up are you ready to buy Are you ready to buy are ready to buy like so that is not working with him.
So I think going back to the the weight loss part is a really
I mean, I realize you have a bunch still have a saying the same thing. Go back out to him and ask him specifically like, Oh, Michael, okay, Michael. Wait, hold on. Wait, it was this last thing. So he still never signed up, right? No, no. Okay. Yeah. Wait, oh, this is July. This is 2022. Yeah, this is one of my oh my gosh, oh, go. I need to start looking at the years on these things. So for everybody. If you could please use current conversations. That would be really, really helpful. Because when you haven't talked to somebody in a year and a half my answer every single time is to go back to report. Okay, so what that means is that, start the conversation all over again from the very beginning. Start to like their stories reengage and start things over because that amount of time is really hard to now we can't go back. We can't use what I said because he probably 18 months if he never purchased from you. My guess is that he didn't maintain that weight. Right. But for current conversations that you're having, that is what I want. You to do is to go back to like, Are you maintaining the weight loss, like how does it make you feel and everything that I've already said? said up to this point, I wish this was 2023 but that doesn't mean you can't reach back out to him. But I would just start all over and say, Hey, Michael, I know it's been a while and you know, I still have my coffee and I know how much you love to before and you know we're able to lose so much weight quickly. You know, I know it's been a while
but have you been able to maintain that weight loss like you could say that to to reignite this conversation. Okay, so that's what I would do, but it's real tough
if you haven't talked in, in one
so I guess seven months. Like that's a it's a little tough, but you can
still reignite. Just start over and use what I've taught you. Okay,
way to go. And that's so cool about your coffees. I like your coffee. Awesome.
Right, here's another one. Every time she submits one I'm like I love this picture. Every time okay. All right, Amy. See of Amy's here

Let's hear continue to follow up with her. What did you do? Well, you continue to follow up with her and related to what she did what did work for her. I feel like it was able to find the problem and relate to it. I'm wondering where to go from here. It has been going back and forth for a few months now and she says she's still interested. Should I try a threeway chat instead of trying to get her on the phone?
Okay, cool.
Hey, Dakota I noticed that we've
been friends on here for a while but I've never reached out to say how to say hi. I always love to make personal connections on here. What is it that you do for work? I'm a licensed nursing
assistant. Wonderful. Oh nice. Sounds like that can be worrying but hard work as well. Are you looking to find the same Are you open she's out of work. Are you looking to find the same kind of work? Oh shoot. What I just do scanned out about on accident Okay, perfect. Go back to
All right, she says kinda I want to become a medicines. I want to become a medical assistant or I forget how you pronounce that word. It's like when you take blood. Oh, interesting. What got you into that line of work? I like helping people. Oh, yes, I can definitely right. That's how I got into mental health counseling. I was finding through that. Through that it was hard to keep others
in the way I truly
wanted them with the barriers of the health insurance with barriers of health insurance. Was that something you ever noticed as well in your line of work? Oh, yeah, everything has to be done a certain way and gone through the right chain of command in order to be able to
properly help our clients. It's funny that you say you're a mental health counselor. I've been trying to find one honest been trying to find her honestly. At the same time,
I can't remember half the time to do that. Okay, let's see here. I work with children mostly. But wait lists have been so long everywhere. It's really sad to see. This is why I have been focusing on finding people up by on finding other ways to help people as well.
Wait, I think I
missed something here. How do you
I'm trying to oh, there we go. How do you like working with children being a nursing assistant? I've worked with a couple of pediatric clients when I was working at home care, but I've mainly worked with younger kids, adults and elderly. I like it. A challenge can sometimes be working with parents. Yeah.
That's why I'm working towards creating my own business so that I have more freedom
to help people. Yeah, that must be nice. Okay, so when someone responds like that, I just have to smile. When someone responds like that she she's already putting up her barrier to be sold to. Um, that's that's I would definitely look at that. As someone who's arming themselves. You didn't do anything wrong.
You're being beautiful in this conversation,
but some people are just like that. Okay, let's see her Would you be open to taking a look at what I do. It's such a powerful way to help people so it sounds
like something you'd be really good at. Awesome. Yes, that sounds good. Wait, go.
That was the perfect response that got her like that could have gone one of two ways that could have gone down, get out of my DM or yes and so great job with that question. Sounds great. I'll invite you to a group or you can check out a short video and let me know what you think.
Okay tagged you in the video
okay, here we go to what did what did you like best about the info
I shared with you yesterday?
Great job asking an open ended question. So I started watching videos but I honestly haven't had a chance to finish watching the rest yet. My phone's been acting up the past few days.
But I can't read the rest of that. But I think it's
but is it I don't think she's asking if she has to be a sales rep. Okay.
Oh, be like a private sales rep or something.
I'll have to finish watching the videos today to fully get a better understanding of it because I'm not quite understanding what it is. But I have a couple of learning disabilities so it
takes me a little bit longer to understand things. No problem take your time.
The next step would be to introduce you to a few people on my team so they could answer any questions. Just give me a thumbs up when you're ready. Hey, sorry, I haven't been able to finish the videos yet.
Okay, how long are these videos like why
is it taking so long?
Kind of I mean, I'm what are all these
plati as Claudia was an Au Pair Well, I hope you were a good au pair. I sure you were I'm just getting I just saw that the chat right now.
made me laugh a little bit. Thanks for giving
me a smile. Okay, how was your weekend? We see how much longer we have here. Okay
sorry to hear I hope everything's okay. Do you think
it would be easier to plan a time to connect great job like if you can't get somebody to watch a video I love that you did that. That was awesome. Hey, Laura, how was your week been?
It's been a little hectic but not bad. How's your week
been? Pretty busy on my end as well.
But doing well overall, is there anything that I can help you support the information that I shared? Oh, and she's unsend the messages okay
okay, that's good that she's still interested. Okay. All right. So the great news is you're fantastic at follow up. So congratulations and making sure that you don't lose track of opportunities. I think this personal this personal situation like I don't think she's gonna watch the videos or do much on her own. So I think your idea of doing like a three way chat is a really, really smart idea. And I don't know what's in those videos, but if you could maybe sum it up in a message so she could listen to it. And I think the the big thing here is to say hey, Dakota, like I know that you've been interested for quite a few months. And I would love for this to become a priority for you so that we can determine if it's a good fit or not, because there's so much opportunity right now that I don't want you to have to miss I don't want you to miss out, right? Because she's not making this a priority, which I would think would get very frustrating. I mean, I would be frustrated if somebody was taking this long for them to express interest. So I think we need to close the loop. So I like your idea of a three way chat. And also saying Dakota, like
when will this be a priority for you or would you like this to be a priority
for you? You know, I want to keep following up but I also don't want to be annoying. So you know, how can I
support you in order to make this a priority on your list
and we can determine if it's a good fit, and either get you started or not. And I would start to go down that angle because this is a really really long time. The other thing is family go back up here let me see what your products are again. Oh, yes. Also, is she using any of your products is my question. So No, she isn't. Okay. So I think that if she's taking this long with the business opportunity, she's not going to be attached maybe to the transformation of the products. So if she doesn't, I would give it one more shot of introducing or the business opportunity and seeing if you can convert her to that. If not, then what I would do is to say hey, you know, I know you're interested in the business opportunity, but the best way to really get excited about the business opportunity might be for you to try one of our products to see how amazing they are doing X, Y and Z. Would you like to explore that instead?
So I would use the product as the down sell to the business opportunity and then get her started in some of the products
so that she can see the benefits and the results and feel more passionate about the business. Does that make sense? So that sounds great. Thank you. Yay. Because you're being really patient that's a lot of going back and forth
so good job with follow up
oh my gosh, Claudia. I love Claudia. I
wasn't I was a great au pair with my family
wasn't a good house host family. So I lasted four months. I'm so sorry. I was like the best host ever.
And I had the opposite. Well, I'm glad you're here now. All right. I'm gonna go back to the second conversation from Nate since we have time
think that was still the same one okay.
Okay, Nate majors back. I help parents I help parents frustrated and afraid that heating that oh my gosh, eating healthy means abandoning foods they love to create simple health habits and bring peace and joy to juice plus. I feel like I've got a good grasp on the problem she has I feel like I moved the conversation quite
efficiently. Congratulations. I think the last question may have been presumptuous of her situation. And I had this wonderful plan of sharing my I
hope statement after Russia plot where she replied and affirmed no reply as of now other notes started the conversation because she had a post up. I've her latest work. We had some decent connection because I've been connecting with her and other artists to improve their network. Okay. Wonderful. All right. Hi, Katie. Hope you're doing well. I was loving the flower pictures very ready for winter to be over though, to be honest. I was ready for it to be over in November. How's life of the artists going? It's going keep I keep keeping on. Still avoiding the real job as long as possible. How are you? That's funny. Okay. I'm doing very well homeschooling. And it's sacrament season. So working a lot currently, which I guess is a good thing. That's great to be able to avoid the real job you are live that you are living that same. You only fail if you stop right. I'm curious real jobs. I'm curious real jobs have often been a stressor to me to the main reason I felt like I had no control over my life, what I did, etc. What is your hope of a what is your hope in avoiding the real job love of art dislike of other work type freedoms schedule? Okay, I like being able to do what I want on my terms. Yes, the desire for autonomy. The whole corporate thing just doesn't do it for my soul. I here as much as I love the work that I do. Being told how to do to do the job. I was hired for and to having no say when I do the job really got me. So really was not what I liked. Have you? Have you been finding more of those vendor events we talked about or increased your sales to help you avoid that fate? Great question. I'm involved with a small gallery and mayhem now the owner is really helpful. Only Takes 20% Okay, great. doesn't allow you though, to actually make money off your work very easily. I've been looking into craft fairs, art shows, etc but not giving up. Never give up. Never surrender. Thank you, Tim Allen. If you are willing to travel search around, I live where there's always they're always doing street craft shows. I can connect you to um that was really nice of you to offer that. No, not at this time. Thank goodness, but I'm wary it might. Do you find the pressure to make ends meet okay. And then you said you'll be praying to continue that way and it sounds like you could use something else to do at home for income. That wouldn't take you away from your art or run your life. Something just to create space. Peace of mind as you speak. Okay. So I do think that this was going great, but I think that the whole struggling artists thing which I know we're all kind of like talking about right now. He sounds like he's doing okay, and it definitely is an ego hit to ask someone if they're making ends meet versus like feeling forced to go back into corporate America. So I think this got the ego a little bit and that's why that's why it kind of like went down this path. But he did say that I'm wary it might so I think you just probably hit a pressure point for him and his ego and like I think it was I think this is a he I can't tell him the picture actually. And I don't think I saw name.
Okay, well, regardless, this person
I think that that probably just hit the ego a little bit. And
that was really hard. Right? So I don't think that you did necessarily anything wrong, but here's some feedback
for this one and then I will tell you what you can do to get back
in the inbox okay. Okay, let's see her
want to make sure I because this is a really powerful message
Okay, so I think here I'm gonna make try to mute everyone again. So I actually I'm gonna give this feedback
to you, Nate. I don't think it did.
Anything out of scope. Although you've definitely hurt the ego a little bit. I don't think this is a bad thing. Right? And so I'm going to tell you to follow up with this person and say, I miss the name. Like I don't think I ever got the name let's see. I hate not knowing Oh, Katie. Okay, nevermind. Okay. So I would go back and say, Katie, I've got a great way that you can still do your art and love every minute. of it, but also supplement your income. And I would love to share the opportunity with you. I would repeat yourself and go back. Because the thing is, is that Katie is going to need that and want it. And just because you struck a chord doesn't mean that you have to step away from being strong and powerful here and staying in the presence to go back and ask Katie, like what, like what that would mean to her. So there's also another approach is what would it mean to you to not have to worry about money anymore? And what if you didn't have to give up your art business? So I would really get deep in the what ifs or how would it make you feel and go there because this is a really, really powerful, powerful conversation here. And I don't think you overstepped boundaries. So I would follow up again and try to get a response in the way that I just suggested, and you could be extremely, extremely successful. Okay, so I love this. I think you're doing a great job. And the other thing is is like as you step
into your authority as a transformational seller, every once in a while you're probably going to hurt people's
feelings or step out of bounds are all of the things but sometimes people need to hear these messages from us. And if we can hold space and still help them, then we're still being transformational. So, Nate, I think you've done a good job. And I'm really excited for you. And my feedback is to keep going until Katie says yes or no
awesome, All right, everybody, I got through them all. I'm so excited. Don't forget to send me your conversations. And if it's possible, please send me recent conversation so that we have an
opportunity to get right back in to
social selling and have immediate results. If you have conversations that have been lingering there for a while, I would suggest starting kind of all over to reignite, but then making sure that you read back through all of the messages to make sure it's in context and you can use your previous conversations to feel free all your current and you are amazing, and I hope that you all have a wonderful, wonderful rest of your day. Happy Selling everybody
