Good, good good because they're super helpful and they offer a lot of clarity on quite a few things that I've been asked. So I think it will be awesome. Yay. All right, well then let's go ahead and jump right in so we can get through as much as possible hope everyone is having an amazing start to February. It's already the ninth February is a short month and I manage a couple of sales teams and one sales a killer felt like it's too short of a month to for us to hit our goal. And they like just gave up on like day one. And I think it's really important. We talked about the mindset of like counting the days in the month and trying to hit goals and all of these things is like, it doesn't matter if there's 20 or 25 Selling days, like you can do it right. And if you set yourself up No, I'm not recording that would be helpful. recording in progress, I'm gonna start my pump up over again, so it's recording. All right, everybody, I want to talk about the mindset and your beliefs over hitting your goals when you're approaching a month. Like February that has less selling days than other months, right? So there's 20 Selling days and February. Anybody else count them? Well, if you do Monday through Friday, the weekends are different, whatever I do Monday through Friday, and so that's 20 business days for selling but most of you I know take the entire month and probably some of you actually sell mostly over the weekends. So when you are counting your days of how many opportunities I have, like don't it's great to know that so you know that your productivity needs to be maybe different on certain days. So when I look at a short month, like I still need to have X amount of sales conversations to hit my goals. So that means that I need to have more sales conversations each day to hit the same goal and a shorter month. Like that's the way you approach a short month. What you do not do when you approach a short month is off, give up. Forget it. I'm never going to hit my goal. There's not enough days that will literally cut you off at the knees every single month like that right? And then also like December has like a ton of buns a ton of days, right? But like you might want to spend more time with your families. So your ACTIVE SELLING days are going to be different. So being just sitting down on the first of the month or the last week, a week of the month prior and just knowing like these are how many days I have to sell and I either need to increase or you know you can decrease your conversations based on what your goals are. Okay? So it doesn't matter how many months or how many days are in the month. Let's just work on managing our time and our intentions and you can be ultra ultra successful so thumbs up in the chat if you like that approach. Because limiting mindset won't get you anywhere. So expansive, abundant, like let's go for it. Right. Okay. Fantastic. I'm done with my soapbox, and we're going to jump into the actual conversations that were submitted. All right, so the first one that we have is from Nate and Nate. I know that you can't make these times live but I love recording these for you so that you can listen them to them later. So I hope that you like that as well. All right. I help statements I help parents frustrated and afraid that eating healthy means abandoning foods they love to create simple health habits that bring peace and joy to food. Love it. Okay, cool. And you are selling juice plus, so what did you do? Well, conversation flow nicely got to my point fairly quickly got just past the connection stage. Where would you like support? I know my product can help her in her situation. But I've also felt my I help statement. My hubs had not connection to the problem we were solving so I'm not sure how to go about the conversation. When they feel might be I may invite a little weaker Okay. As of today, no reply. Other notes I know I should have used her first name and the message lol Okay, that's funny. Also, the conversation started as she had a post about her recovery and slowly getting back into running and going to PT after ankle injuries. I know. I have known her to always be an avid runner for a long time. So the post was surprising for me to hear about that. Great. All right. So let's see here. Congrats. On your recovery. didn't knew you're working through that and explains why I wasn't seeing all your running posts. I thought maybe you were just traveling too much to be running anymore. Will you be starting up again? So first of all, great job like with an open ended question. At the end. I haven't been doing much for three years now. I have a nerve issue in my heel and I'm going back to physical therapy but I'm training for a 10 miler that used to be an easy run but I'm building back up Oh, that's too bad. Oh, my rains it pours right. I'll keep the keep the heel on prayer for you. Is it challenging getting back into the swing of it? It's difficult because I'm out of shape. And I know I used to easily run 12 miles and now I'm running to Oh, that's so frustrating. I'm doing well. It's set sacraments season so I've been working a lot plus the limits of homeschooling personally have been flirting with the idea if the kids are old enough for me to try and get back into marathon shape yet or not. It's hard to determination for sure. I think shape thing you were you were talking about. I used to have that issue where I would go for a simple run on being sore all day and kind of like me and rescue him for the day. I hear you I started working on a treadmill to get my cardio fitness back up. My legs used to be running okay. This is where you This is where you got me I can do the treadmill if I have to but I hate it. And I never seem to make it far on a treadmill. Do you think you'll get back anywhere close to her you see oh I hate the treadmill but I hate running outside in dark more. I would like to run another marathon but it's enormous time commitment and I'm not sure my Achilles can handle it. I have run a marathon and wow yeah if anything is wrong with your body that is difficult. I hate the treadmill Okay, that's the same thing. I hate the cold. Alright, perfect. Um, let's see here. Oh, wait, we're okay. Hold on. We're done. I understand. I hate the cold which often comes with the dark more than I hate the treadmill. Well, I'm curious what I'm curious. I might. I'm curious. I think you know what I do with juice plus and nutrition. If I showed you how I could help you have more confidence in your body's ability to handle the miles can be running like that again. Would you be able to have a conversation? Okay, Nate first thing I'm gonna say is I'm proud of you for getting out there and doing this. You did a fantastic, fantastic job up to this point. Okay. This is where things went wrong. And I am giving you this feedback. Out of a place of love and encouragement. What happens here is we have to be super careful with the way that we say things. Okay, so I feel like so I feel like there was a huge jump here from like, hey, yeah, we're running marathons to Hey, by the way, I know you lack confidence in your body, and I'm here to fix it. That is a huge psychological transition. Because that's essentially what you're saying right? Like she never said she wasn't competent in and we were selling Juice Plus you're not selling something that's going to fix her Achilles. Right? Like you're not selling a wrap for her ankle, which would make more sense in this type of positioning, right? You're getting her body maybe up to a cardiovascular shape, but she's dealing with a physical problem. So and yes, she has to get her heart back up to be able to run that type of thing. Like I get that positioning, but this was way too big of a jump. And so what I would have said at this point to help you with some feedback, is okay, so I'm not sure your Achilles can handle that so I would have gone so is it just your Achilles that you feel like you can't keep up or are you feeling cardiovascularly? A little strange as well? Okay, because Juice Plus is not going to fix her kids. Okay, the doctor PT arap is going to surgery, maybe we'll fix her Achilles. The secondary concern is her cardiovascular health, which I believe that's the connection you're trying to make with juice plus here. And so that is important to qualify that so if she hits back and says yeah, that's my other concern. It's like even if I fix my Achilles, I'm gonna be training for eight or 10 months again, just to get my like cardiovascular health backup to be able to perform at that level. Then you can say, Well, did you know that XY and Z can help you improve that and even if you're not working out right now, like, it can also help you work on that while you are healing. That's a way more powerful transition into talking about your products, okay? And if she knows about to slow sprays, if she doesn't, no big deal, so I would lead with the transformation of using juice products before, right before you even say Juice Plus, even if she knows it. The other thing is, is that yeah, I'm gonna leave it at that. I think that's the best feedback for right now. So if I could get a little I know that Nate's not here so but I deal really well off feedback in the chat so it does ever feel like that was really good feedback for me. And if you learned something from that, I would love to know that as well. All right, we are going to jump into the next conversation.
