have a special guest Simon Lau with otter.ai Let's get this interview started. Simon Lau appreciate slough and I'm sorry I'm need to drink some more coffee. Simon, appreciate you being here this morning. Let's get this started. Good morning my friend.
Good morning Nate. Hello everyone. My name is Simon Lau I'm the VP of product at audit on AI I'm so happy to be here to share some tips on how to capture and repurpose your content on social audio platforms and using a tool called otter.ai. Happy to be here, Nate.
Man, what a powerful I'm so glad that we you know you committed to this interview and conversation. I like to call them conversations even though I will ask you a couple of questions. But it's just so important to figure out ways I know marketers that don't even come on clubhouse because they don't see ways that they can make it permanent there. They like to create permanent content when they create content on the internet. And so this is going to be an awesome conversation on how we can turn our clubhouse and other social audio content and make it permanent. So getting started Simon just tell us a little bit about yourself. How long have you been hanging out on clubhouse and what is otter.ai?
So I'm based in San Francisco Bay area. I am I've been in the tech industry for 20 plus years. Being a product manager and product engineer so definitely have been immersing myself in speech technology and also being able to help businesses to be businesses and content creators to be more productive. And in terms of clubhouse I've been on clubhouse since February, just really excited about this emerging social audio platform and just really learning about how people are adopting this really frictionless way of communicating and connecting. And I met a lot of great content creators here on clubhouse and collaborating with them and helping them to maximize the reach of the content. So that's why I'm here. I've gotten some tips and also learn from the content creators and see how we can use a tool for them.
Man, thanks for being here and just sharing this information with Audrey. But what are some of the ways that you feel like people in the audience so first of all, we have different levels of you know, people here in the audience when it comes to clubhouse, maybe somebody is here for the first day. Maybe they're trying to figure out what this platform is all about. What can they do while listening? Then we have people that have spent hours 1000s of hours running their own rooms running their own shows giving value. So what are some of the ways whether somebody's you know, consistent speaker in clubhouse, or somebody just here listening and trying to navigate these clubhouse streets, the social audio STS, of course, there's other platforms, but what are some of the ways that that otter.ai You know that they can use it with social audio?
Yes, great question. So first and foremost, otter.ai is an application that you can record and transcribe your conversations automatically. So you can use it for your meetings. You can use it for interviews. You can use it for YouTube videos. You can use it for podcasts, and you can absolutely use it for clubhouse because we have a ton of great conversations lots and lots of content. Whether you are a content creator or you someone that just tune into all the great content and conversation on clubhouse. So let's say if you are a content creator, and you're hosting rooms on clubhouse, one of the biggest thing that is a biggest pain point is that you're not able to persist the content and effectively utilize and repurpose the content. So auto.ai can be used to capture to record and transcribe it automatically using artificial intelligence and turn everything into a transcript is and it's not just a giant block of text, it actually automatically identify speakers so that you can read a legible transcript. Nate set this Simon said that and then be able to turn that into for example, like a show notes for your podcast or turn it into content that you can add to your your website so that you can drive SEO traffic to your website because you are amplifying your content on many many different channel. You can even turn it into a blog post because lots of times when you're hosting clubhouse rooms, there's a ton of content that is really purposeful and turn it into you can break it into chunks and you can turn it into social media posts on other platforms. And you can turn it into several blog posts sometimes when you're hosting a room that is many, many hours and go over many different topics. And oftentimes you can turn that into multiple blog posts. So that's really the power of Otter rather than having these clubhouse rooms that are transient and poof, you lost the content. You can record it and turn it into text and then you can reuse it elsewhere.
Well, I'm loving this. I've been thinking about this a lot before Glen Lundy and Sarah McCord started doing these breakfasts champions podcast episodes. A lot of us are talking about how to turn this content into permanent, permanent real estate. You know, and it's important for people to think about the content you're creating, is it permanent, and that's why you know, that's why YouTube videos are better than Facebook Lives While Facebook Lives have value. And but Facebook Lives get lost after a day or two, you know, unless it's just such a such an insane sanely valuable piece of content that people keep engaging for days and days and days on. But my point is is like you're giving us ideas on how to take social audio and create permanent real estate. There's two types of content that we create. We create content that's going if I make a phone call if I call somebody on the phone right now and we talk about the most valuable stuff that's ever been talked about. We might have a valuable conversation. Remember a couple of things but unless one of us record unless one of us records that conversation, it's gone forever. If I go you know, like I said on Facebook Live and record a video. It stays up but people can't find it. So it's kind of gone forever. If we do a clubhouse room like you did 1000s and 1000s of hours in clubhouse and we had powerful conversations we met, networked and collaborated and just you know made awesome connections, friends for life, family for life, but that content is going forever. So we're talking about how to turn your social audio content into permanent real estate. How to repurpose it in so what is the future of social audio? How big is this getting? SIMON What do you think we're talking about how to turn this into permanent content? What is the future? For the people listening? How can they start benefiting from social audio?
I really see that the future of social audio is happening right now. With the adoption. So many people are coming to clubhouse and Twitter spaces and Facebook audio rooms and so many other clones of this type of social audio platform is a validation that this type of platform is here to stay. I can also see that social audio being incorporated into company and businesses. As we see business productivity tools like Slack is adopting huddle rooms. And I can certainly also see that LinkedIn eventually would also get into that. This LinkedIn live and video right now. But I see an audio first type of experience is very seamless, and and frictionless because we don't have to worry about how we look. We don't have to schedule a room. Or you don't have to schedule a meeting and invite everybody is pretty much like any time you just want to start up a room. You can just get in there and people can hop in hop out. And so it's just very, very convenient. And, and so, so the benefit of having a recording and that's great. It looks like clubhouse is finally embracing the ability to persist. Recording by introducing clips and eventually replay as well. But that recording is not searchable. A recording of a two hour room is very hard to manage. So having otter to be able to transcribe, record and transcribe the content. So everything is index. Everything is searchable. And you can highlight on top of it. Let's say Nate is hosting a room and having a great conversation and the speakers are dropping gems left and right and this so much knowledge that's being shared. Then all the matzah swag can within one click in Otter, just click on the sentence and be able to highlight those important moments. Those notable quotes, the key knowledge that's being shared and on top of that today, I believe clubhouse is going to be launching a feature called pinned links. And so what you can do is that you can connect otter to clubhouse and be able to transcribe your clubhouse room and you can pin the auto link directly into the room so what does that do that means a you're providing accessibility to your audience. So you know we have deaf and hard of hearing community on clubhouse that would absolutely appreciate having a live transcription of your clubhouse room so they can be part of the conversation but also for people who are non native speakers who might get a visual aid of a transcript to be able to follow along the conversation and comprehend better to understand the conversation better. But more importantly, this is really just a live meeting notes. I have been in many, many clubhouse room where people are saying, Wow, I'm just so amazed about the conversation that's being that we're having and so much knowledge being shared. I wish that I can take notes on pulling up a piece of paper and pen or just typing it up. I cannot catch up with all of the great knowledge being shared. So wouldn't it be nice if there's a live transcribed note like otter and all you have to do is just with one click the highlight the important moments. So that really makes it very, very easy. And very valuable turning all of the transient conversation into valuable, searchable content. So that's where I see that social audio is here. Now that we have the platform to have these audio first conversations and we're seeing signs that we do want to persist. We do want to capture some of it so that it can be replayed. You can play back. You can listen back and review the important moments. But also we see that auto can be a great tool to augment that capability, which has to be able to highlight to be able to transcribe highlight, collaboratively. So that turning a three hour marathon room into a 30 minute or 15 minute digests of the key moments. So I think that will be that will drive a lot of efficiency in terms of information sharing and information consumption.
Man this is get me excited I love this conversation on how to not just transcribe stuff but highlight certain certain powerful moments in a conversation. And then and then make it searchable. Like to learn a little bit more here in a minute after we reset this room for the podcast listeners in the lab listeners just just how we make how we make this content more searchable. How you know how we can show up, you know where our audience is looking and that's what when it comes down to marketing and lead generation. That's a whole new, you know, a long discussion on how we put our stuff in front of the searches that are out there actively happening where your where's your audience hanging out and so that's what we're talking to Simon about, you know, with otter AI is how we can put this audio content in front of the target audience that we want to get attention from. I hope that wasn't a mouthful, but we'll talk more about that here in a minute guys. My name is Nate Forrest, and we're talking to Simon Lau the Vice President with otter.ai we're talking about how to transcribe your social audio content. But before we do that Tosh Let's reset this room for the podcast listeners for the you know for the live listeners Tosh Are you there my friend?
I certainly am let's do it night. Let's do

guys. Thank you guys. For those of you that don't know Tosh queen. That's just another reason to come hang out on the social media show to get to listen to that beautiful British accent and talk show come back. She comes back and shares value throughout the week tips and strategies. Thank you Tosh. And guys, my name is Nate forest. I'm a marketing strategist. For small business and home business entrepreneurs. And we started this social media show back in January 2020 Because we saw what Glen Lundy was doing with his family and friends over the breakfast with champions. And I wanted to model that daily consistent effort to show up and share value, but I wanted to bring it to the social media in the social media space more social medias, strategies, tactics tips. So we started bringing together together several sharp minds in the social media space like Kelsey Stark who owns a digital marketing marketing agency in New York Tom challen Alexander Gonzalez. Marcus black, Ashley Faye brandstetter, who's successfully built a seven figure business and just crushing it and started an event and you know event company, embrace your ambition doing live events to help transform lives and take people from their stuck and stagnant nature so that they can create breakthroughs. And so many more Christy Jensen and we've had friends like like Michael Robinson and Tosh queen and Dr. Shaun Shapiro and Auntie Anita join us along the way. And so we're here to bring you clarity and help you just pick up a few steps that you can take to move the needle in your business in your life. And that's what we do on the social media show. And today, we're talking with Simon Lau, the Vice President of otter.ai. Simon for the people that just joined us for the people that you know, maybe missed the first 30 minutes and didn't listen to the last 30 minutes on the podcast. Give a quick just a super quick summary of what otter.ai can do for their social audio experience. And then give them some actual use cases some so give a quick summary. Some actual use cases, you know, for maybe there's an author out there listening to us, there's a public speaker, there's an entrepreneur. Let's go through some use cases and then just share a little bit more what you want to share as we we've got plenty of time. We've got 25 minutes to continue this powerful conversation.
Awesome mate. All right. Hello everyone. This is Simon Lau again. I am the VP of product@audit.ai very happy to be here at the social media show today to share this wonderful tool called auto.ai that can automatically record and transcribe your conversations so that you can listen back. You can search and you can repurpose your content. So otter is an application that's available on iOS, Android, and on the web. Just go to just open up a web browser type in the the animal otter ott er.ai. And you can create an account and instantly record transcribe search and repurpose your content using this powerful tool. And so, and right now it is integrated to zoom, Google Meet Microsoft Teams and Cisco WebEx. It is also integrated to a third party app called Club deck that allows you to join and host clubhouse rooms so if you want to record and transcribe your clubhouse room using otter, you can do that through a desktop app called Club deck as well. All of the information is shared on my clubhouse bio. So in terms of use cases, so let's say if you are a busy meeting professionals who just want to have a ton of meetings on these video conferencing application, you can use otter to take meeting notes because it integrates to other video conferencing platform like zoom, Google, Meet Microsoft Teams and Cisco WebEx. Otter can automatically join your meetings and record and transcribe it so that it's much faster to highlight your action items, decisions, key points on a transcript than to actually typing up notes in a doc so everybody can just focus on the live conversation and not have to scramble to worry about taking copious notes. And let's say if you are a content creator and do a lot of interviews, whether it's in person interview, or remote interviews, again, it's much easier to just have a live recording transcript that you can just highlight the important moments. Just one tab, you grab the quotes so that way if you're writing an article afterwards, or what writing a blog post afterward, it's just so much faster to be able to highlight in real time and then it makes it a ton easier to go back to look for those notable quotes and key findings. What about if you're a podcaster you can absolutely use otter to transcribe past episodes. You have a lot of episodes that you want to go back and transcribe it. And you know, maybe you're doing a lot of content and but you're not quite catching up on your show notes or providing transcript for accessibility. You can import all of your audio and you know all the mp3 all the audio file formats into autors to to export the text transcripts that you can use for your show notes. And by posting show notes on your podcast website. Not only are you providing accessibility, but you're also having crawlable content for the search engines and that will drive alive. SEO traffic to your website. It's so super super important to make sure that you have a lot of text content and using a transcript of your podcast episode to drive accessibility and traffic SEO traffic. What if you are a video producer and you are YouTuber or you have a lot you have a YouTube channel a lot of content on that's in video format or you a live streamer that you have live stream shows. So you can absolutely use otter to live transcribe to provide accessibility but you can also get captions on to your video. So what you can do is that you upload all your video into otter and then you can export what is called an SRT file is a subtitling format a caption format that you can upload you can export from Mater and then you can upload it along with your video to a YouTube or Vimeo or Facebook or LinkedIn so that that way you can have captions that's on top of your your video. And that's and that's beneficial not only for accessibility, but a lot of people just they watch videos in silent mode, and that's great to have captions on your video as well.
What about for live events? Let's say you have you're hosting a workshop or webinar or a live stream. Again, you can provide live captions for accessibility and also sharing a recording transcript afterwards for anybody who miss out on your live events or webinar. And oftentimes you might have a paywall for your website and say, in case you miss out on the content, you can post the live transcript in as part of your video on demand portion of your website so you can monetize on it. So that's another way that you can turn these live events or live rooms into monetizable content using the power of transcription. And for in due to the pandemic, a lot of the educational institutions are at least having remote or hybrid type of educational environment. So if you're an educator or your coach, your personal coach that you're hosting some of your educational content and coaching sessions online. Again, you can use otter to be able to transcribe it and turn it into content that you can provide accessibility and helping people to learn because we're not only just talking about deaf and hard of hearing community, but we're also talking about English as a second language people who are not native speaker and they want to be able to digest the information much easier by following along a live transcript. So having a live transcript is really really powerful. And just to go back to my earlier my earlier note about clubhouse is going to have a pinned tweet feature sometime today. So if you want to pull by if you want to pin a link to a live transcript from otter, you can absolutely do that to provide accessibility and allowing your audience to be able to follow along the conversation. Last but not least for writers. Oftentimes if you are a content creator, you're creating content not only by speaking in social audio rooms, but also you're writing blogs, you're writing articles you're writing. And guess what you're staring at a screen and you encounter writer's block. So how do you overcome writer's block? You can just talk into other so open up the otter app, you talk into it just talk about your content. I have a ton of I have many, many writers coming back to me and tell me how easy it is to be able to crank out a 1000 word chapter of a book simply by talking for 10 minutes. That's it 10 minutes, you get a 1000 word chapter just like that. So not only are you overcoming writer's block, but you'll also be able to get all the thoughts out of your head into paper simply just by talking of live transcribing. So those are all of the all of the use cases that I can share today but there are just way more use cases of being able to live transcribe and turning all the spoken content into written content. I love to hear about anybody who are using this type of technology and using otter to share any knowledge about any other use cases they're using. Otter for and I'll also be happy to take any questions as well passing it back to you and they
Yeah, man, you just opened up. We don't have time to go there. So you're opening up so many ideas and strategies that I know I need to implement. And just one you know people that are in clubhouse we create so much content we give away so much value and that's what we're here for but you know if you're if you have a business and you're you're thinking about opening up, quote, clubhouse rooms and you're out there, just want ideas you can take parts of your room and and transcribe it and then offer that as a paid paid thing, whether it's a $7 thing or a $27 thing or a $97 thing. Maybe you just lead a two hour masterclass on a Saturday afternoon in clubhouse and you know the people that show up a day later a week later a month later. They don't know when that room was or what but the content was so good. You can you can transcribe that and turn it into a $500 mini course or whatever so so many ideas would love to look forward to chatting more with you about those. What else that can do and let's open this up for questions. I have questions but I want to give the people on stage a chance flash your mics if you have we have 15 minutes left. got lunch now who else would like to ask a question that toss Let's go lanell and then toss question for Simon.
Simon, thank you so much for this, this interview and it's so incredible the things that you're doing with this technology. My question is I have team members that are blind and they rely on screen readers in order to let them know what's going on on the social media apps, whether it's audio or visual, and does this particular technology that you have. Allow them to be more present on social media by utilizing that screen meter in order to navigate those platforms. And my name is will now allow me about
thank you to Lin now for your questions. So in terms of screen screen reader compatibility, yes otter is compatible with screen readers on iOS, Android. And you know, so iOS, there's voiceover feature that's built into the to the to the iOS platform, so any iPhone, iPad, iOS devices, you can use VoiceOver and also for Android, so any type of screen eater would be able to read the content that is transcribed by otter
Awesome, thank you so much for the answer, sir.
Who's next in the queue? Nate?
Yeah, guys who's SC Tosh. Go ahead. Tosh.
Okay, thank you night. Thank you so much, Simon. That is an amazing interview. Right then it's probably the second time you always come to the networking room where moderate and you always give so much value and so much information about otter. I am actually wondering I think I remember asking you a question when you when you took off because I've noticed things have changed. I actually, when I first heard you speak I hadn't logged logged on for probably two years. And managed to log back in and I've seen how the interface is just completely different from when I joined the first time and I think now it's about two 600 minutes. So if you want the free version to get about 600 minutes, and I remember the first time using it like I said two years ago, I just didn't I didn't gel with it if that makes sense. It wasn't as user friendly. And it wasn't transcribing as well as I would love it to transcribe compared to the other competitors I was using at the time. But man since I logged on when I first spoke it's changed so much and I used it and seeing how it transcribes really well. And having mentioned the other stuff that you've integrated with just makes it so much easier like zoom and Google Meet and and all the podcasts and of course now clubhouse because audio is the is the way to go now. Oh, just the new video. So yeah, I just wanted to to ask because I kept every time I asked questions, you kept answering them as you go along or like I wanted to ask so these live events, for instance, because you said you could transcribe live events and you mentioned subtitles that I know your competitors don't have maybe just a YouTube you can do YouTube, transcribe transcription directly, but live events can you do transcription directly as the event is going live? Is that what you're meant?
Yes, absolutely. So if you're hosting live events, for example, on Zoom, zoom webinar, because zoom webinar can host a lot of attendees. Then we have a specific integration with Zoom web webinar that allows you to have live captioning, as well as live transcript directly into zoom webinar. So that's one example. For all the other platforms let's say if you're doing a YouTube Live, or you're doing stream yard, then even though we do not have a direct integration to those platforms, but what you can do is that you would be able to record live just by opening up a web browser and log into your otter account or opening up a your mobile phone and just record with the otter application and share a link. So what you can do is that you post the otter link in the description or in the chat of the live streaming platform, and people will be able to just click on the link to open up a live transcript to follow along so that would be a workaround for some of the other platforms that we do not have direct integrations at this time. Hopefully that answers the question Tosh
it says yes, thank you. So I'm on and on. Also, if I'm allowed to ask a second one, sorry. If that's okay, I've got so because we offer transcription in my agency digital marketing. And we've used like I said, we've used mostly temi and Google itself and YouTube and so on. But we find we do a lot of editing. As you can imagine. It's just not as straightforward. So if I'm to use otter for my my team, is there an option because I was just I logged in and I couldn't quite see an option to would, how would my team have access to my account? Would I would I have to ensure say because I obviously want that to go for the paid account. I haven't done that already. I want I'm considering going through the paid account and my team can can use my account. Should I create them as users? Or would I need to add them as paid? Editions if that makes sense?
Yeah, so otter lets you create an A team. So that's the otter business plan, that you can create a team of collaborators. And for any content that you have transcribed, you can just directly share with your collaborators through what we call auto groups. So you can create a team account what we call the author business account. And you can add additional team members to your team. And then for any content that you want to share and collaborate. You can say, Oh, these are the five episodes of your podcast that you want to create a group and collaborate on. Then you can create a group called you know, just give it your podcast name. Or if you have a marketing team, you can create a marketing team group and add all the people to that group, and then stop sharing content to the group. And therefore everybody can just click on the Edit button and just be able to edit. You can even insert photos inline photos, and you can also highlight to create a highlight summary. So that way when people are consuming the content, you can either listen to the entire episode or you can just listen to the five minute digest based on all of the highlights that your team members are highlighting collaboratively. So it's all very flexible, happy to answer more specific questions in backchannel if, and help you get it all set up for your team. But yes, otter has a business plan that allow you to add team members to collaborate on content.
Thank you, Simon. I've just had a look. Yeah, that's because I'm on the free plan. That's why I couldn't see it. So I tried to do the the adding a member and it's $30 per user per month. Okay, I got it. I've seen it.
It's Yep, we also have an annual plan that helps you save 33%. So that averages out to $20 per month if you go with the annual fee payment.
Thank you so much, Simon. Really appreciate you answering my questions. Thank you. Nice. Thanks for your patience.
So I know we've got a few minutes. Are there any tips, tricks, strategies that you want to share something you know what I need to make sure I tell the people this about transcribing their social audio. And is is there a way to get in touch with you and the otter AI team and maybe you know you mentioned earlier you may have an offer for the people that are listening.
Yes. So as a gift to all the listeners who stay for the entire hour and listen to all the tips about otter feel free to DM me trial in the back channel. So T ri a ELL I'll be happy to offer you a free trial of the audit business that Tasha Tosh was asking for. Because you have teams that you want to collaborate on your content and and we purpose and amplify your content. So take advantage of this free trial of auto business is our highest here. So that means it has the full capability of Otter being able to automatically join your zoom meetings, Google Meet Microsoft Teams, Cisco WebEx, and you can also integrate with clubhouse via a third party app called Club deck. You can download it to your iPhone, download it to your Android device so that you can record in person conversations and collaborate so so again, you can DME trial in Backchannel. And I'll be happy to offer you a free trial. Thank you so much, Nate, for somebody who's
listening to the podcast. How would they get in touch with you Simon?
You can get in touch with me through back channel on Clubhouse. I'm also very active on Twitter, Instagram. So those are the three channels are the best ways to get in touch with me. So back channel, Instagram, and Twitter.
And those of you listening live right now listening to the podcast that Simon Lau l au Simon, I think everybody knows how to spell Simon Simon Lau l AU. You can find them on all platforms. And just you know, we appreciate this conversation. Any closing thoughts? We've got a few minutes. You want to give us some closing thoughts? Simon Are you want to open it up for one more question?
Yeah, my closing thoughts is that as we navigate social audio platforms like clubhouse, Twitter spaces, Facebook, audio room, and any emerging audio platform, be very thoughtful about the content, because rather than just let it slip away and be transient and ephemeral, I would encourage you to think about your the content is your value. And so always think about recording and repurposing your content. You'll be very pleasantly surprised how much information and knowledge is captured in those conversations. And otter would be able to work on all these platforms to help you capture and repurpose your content. And also for meetings. That's another way that you can use otter in fact that that is the main use case for otter is to be able to have otter record and capture all your meetings. So to make sure that you're holding yourself accountable to your own action items you're making sure that the team is collaborative, collaborating effectively, and getting stuff done. So from my business productivity standpoint, Otter will really help your personal productivity as well as your team's productivity and collaboration. So happy once again, DME trial if you're interested in an audit business trial, so that it can really amplify your content if you're a content creator. And if you're a busy professional, it can really help with you and your team's productive productivity and meetings as well. Thank you so much, Nate.
Simon, thank you for being here and I cannot wait to go back and listen to this podcast. Again, guys. If you if you're not familiar with the breakfast of champions podcast, you can find the link at breakfast with champions dot live. You can do a search for breakfast with champions over at Spotify or Apple and I can't wait to go back and listen to this and also have a conversation with you because I've just opened up so many new ideas and I'm gonna actually pivot a little bit and at the top of the hour when I start talking to Michael Robinson about the power of Clubhouse. I'm going to talk about you know how you can use tools like otter AI, and I'm going to talk about one of the biggest benefits that clubhouse brought to me and how I was able to co author a book that you'll see the circle around my, my avatar social impact. And and Simon the way that we wrote this book, the publisher Christopher Hussey over at networker. He had the contributors, record our best video with our content. You know, a 20 to 45 minute video of what we were teaching to different social media strategies and we transcribe transcribe that video and edit it down into a book. And so this is just one more idea that I want to leave with you as we wrap up this conversation and interview with Simon Lau is that you can take a service like otter AI, and you can even if you're you don't have an audience in clubhouse yet you open up rooms and there's only maybe you're the only person maybe you have you bring in somebody you bring in a friend like Dr. Shawn Shapiro and you just say man, I'm going to give my 10 notes on how to lose weight or I'm going to give my my 10 bullet points on how to success in social media, whatever your thing is, and you just start doing that. And so as you build your audience, you can transcribe and record your content and take the best versions of your content and. So that's it. It's
going in and out, they just mean
Yeah. Hey, Nate, I think you're in the matrix. So we lost you for about 30 seconds to a minute
we lost you in the matrix Nate. Maybe he's not able to get back. He's out there somewhere. Like you're there somewhere.

Hopefully you're back out of the matrix. Are you back?

Okay, if I cut out again, if I see the red bar, I'm just gonna immediately pass over to you Michael. I am staying with friends in Las Vegas.
