So I mentioned it during the meeting. He spent the entire time with us yesterday, the entire three hours that we walked at facility. He was there and we were sitting side by side by side about a variety of things. And he did mention somewhat of an afterthought. It's the idea, you know that there is the potential that we could find ourselves revisiting history, that there could be an incident or incidents require the federal courts to step in and say you need to do something about situational judgment.
