Hi, I'm responding to this letter right here that has been signed and ad addressed from Myra, dated March 31. And here is my response on video and only on video my response to this particular letter dated March 31 2021. Before then I continue further I just want to say whoever watches my entire video communication here and I believe that someone in your company is going to see this video and when that when you do I want you to ask yourself you know, I can really like speak on video where you can see my expression, my communication, my tone of voice my eyes. Everything I said in this video is dishonest. Well, I really would I get that specific for the past nine months in details, dates, is that all lie which is what basically this letter is saying that I'm a liar that all the allegations I've made for the past nine months if you guys make it seem Lumira in this letter makes it seem that it's just on YouTube guys, you don't know where like you basically say here my this letter Myra says, we do not know why you have engaged in these tactics. Like really, for the past nine months, I've been telling you the same things over and over again, and you make it seem like you pretend not to know why that is just coming out of nowhere. And whatever, quote unquote, allegations I've made or said, that you say is true? Have I've been backed up by documentation, examples, proof evidence, I even say that. And so after you've seen this video, all you have to ask yourself is really, am I really lying? Or is Mayra lying in this letter? by just saying everything's is unsure of that I said for the past nine months, he make it seem like, it's just us to you guys, you don't know where it's coming from? Like, look into my eyes, and really be honest. And if you can be honest and ask yourself, if it's really all live and really line and I get you guys have to play cover your tracks or corporate to use a corporate staff liabilities or whatever. But I would not be risking saying things that I said, If I didn't have examples, evidence documentation, which I do for everything I've said, I withdraw also. And like I say better have more evidence. But a lot of those are them are those lengthy documentation, which seems you just opened up when you received my mark, the John's March 30th letter seems like you're locked out those lengthy communications that I've been sending for the past nine months, the same page, which is updated with you know more things as they occurred for the past nine months, and also better yet, I am willing to take a lie detector test to prove that everything I've said what this letter is saying I'm lying, and it's untrue and you guys are denying it. I've said this before. In my communications, I'm willing to take a lie detector test now what I offer that if I was lying what I've been risking I'm willing to take a lie detector test. If now I asked before if Shoraka. were willing to take a lie detector test. And now if my role is willing to take a lie detector test, I will I will gladly take a lie detector test to everything I've said in the past nine months to be true. And by the way, first of all by just implying that I'm lying at everything I've said
is untrue, it's it's a lie that I've been lying this whole time. First of all is just not only is it very invalidating, it's also demeaning and degrading. by suggesting everything I've said is untrue, is a lie. And another thing are to reference to where it says your paragraph three transcripts of telephone discussions posted to the internet. That is, you're saying everything I've said is untrue. What I can say is that tell by intuiting, tough transcripts of telephone discussions posted to the internet. First of all, from the landlord and tenant board, when I spoke to one of the agents there, I just put a line of what she said word for word, I could take your take many, many months for me to get a hearing. That was just a sentence I checked.
And the transcript that you see have seen on the site. First of all, it's a hidden page. It's no one else can see it except for whoever I send the link to, which or only to you guys. It's a hidden pages. And those transcripts are not telephone transcripts. Their video transcripts have been there for months, but it looks like you guys just took the time to open the site now and take a look at it. But those are the if you look carefully, those are video transcripts, not telephone transcripts. And by the way, now that you guys have had the time to look at it and view it over have had ample of time it's now password protected where you need a password to get on to view the page by my Iris claiming that transcript of telephone discussions posted to the internet and that means it's public. This clearly says to me that you're setting me up to be accused of slander, by the way even if I were to go public and I'm not threatening to sue don't take it as that it wouldn't be slander because everything I would say will be true and I'll have evidence to back it up. And I'm not threatening to do that as well. So don't take it as that and now it says your accommodation will have to be in writing well thank you that's what I have been requesting since day one for the past nine months or you communicate only with me in writing which you guys have failed to do so either you know either you just demand it insisted and call you immediately and have a phone conversation with me pressuring me into a payment plan or you know you send one of your representatives or recently Myra coming knocking on my door demanding to speak me or give me a letter like when I from day one requested. And in fact request in Sicily only communicate with me in writing. So yes, I agree like his accommodation will have to be in writing. Well, I've been saying that for the past nine months, that only communicate me communicate with me in writing and only in writing, you know where everything's documented, and not and you know, that I can in writing, I can capture the truth as to what really happened. So I'm going to read the second paragraph here. And this letter on March 31. From my IRA, we're communicating with you because only licensed legal professionals are permitted to represent tenants with respect to legal disputes in Ontario. There is no registration by the name of john Newland registered with the Law Society of Ontario. So first of all, I don't know where you're getting this from. There's no way we're in John's letter where he states fat he's representing legally as my lawyer as you're aware, or aware of from all my previous communications for the past nine months. I've as I've been nothing but honest and upfront with you about my financial situation and where I'm at. I've been totally 100% upfront with you about that for the past nine months. And so if you really paid attention to that, I know you guys can't see Miss things. But if you paid really close attention, you would know that I cannot afford a lawyer. But I'm sure you already well aware of that. So I was clear that I authorize john to act as my agent. And in his letter to you guys, he clearly states if you read that part that he is a copywriter. And so by saying that he is not a legal licensed professional, again, I don't get just seems like again, you know, you guys are circumventing whoever I have fara authorized to represent me as my agent, as my agent do either to speak on my behalf or be my voice because I cannot do it on my own is a clearly stated that from before. You know, and the stress and trauma and the anxiety you guys have triggered calls repeatedly for the past nine months, which you'll also know from my communications, there's nothing new in this letter, if they're in, in John's letter, if there was anything new is just the recent events at a con with Myra coming pounding on my door. And you know, sending me the emails saying she'll get back to me with a payment plan. As I requested shortly when I said I don't know what shortly mean, she this chart response was a few days later, she came in to power my door. But everything else, practically that was mentioned ellos nothing you in there. It's just what I've been saying. Or what Scott's been saying on my behalf for the past nine months to you guys. So this just seems like you are again, circumventing my agent john, so that's why I'm just left all alone fighting because you guys will know that I cannot afford a lawyer and you know, you're this top company and you you know, have all this power. And and, and yet again, this, this is just another reprisal. But you're just covering up with saying, you know, he's not a legal professional. First of all, for one to add to someone's agent does not have to have a license. And I know that because again, you know, one of the agents from you know, the ministry or whatever that I was in touch with a while ago said one does not have to have a licensed after someone's age, I mean, anyone, even a friend or a parent can come in after someone's age. And so john
is a professional copywriter, not a lawyer and there's no way in that letter that he sent you guys. March 3, or 30th? Did it even Empire indicate that he was a lawyer? So this statement is just again, just on call for it's just another a prior prize away? Have you guys just circumventing my agent. So I'm left fighting all on my own, once again, just like how you circumvented scoring more and all this communications and didn't even acknowledge him as my agent. And by the way, when you say posted to the intranet, yes, it is to the intranet, but it's on a hidden page. All those documents that lead the communications that I've been referencing for the past nine months, is on a hidden page. And what that means is that the only person who has access to viewing that page is a person who the link that particular link is sent to so it's not the public, not just anyone has access to the page because it's on a hidden page. And by the way, which I have now that page I have now as of yesterday, April the second I have password protected the pain so you will no longer have access. If you click on the link you will no longer have access to viewing the page and just for reference This is a page that I am referring to which is now password protected as of yesterday so I trust that by now you would have printed out all these communications that's on this page by now as now you no longer have access to it because it is password protected as yesterday. And so I'm asking you know, I'm not just asking you I'm telling you and I'm speaking directly to here, Myra and show up I have Shaka Zulu employed here. I am telling you that this is my home not yours. plan going forward I will not have an abusive I will not continue to have an abusive experience in my home you guys using fear tactics on the intimidation you can deny it say it's untrue all you want say it's an allegation all you want. But you and I quad where we both know we know that things are fear topics, send me letters threatening. Actually, I'm just going to show you here do a screen share so call this fear topic or not a hidden you know, agenda to to put fear instill fear in me just so I can enter into a repayment plan if I don't honor that, because you will know the law if I don't. Once I enter into a payment plan if I don't honor that you can you can evict me even without a hearing. So I'm just going to show you read here, for example, where I said I'm looking at this page sent this letter to the full case of harassment in August August 24 21st. So where it says because your representative insistency mean person this letter which did matter, they make an option by August 14, which against letter from Myra says right here, tenancy could be in jeopardy if you fail to contact us by August 14, we will assume that you have no intention to work with us to structure a payment plan agreement and therefore we will be forced to pursue legal remedies available to us under the residential tenancies act. Well the letter August 12 I received the letter August 14 and I had like less than 24 hours to spawn get a payment plan and respond to you otherwise my tenancy could be in jeopardy call that forget about not having enough like you guys already know this I'm assuming you need this was sent to you guys, everything was communicating that you know backed up with truth, dates, examples. And
you guys already know this store assume you do. So call this a fear tactic or not like what would this be call like, you say, you know, you're biting the law, whatever, but still, this is a fear tactic. So having said that, going forward like I am telling you to respect that this is my home. So, if you see me Myron showcar downstairs, I'm asking you not to approach me not to even try to engage in having conversation. He for whatever reason. If there's anything you as you said, everything should be in writing now. Please just email me Do not come pounding on my door anymore or send one of your agents knocking on my door to deliver a letter to me. All communications must be an only be through either you email me or you put a letter in my mailbox and I'll get it in my mail when we're traveling mailbox. But from going forward, I am asking and telling you do not approach or talk to me if you see me. You guys have an advantage. You have cameras in your office. I know because that day in 2019 when Chikara and I'm gonna get into that later as you guys again say all these allegations Myra is insinuating are untrue, or was it on true? Clearly all documented on the page? And that lengthy piece of documentation that's now password protected? Is it a lie that showcar did not corner me when she saw me? Try to speak to me and engage in a conversation with me. See Before You could use these cameras to my disadvantage, you would see when I'm coming when I'm going so you can approach me like Shakira did that day in 2019 disolve documented on that page. So now I am asking you those cameras to use it to actually my advantage and when you see me because you know, I'm coming, don't approach me look the other way. Because you can clearly see when I'm going into the elevator when I'm coming, so please, you clearly know because you can see on the camera as you're watching if you're not watching the cameras, and you happen to because it's gonna be evident at some point, we're going to be bumping into each other Myra, Chicago. So what do you see me like turn the other way. And I will also turn the other way. Like this is just purely professional, just get there's anything you have to say, or any kind of notice you have to give me then only and only gave it to me through email, or put something in my mailbox, but did not deliver any piece of communication verbally to me. Even if I'm downstairs anything at all. Or do not come knocking on my door ever again. Like this is my home. And today is April, the third as I'm creating this video for you. By the time you watch this video should be April before, by the time you click the link and watch this video, I would have signed bankruptcy papers. And so I refuse to be walking in my home now that I've signed these bankruptcy papers I which by the time you watch this video and sign music bankruptcy papers, April before, as a last resort, I had no choice but to resort to that. So now that I've signed bankruptcy papers, I refuse to be walking in my home being in fear view that you're going to do something else to torment me, intimidate me.
And most importantly, hurt me. That is not what signing those papers meant. Signing those papers meant I had no other choice. It was the last resort. fact it was actually the honest thing to do. Because unlike the case you are trying to prepare for is a person who did not pay her rent for a year and is just here to take advantage of the system. When I've clearly proven that given that we have just been informed that province wide, we're going on to another lockdown probably for a month or who knows for how long and clearly no but none of my other creditors or debtors are on me are bothering me or troubling me or terrorizing me to pay off the debt like I do not have any other fear tactics or none of my other creditors are bothering me or pressuring me only you guys so clearly without giving and also in February me finding out from that age and at the landlord tab board that I have many many more months till even I can even get it till even a hearing scheduled. So having those two pieces of information for an average person who had just average level dishonesty would not have signed on April the fourth because there's no need to I mean, given that we will just inform that we're going into Now they're locked down again. None of my other creditors are pressuring me about any other debts I have. So, knowing God, ask yourself, why would I sign now when I have every reason like I have basically time based on what we've found out? I found out, I basically have time on my site. So why would I sign now? Is this the kind of person who, what you're claiming, would lie about all those allegations that are in all of those communications to you? I mean, for the moment, I knew that I cannot pay the rent. And it is impossible now. I had to sign these bankruptcy papers now for sure. In fact, it became even more evident than ever, because it is the only thing that can protect me not just from eviction, but from further reprisals from you. Yes, not just protect me from eviction, again, saying it again, but from further being reprised from you guys. And so now, I will say it again. Myra show aka you see me downstairs you see me in the elevator. Even if you bump into me accidentally you don't see me on this cameras look the other way. And I will do the same. Don't even attempt to talk to me. Or even if you have a question, email me. You said before in this letter of March 31. Myra said all communications now must be in writing, which is what I've been asking for for the past nine months. I refuse going forward to be in fear of my own home anymore, like I have been for the past year or so. Haven't been going down to the Rec Center having been free, you know, waiting till
after 5pm to go and check my mailbox because I'm so afraid of bumping into one of you guys show up or my row now that I know you know you came knocking on my door the other day. So how do I not know you're working downstairs squarely? No more of that. Going forward. I've now signed bankruptcy papers. And I'm protected under bankruptcy law. And I ask that you respect my space and my boundaries. Do not come knocking on my door. Do not even try to engage in a conversation even if you even if it's a friendly conversation, because I know it's just not going to be pure wail on your part. It hasn't been from day one, but that doesn't matter anymore. Just don't talk to me. This is my home. Not yours. You guys work here. Mayra Shaka the end of the day, you get to go home. But this is my home.
Not yours. And I will no longer live in fear. wondering when the axe will fall again and you guys will do something to hurt me. Going forward, I'm going to be free in my hall. I'm going to go downstairs whenever I want. I'm going to go to a rec area wherever whenever I want to do not want to have be thinking or worry when I pass by the office door and one of the guys see me on the cameras because clearly at that advantage. I say use that to avoid being at whatever caused you don't look at me Don't try to approach me. Avoid me completely and I will do the same. So clearly again, Myra, in this letter of March 31 is really claiming that I'm lying that everything I put everything that's been in those communication that john yulan wrote in his letter of March 30. Everything is a lie. All allegations lie when it's clear that the real person who's been lying here all along is Chicago. And now it seems that much roeslein even by just saying all my allegations are on true when I've been just saying repeatedly the same thing in the past nine months there's these are just not allegations they are actually what has happened backed up with what has happened backed up with evidence backed up with data who said what so let me take you back or remind you that's been it's also been in that long comprehensive document common communications are linked that now pop by you had you guys have had access to all along and past password protected it but it's been there these communications let me just remind you of an incident take it back an incident that happened July 19. Just an exchange between Shaka and myself where it's clear that she lied just so she does not get into trouble because of what happened before just recently before and with the fridge incident where she says she's gonna order a new fridge and then it didn't come squad went down to find out was clear they never ordered it. They're waiting for the maintenance guy because he wasn't the office at the time. Long story short that is waiting for someone to move out and they give give us their fridge when we were promised a new fridge just clear a prize a laughter prize often why prize on first of all, another book, which was another book can promise that was July 17. An email 2019 an email I sent to my RA and it was related to his broken promises. Anyways, I'm just gonna read this email right here July 9 July 17 2019 home IRA This is a video message from me about broken promises and apparent reprisal against me for speaking up earlier about the uncalled for eviction notice which no one has yet which no one has Viet actually apologized to me when I'm talking about fee eviction that was the end for our sent me when it shouldn't have been sent to me because I wasn't in arrears for my rent back in 2019. And clearly that was a reprisal from Shoraka by not ordering the new fridge having me wait and she only ordered it when she was called called on when we called her on it another reprisal and go back to this video and watch it and you're clearly know what I'm talking about broken promises. Sherlock allied she's the one that lie she's the one that has been lying. And now seems like Myra is lying to just by saying all those allegations are on to them. They don't know what you're talking about don't know why you're resorting to these tactics. make it seem like pretending it's just I'm coming up with these things.

about two weeks ago while I was over two weeks ago and I just made notes here I'm gonna be glancing at back and forth as I kept documentation every step of the way. So about two weeks ago, my roommate actually happened to be downstairs and he saw this guy with the red shirt in the management office of tan Lisa and I remember him saying that Sharapova was also there the community assistant manager and time Lisa Street. She was also in the office and so at the same time and my roommate actually reported so he spontaneously walked in the office and he reported that they're that about our fridge because our fridge has not been working for the past two weeks. It will almost be two or three weeks now we have been without a fridge and so we reported like our fridge is not working. What to do and the man not sure if his name with a red shirt. I believe he's a maintaining sky. said that he was my roommate It explained the problem with the fridge. And the guy said that while we were told to turn the fridge off and let it defrost, and if the problem is still there, that they will get us a new fridge. So to come back downstairs. And so the very next day, we followed his instructions. And a couple days later, we followed his instructions were day, see if it worked, it still didn't work. So a couple days after I went back downstairs and explained I'm sure Rocco was in our office, I explained about the fridge and what the guy said to do. And she, and she instructed us that we did as as he had instructed, and is still not working. And is and she said to call quadreal cut act. And so that's what I did. And I also told her at the same time that our food is going bad, we've had to throw out a lot of food, because our fridge is just not working and hasn't been for a while now. So she said to call quad cut rail Connect. So that's what I did right away a call, if so was have timelines here to stagger that. So it was about two Fridays ago. I called the week of July, it was like July 5 or so two Fridays ago, I called quad connect quadreal Connect. And I explained the situation with our fridge and also said Our food is going bad. So it is urgent if they could send someone up as soon as possible to check out our fridge and they said they made a record of it. And they said they put it they actually noted it as urgent as well. And so they will send you know the person who the maintain is the person who doesn't maintain is the guy who's in charge of that they will send that would be we'll put an order out. And that and I asked how long would it take? Would they be able to come the same day? And they said yes, he'll be there the same day, which was Friday, two Fridays ago. And so I waited and no one showed up. So on Monday, I called quadrille connect again, and they still explained the situation on us come to look at our fridge and their food is still going bad and we don't have a fridge. So they put another order out. And I believe they put another order out. And so the guy came that same day Monday after me calling for the second time. This is the same guy with a red shirt that my roommate met downstairs who said to defrost the fridge first. And if it still doesn't work, we'll get a new fridge. And so
I made a note here. And so he did come up that afternoon. And that same that Monday afternoon, which was July the eighth. I called Quadro connected 9:42am. When he came I believe it was that same but it was that same day, I believe it was sometime in the afternoon or so he came up on that Monday, July 8, looked at the fridge and said yes, it's not working. And he said he'll put an order in for us to get a new fridge. And it will be in by that same week, Wednesday or Thursday, which would be July 9 or 10th. That same week, and that Schrock will call us from downstairs once it's in, and he assured me will be by Wednesday or Thursday. And I did tell him Yes, sir. Food is going bad and you have to like throw a lot of food out. So we've been without our fridge for quite a while. And so you show me Yes, by once your Thursday, we'll be getting a new fridge that same week. And so I waited Wednesday, Thursday, I wait till Friday. I'll get some time there. No one called me and we didn't get our fridge. And then on Friday, which was July 12. As a leading weed no one called that Wednesday, Thursday as promised. That's another broken promise. So on July 12, I called the management office downstairs Shoraka just a fog to see. You know when our fridges coming as we were promised by Wednesday or Thursday. She wasn't in the office but someone answered I don't remember his name. He may have given it to me but I don't remember his name. He said he was covering for Shaka that day because she was downtown or something at a conference but she will be back that same evening and I remember calling around 4:20pm and he says she will be back around five and she'll give me a call at 5pm on Friday that Same day did also explain the issue in the situation about our fridge to him. He said yes, we'll give her the message. You know exactly the exact message about our fridge. And, and so I waited all day Friday. I know what she did not call me back, no one call me back. So that's another broken promise as I was promised she would call me back that same day when she does get in. She didn't call me back. And so I waited. And so I tried calling again on Monday, which was at 2:25pm. In the afternoon, and Shoraka answered, and I explained this just a follow up. I told her about that, what we were promised a fridge by Wednesday or Thursday of last week, and no one called and the guy said, who came up to check Harford said, He will put in the report with you. And then you will give us a call and the fridge comes in, which will be on Wednesday, Thursday, July 9, or 10th, for sure. And she acted like she didn't know anything. And she said, or like, just Yeah, like there was no record of it. When we did report it two, three times. Maybe even more. I remember like, you know, the number of times I had to call back and forth just to follow up because no one responded, or there was no, like, no, no one got back to get back to me about it. Or we didn't get our fridge as promised, in the timeline is what was promised promised on. And so she said to call again, quad we'll connect. But I mean, I know I went down a couple weeks ago, as I mentioned. And she told me the same thing. So she said again, call quadreal Connect, and I said well, I did she had told me to and I fall because I know the process. I remember some time ago when there was no management here and old, an older Cathy, who was in who was downstairs in the office as a as si LAN or manager, whatever you call them.
I remember like whenever we had an maintainers issue that like a call call rail Connect, and the the service would be very prompt very quickly within like 1015 minutes, less than half an hour someone would come up and, and attend to the issue. So I know the process. So I say did call quadreal Connect, and she had told me to and you know and they they did the guy did come up to check the fridge and said he'll put an order in for us to get a new fridge and that he'll he'll let you know with Shoraka we'll let her know. And then that she was supposed to give me a call back. And she said okay, she'll check it out and give me a call back. So this was I called her on Monday, which was of this week. And it's Wednesday. I didn't haven't heard anything back from her. And I even said, you know, to also email me in case you know, I'm not by my phone, I missed a call because this is urgent Our food is going bad. And we've had to throw out a lot of food. And we don't like we have no idea when we're going to get the fridge because we were first promised by Wednesday, Thursday of last week, nothing happened. No one has called us back. So again, that's another broken promise. She didn't call me back. And so and so my roommate just told me yesterday, he went down and the same guy with the red shirt who came up to check our fridge was sitting there and the same guy who he met about over two weeks ago when he first told us told him about our fridge washer Rocco was there in the office at the same time. So she was you know, she she was there at the same time he told her in the office. So So here so he just a very nice he asked him so is our fridges on the way you're good with our fridge, I assume it's on its way, or when are we getting our fridge? And my roommate told me that he looked the guy looked confused. And that he tried to remember and then he said he said, well the tenants moving out so they're just waiting for a tenant to move out. And then and then we'll be and then they will be taking their fridge to give to us. And my roommate also said sure Rocco was in the office as well. That's the same time and yesterday. And then yeah, and then my roommate said he told him to hold on. That is not what you You said means the guy with red shirt told, told him and promised or told me rather than promised that we're going to get and promised him the day over two weeks ago. If the fridge does not work still, after following his instructions, we'll get a new fridge. So. So that's not what he promised. And then my roommate said very nicely that he is not angry. And he has no resentments. But, and he is not blaming anyone for this situation. But he did give His Word to vote for us to get a new fridge and that it was going to be we're going to have it by last Wednesday or Thursday. And that he prefers that he keeps his word and honors His word, and gets us that new fridge as soon as he can. And that's where we basically left it at. So I didn't know what else to do. Like I said, I've been like we've been just waiting. And it's like this issue is now made a priority or seems like it hasn't been attended to or people are conveniently forgetting or like I don't know exactly, you know, it just Yeah, like I said, I report associate like two three times followed up with one broken promise after another first or promised this and then it doesn't happen, then we're promised someone will get back to us within a certain time period, and then it doesn't happen. And so you know, I have expired. I just want to say I have experience with reprisal. I actually won a case about two years ago with the Ministry of Labor, for over $30,000 for unpaid wages. And I know what reply reprisal clearly is and we're not expecting please don't defend yourselves or I know I probably say this is not a reply reprisal or you throw your ego, your legal jargons or whatever, like I know what reprisal is, I'm to say it feels like this is a reprisal.
Like, like I feel like I'm being punished for standing up for my rights when I was wrongly given an eviction notice. And, and then I and then I also remember telling Shoraka that same when that situation happened. With the eviction notice that I do have a history of anxiety and panic attacks. And then on July 19 there was this exchange between me and Shaka July 19. Two days later, two days after this video was sent speaking about replies on reprisal from Sherlock, that I experienced broken promises sent to Myra cannon July 19. Two days later I send an email to show off sent 955 a dear show aka my roommate and I do not appreciate being cornered by you yes corner which is what she did cornered by you to have a conversation. While we were both physically in the elevators. Let me remind you and give you a context I had entered into I was already in the elevator. Let's clear Shaka probably saw me on the camera and while I was on the in the elevator she tried to come in while I was in the elevator so she cornered me just bombarded me and wanting to tell me something that she didn't get a chance because the elevator door closed. And then I just go on to say you know your progress. Sister Kathy was a professional blah blah blah. She also communicate your residence by a proper rate written notice. And it goes anyways it goes on but the main thing is that she cornered me and she lied about what it was about. And then that same day I get an email back from Sherlock, saying I tried to ask you to press the elevator button back to P one for service if you can only but I didn't finish this sentence. Hi, I would like to. That's all I said the same time the elevator door was closed. I can tell you that. Show up. I did not want to ask you to To put the elevator button on service back to P one, she was afraid that she was going to get into trouble by her boss because I called her on her broken promises and reprisal with the whole fridge incident thing. She deliberately did not order because she was reprising Ephraim score speaking up earlier about the eviction notice.
And so she was punishing me. And she lied about why she wanted to talk to me, she actually came out, tried to come in the elevator and I was already in the elevator. And she cornered me. And a reminder, this incident happened two days after I sent that video to my RA, with what happened. Relate to show aka. And I also have just like Shaka lied about returning my my rent chart that you guys refuse to cache that she put it into the envelope or ladder and put it on my door. She lied about that, because like I've said repeatedly, that I did not get my rent check back. Just like she lied about that she lied about this. And I also offered to take a lie detector tests to prove that I'm telling the truth and Sharapova is glide, she's got a pat on the line. But again, just like other my numerous other concerns that I've expressed for the past nine months have gone ignored, not acknowledged. And now obviously denied this letter of Myra has a march 31 accusing me of lying, like everything that I've said for the past nine months is on true. Well, honestly, what I take the risk and the chance of offering and I still stand to that. Take a lie detector test. So long as Sharapova takes it. And now so long as Myra agrees to take it. What I even offer that or think of that if I knew if I was lying if I wasn't telling the truth. What I risk that. In fact, quadreal executives, management staff, you know, whoever Myra and Ben Schrock have told these stories to that I'm you know, making this up, I'm a liar, all these accusations are on true, whoever those stories are told to I am asking you go watch those videos, which I have to make it easier taken it off that page, and put it on a separate page, which are just videos that are from those two long case document. Long comprehensive communications that you've been receiving, that was attached to the link was inserted into john Newlands letter of March 30. That's now password protected. Because I know everything I've said is true. My story has been consistent for the past nine months whether it Scott has been saying it or john has been saying it or I have been saying it directly. The story has been consistent. Either whether Scott's been saying on my behalf being my voice or john being my voice nothing is different. Nothing that I've said has not been consistent. So ask yourselves for someone average person I'm just an average person. If she has been lying all along with my story really be consistent. Would I be really that could make up these stories and make up these, these dates and these events that happen these you know
like what I really be that cycle perfect to make all that up. You see, truth is not hard to remember. As you can clearly see I'm communicating clearly. I don't have a heart time remembering things because I telling the truth. lies on the other hand, are hard to remember where you know a person will be telling you a lie and they forgot what lie they told a tie another story. But my story has been consistent. Whatever I've been saying for the past nine months have has been consistent. And now you see me communicating clearly on video what I be vulnerable, putting myself out to you guys on video if I was lying, like my rose claiming in her ladder here that all the allegations I'm like, I'm not the one who's lying here. And again, I've offered to take a lie detector test. And also want to go back to something I did not add, when I was talking about that incident where shikara cornering me when I was in the elevator, trying to tell me something and just scaring me, you know, unexpectedly coming out of nowhere. And then claiming an email back it was because she wanted to tell me that she wanted to tell me to put the elevator on sir, to press a button back to P one to put the elevator on service. Well, if you really want to know the truth, then I suggest go back and check your logs of July 19, July 19 2019. Check your logs, if there was an elevator on order to be on service, or reserved to be on service for that morning or afternoon. And I can just about guarantee and assure you that there'll be nothing in that log for that day, that morning or that afternoon for an elevator that an elevator was reserved to be on service. Thank you again. Myra states in this letter, all the allegations I have made are untrue, hard lies. So if that's the case of this are just all lies that I've been saying for the past nine months. And I mean, like Scott has lied. JOHN has lied. So all three of us have come together and come up with this story. To manipulate or not to tell the truth or to just waste our time for fabricating allegations that are not true. Where's the logic in that? That means that all three of us have got to be lying all together. Including john Newland, who is not even emotionally invested in this, but he yes knows me. And Scott, he's known Scott for the past number of years. Yours, so it means he's lying, like, what benefit does he get from lying? And so my error claims everything here is a lie. So then how do you explain this communication? I'm just going to share my screen here. This link also was sent to you. In that March 30 letter from john. This link was also inserted. So how do you explain this piece of communication that was sent to you guys? quadreal executive staff management August 21. How do you explain this? Isn't it true that for every every day for three days in a row, you said one of your representatives to pound on my door to deliver a letter when I would answer come back again, the next one and then on the third day, to 14 finally when? At the time agent at the time, previous agent Scott answered the door, he insisted he asked to speak to me, even without an SCADA Do you have an appointment? And he insisted to speak to me, further triggering my anxiety and trauma, it's all here. And I'll just read it. For three consecutive days you sent someone knocking on my door to force me to answer and deliver a letter which was by Myra, this letter right here. The threatening letter that if I don't respond by August 14 in less than 24 hours that I had, by the time this letter was delivered to me, then I my tenancy is in jeopardy so that obviously put me in a panic and that triggered my anxiety even more. Isn't it true that on numerous occasions, you have been informed of my medically diagnosed anxiety condition now you just in this letter you just pretend to care to give me some links for my anxiety while you've been informed for the past nine months I've been saying it while I i've been saying it Scott Scott's been saying and now john as well but I have a medically diagnosed anxiety condition that situational based that when trigger that your actions by hounding me and coming pounding on my door and other tactics that you've resorted to withdraw and these communications is what trigger my anxiety and you have been informed and told what not to do that will trigger my anxiety Yeah, you've done the opposite. Like you've been told from before don't do this don't come on announced. Don't interrupt my business it just triggers me even more than it won't even take me longer to pay my rent arrears to you guys yet you've ignored that and you've just done the opposite. In fact, the only as john stayed in his March 31 30th letter to you the only blown act of humanity that was done that Patricia did was informed me when when an N four was put in the mail so I don't so I'm not anxious and I know to go and check the mail to retrieve that and for because I requested numerous times, please don't come unannounced to my door Don't be pounding on my door.
If you have something to give me they're gonna put in the put in the mail. Send me if you could just do me the courtesy of sending me the email and letting me know that an N four is put in my mailbox and I'll go and check it. And that was the only loan after we Maddy Trish Patricia did after receiving this piece. This comprehensive letter where I make that request clearly at the end. So, referencing here, point seven. I say again, I ask that if you're going to proceed deliver a letter to me or put one in my mail block box, please contact me via email or within a 24 hour notice to let me know that it is coming including an N four So I can make arrangements to either be at home and again, I do not answer to the door if I'm not expecting someone. So clearly you guys have been informed what triggers my anxiety what traumatizes me. And this was after seeing this piece of communication, it is the only time alone act of humanity was done by one of your staff, Patricia, who actually let me know as soon as an N four was delivered in my mailbox, as you know, because John's day, then his letter, and I very graciously acknowledged and fainter how much it served me and I didn't go into anxiety because I knew ahead of time, what was coming. And then, months later, clearly, when you guys were told and informed what not to do. Myra comes pounding on my door unannounced. knowing exactly that that's going to trigger my anxiety because you guys, you can't say you didn't know. And if you claim you don't know means you didn't read any my communications. And I would say that that's not that you chose to ignore that carelessness with which john mentioned his letter actually stated, his words, negligence. Just an act of carelessness, showing you didn't care you didn't have any district you had, you didn't have any regard for my well being. So tell me if that's untrue. Those allegations I'm making clearly from what I've showed you to back up my quote unquote, allegation. So I'm just saying you guys have been informed numerous times. What jeopardizes my mental well being my anxiety and yet you've done the opposite, including the recent event that Myra came pounding. And he said, we have a recording of it pounding on the door, you can prove it to deliver a lateral, she clearly could have just emailed to me, Well, she did anyways. Coming on, announced scaring me triggering me and traumatize me yet, again, that what that has done, but got that as being done by one of your quadreal staff. Another act of just showing complete disregard for my well being. And now you're you're acknowledging you're saying, you know, with respect to any issue to relation to anxiety or other health related issue, we assume you're receiving blah, blah, blah, medical treatment or attention for any medical condition, however, we are prepared to refer you to the Community Care Access Center, and so on. Well, where was that care before when I've been staying for the past nine months? That I have a medically diagnosed anxiety condition. And yet, you're just saying it now because you guys are always scared, you're afraid and you're just stating here. What's in this letter is because you're afraid of liability issues of fi. something were to happen terribly, you don't want to be liable. So clearly, this is an app to just protect yourself corporate liability to prevent any corporate liability. I know that this is what that is, you guys don't care. You know what that this is? Because you've never acknowledged my anxiety for the past nine months that has been clearly these comprehensive intensive communications that have that have been sent to you. That you say, Are you claim these allegations are coming out of nowhere? According to my last letter of March 31, that I'm resorting to such tactics and you don't know why, well, it's all being communicated for the past nine months to you guys. And so I am going to ask again and insist again, Myra, Shoraka
avoid me at any cost. You see me downstairs, don't even try to approach me while they bump into me. Accidentally don't even look at me turn the other cheek. Don't say hello, don't smile. Just look the other way and I'll do the same. You see me on the security cameras in your office. Avoid me. This is my home. Can I refuse any longer? To live in fear and in terror of you guys, what you're going to do next to hurt me. So I asked, don't be coming to my door at all. If you have anything you need to communicate with me, then please do so only and only by email, or by putting something in my mailbox. In fact, if anything, the only piece of communication I should be receiving at my door, guys, those general notices about water shut down repairs in our on our floor, those general kind of notices we get that go out to all tenants, that's the only notice, I should be receiving my door. But please do not put any personal letters that is just for me at my door either email me or put in my mailbox. I am in bankruptcy. Now by the time you watch this video, I will be in bankruptcy. So don't try to even approach me in any form in any way whatsoever. Only way. If you need to communicate absolutely need to communicate with me at all, which you shouldn't have to. Hopefully we'll just be occasionally there's anything then by email or put a letter in my mail. But I refuse to be terrorized by you guys anymore. This is my home. And I am going to be in one to be free in my home free to go downstairs, do the laundry use the facilities freely without worrying about you guys trying to corner me again like Shoraka did that day or trying to talk to me or manipulate me into something or whatever. I've been in fear all along for about that with good reason. So I refuse to be in fear anymore. And please quadreal staff you're watching this video, please instruct your lower level management staff Sherlock and Myra to not approach me never not to approach me in any form whatsoever except by email, or put a letter in my mailbox if it's really needed and necessary to communicate with me. And I'll read it again, we do not know why you have engaged in these tactics, and why you have sent us such lengthy communication. Then clearly you haven't watched these videos particularly. So good reason to believe you haven't watched these videos or all these videos. And so a good reason actually to request. There you go. And you watch also the video of me tab which sets up the context of the rest of my communications may 10, where it starts with Scott and I'm in it too. And you tell me like Scott shares exactly what happened, which sets up and this video was also inserted in john UN's letter of March 30. Where it said that the contracts and it shows you know about it's it shows acts of bad faith, reasonable enjoyment of the property and reprisals. How do I remember those things? I don't have to go back and read about what john Yulin stated in his letter because it's the truth it's not a lie that I have to go and remember. That was the beginning of the pandemic to quadreal and another thing it states of what this video socials unprofessionalism, particularly with Sherlock, where Scott holds up a letter saying the letter that was sent without when she first sent the letter that said, or wasn't even a letter just big, you know, just written about? Well, not a surprise, my check has to be from a lease or lease holders account, no business checks accepted, Scott shows that letter, it's 25 minute 47 second video, go and watch it, and they will tell you exactly what happened. And also, so based on what's in this video, all these other communications where they're coming from
submit, I'm just doing this video for you. As you know, I've let you know that I'm moving out August 1. So I'm going to honor my you know that the lease with you as your roommate, or whatever Rob called. But I just wanted to just do this video for you guys an explanation of why, why I've, you know, given you my notice more than 60 days, notice I'm giving you plenty of notice. But the reason is, and I'm just being straight with you, you might want to just keep this for your records, when you get another roommate to replace me is that everything I've seen from these new people new owners is it's clear to me that they have an intention to for you to leave. Like, here's a letter that came in that said, we're all in this together. And we recognize that each of us is impacted in different ways, as a result of the crisis. If you have concerns or questions and future rent payments, or if you require assistance when needed, the matters we have established central anyway, the point is there. You know, as soon as I saw this letter, I realized that this is not a compassionate letter. It's just they're concerned about the rent, right? And, but they represented themselves that we're all in this together. And so you know, you paid your rent in April, with a check from your sole proprietor business account, you pay and they cashed it, and no problem there, then you did the same thing in May. And now you get this letter that I'm just want to put it here. You know, it's not even professional, like, I'm pretty sure it's from that. You know, that that Indian lady, I forget her name, I apologize. And then I also want to say that, you know, I really, I I'm almost 100% sure, I'm just saying this for your own good, they want to get rid of you, I bet you after this whole COVID thing and all that, you know is over, they're going to sell the unit and surprise the hell out of you. And you should find out if they have any for yourself, you should find out if they have any intentions of selling your unit or if you have security here. The reason I'm leaving in August, when your lease is over is because I don't feel secure here. I'm just letting you know that when we had a problem with the fridge and all that, that whole hassle there, they go out of their way to ask like what type of phrases
and again, we're all we're all so sure I'll collide where there was no check, return and attach or whatever Scott shows up front in this video is what I received at my door. very unprofessional. Again, the video dated May 10. That was sent to quadreal staff and management titled landlord message. So again, you don't know where these these lengthy communications allegations are coming from. Watch the video and it will make sense what I've been repeating for the past nine months that seems to have been gone on deaf ears. Clearly now that Myra is saying in her letter right here that like seems like it pretending not to know that this is coming out of left field like I'm a liar. I'm the insane person that's making all this stuff up. Watch this video. And it will just tell you the truth and you'll know it's the truth. And again, I stand by what I said. I am willing as long as my run out and show up I was willing to take a lie detector test. This is claimed to be all lies were then unwilling as long as Sherlock agrees and Myra agrees to take a lie detector test deniable as well to prove to you even though I've got no eggs samples and evidence already to back up what I'm saying. But to further prove because clearly it's this letter saying online, that everything I've said is a lie. According to my wireless communication letter, I'm willing to take a lie detector test as long as Myra agrees to, and Sherlock leads to. And then we'll know for you know, for sure, who's telling the truth here, and who's clearly lying. So isn't it true beginning of last year in February, we all tenants received a 24 hour notice of entry for March 4 2020, which included this one new unique reason which in all other notices prior to that, that we've received never had that reason, included in it. And to refresh your memory what I'm talking about this notice here 24 hour notice of entry, which include this new reason, which is at the top the first point, as a reminder, to show the premises to prospective purchasers or mortgages of the premises, either directly or through a real estate broker. And again, never my tenancy here Have we ever received that reason of why you can enter our units never has that reason being included. Now, when I called you guys on and asked you just to, again, fear tactic, why would this reason be included? If you don't have any intention on selling our units one day, in the near future? further future, whatever? Why would this be included? That would just, again, I just said it's another fear trap tactic was, you know, some of the tenants are going to be scared and going to move on their own accord, which is why you want because you can increase the rent again, because new people come in, you know, they pay for their utilities, therefore more money for you guys.
And when I called you guys on it and said, Well, this isn't true fan, all I asked, which wasn't much, is just then put a written notice or center, no straw tenants put in the laundry room just to assure everyone that this new reason here at the top does not apply to us is just for eight Lisa, it does not apply to us. We don't we have nothing to worry about. And my request was ignore time and time and time again. And finally, Patricia responded to my request, after numerous times have asked you guys and you ignored it said no. Which furthermore proves my point. Why wouldn't you want to ease our fears if you had no intention of selling our units from under our eyes? And this becoming a condominium? Why would this particular reason being here? So is that really an allegation? Or is it just a fact, as Myra claims in her letter of March 31, that everything I've said is just a lie. It's untrue. Well, is this untrue here that I've communicated time and time again, referred back to my lengthy piece of communications. This is a fact. This is what we received. And I know that I'm not the only person that thought this that had this fear by seeing this new point that we've never seen ever before in our in our in my tenancy here. So it's the first time and yet you guys refused after ignoring my request numerous times, to put out a notice and to clear it up that we have nothing to worry about our units will not be sold, that this new reason does not apply to us. It just applies to AIG, Lisa and finally you respond back after numerous numerous requests and ignoring and saying no, you're not going to do that. I don't think I have to say furthermore on this part, and then furthermore, allowing me to under pay my rent for or presumed to have underpaid my mind which turned out to be not true and it's of course verified and confirmed. My you know, the communications on that page. Allow me to in your eyes, under pay my rent for many, many months, and then served me with an unwarranted and four with no warning that I was $244 in arrears, which turned out it was confirmed that I wasn't and that was a mistake. Is that untrue? Was that just an allegation? I think it's reasonable for me to say to these tactics you say I resort to taxes these taxes real clearly reprisals away to fear tactics and a way to prompt my eviction even though I was not in the wrong here I did not under pay my rent and just like that I receive an N four with no warning at all. So
is that a lie that you're not quick to evict tenants who are on the old lease and don't pay their you don't have to pay their utilities or the new increase rent or whatever? and refusing to cash my check when we're just in the beginning of the pandemic and I gave you my rent check for my as it was for my business account which your cash the month before, but you didn't the month after when? When I repeal is it as cash or cheque cash or cheque? And were you refuse to accept it just because it was for my business account? Is that an allegation? Like you continuously did your best to resort to tactics to make things so difficult for me where I will not want would not want to stay here anymore, maybe leave on my own accord or really dubious. Make it so I am evicted quicker. And when I clearly explained to you ahead of time wire to wire the check was richer for my business account. Now my personal account at the time because of the pandemic and the challenges financial challenges I was facing. And yet I still gave you my rent, rent my rent check for that month. And they repeatedly just asked you please just cash it just cash it even Scott did in his may 10. Video cash the check, he said and you refuse to and then finally, the CEO Dennis responds back after numerous times means this he just cashed the check asked me to bring the chap down and then you guys can cash it crunchy. I've just cashed it then from my business account. And I guess he assumed that you guys returned to my previous cat check that you didn't cash. But clearly you didn't. Because again, show up all lied. That chap was never returned to me. And the list just goes on and on and on. I mean it can go on but I'm not going to just continue to repeat myself. It was all in those communications. Bottom line is my rants claiming everything I said is untrue, that I'm lying. And I will say in the court of public opinion, public opinion, ask yourselves, hearing what I've already said. Who is more believable? Myra Sharapova, quadreal or me? Based on everything I've said, even to back up, whatever I've said clearly, and it's nothing new that I've said, it's all based on what has happened and how I have been treated by management quadreal staff, the links are there. And in john Newlands letter, again. for you guys to view the videos are there. Anyways, before I move forward, I just wanted to clear something I noticed in my previous communication, I may have said slip of a tongue that those videos are here for you to view. So just wanted to clear that up. And meanwhile Myra in her ladder is claiming that all the allegations are untrue or not based on truth that I'm lying when clearly here. The fact is quadrille has a pattern where part of the management has a pattern of broken promises will be first as a game The previous example with the whole fridge incident didn't deliver when they said they would do an order when they said they would. And by the way, when, you know the maintenance guys promo videos asked, you know, what direction does the door opens? Okay, it's 1059 right now, and I'm just documenting this for documentation purposes.
So about three minutes to go the guy maintaining sky with the red shirt came up and asked, just inquired just to find out what way The door opened of the fridge and then he left. And my roommate I was one thing I forgot to note yesterday is that my roommate mentioned. And you reminded me of this today, I forgot to make a note of in my video yesterday, my roommate had mentioned that when he went to see the guy downstairs a couple of days ago, as I mentioned my previous video that I sent out yesterday, July I believe it was 19. Yes, Wednesday, so I sent it out yesterday, and I and he so when he went down that time and inquired about what's happening with the fridge, it's on its way right. And the guy asked him what what way did the door open my roommate visually showed him the direction that it opened in. And so I just find it kind of puzzling and carriers that because my roommate did do tell him what way the door open when he asked the last time he was down and spontaneous. He walked into the office to to inquire about the fridge as we didn't hear anything. And when he looked confused, like, you know, like there's nothing was being done about it. And so he did ask him what direction the fridge open is i just i curious that he was that my roommate did mention what direction it opened. Just you know, just coincidentally, after my video yesterday, he comes up today, just before 11am and finds out again, what just inquires about what direction the fridge opened. So I just want to make a note. I just want to make a note of that. I just find it curious that this like nothing was being done about it at all. Absolutely no mention of it even after my roommate went down to inquire about it. And just after, you know, my video was sent out yesterday evening and today before 11am miraculously he shows up and finds out what direction the fridge opens up. And so again, like I said, I just find it curious, just too much of a coincidence that this happened. And just wanted to make just documented for my records and make a note of it. Thank you Scots in one direction. And then they deliver the fridge that's where the door opens in the opposite direction in Scotts that it opens. And so they go history of just broken promises, not doing what they said you said you're going to do. And speaking of broken promises,
one of your previous agents Kerry before previously promised to listen to all my concerns, all my videos and she promised to respond to all my concerns. And she did not listen to all the issues as she promised she would. And then she resigned and when I called her on it, she did not get back to me to even deny it. So again, history of broken promises you previous agent Kerry promised to listen to all my issues and respond to all my issues. And that didn't happen shortly after that she resigned and when I called her on it, she didn't even get back to me to deny it. Now I know apply as a corporation you just you just gonna have to deny deny deny everything even if you know it's true to protect yourself from liability or whatever just like my rise denying everything and also assertion not that it was not the guys are not going to respond to any of my allegations, they deny everything. As a corporation, you know, you got to protect yourselves and just deny everything. And so, you know, by sharing what I'm sharing this video responding, you know, to my rose letter, I'm not Expecting if I'm expecting by now you guys gonna meet me halfway or admit finally that, you know I'm not long you just admit it. Take responsibility. I'm just kidding myself. And it'll be wishful thinking I know by now, you know, you haven't made anything before. Except with yesterday there was a math error I overpaid whatever, Patricia, I've confirmed it. It's been in my previous communications there, I've included it. But other than that, you guys have not taken responsibility for any of my concerns. And then to end it off, again in my rose letter here, just trying to get me into another repayment plan, say say before hostile negotiations like since day one for the past nine months, despite despite addressing my concerns, none of that. All you guys have done is try pause, don't negotiate and trying to get forced neutral repayment plan. One that is unreasonable to me. And then finally, Myra says, gives me another repayment plan offer agree where she says offering to negotiate a repayment agreement. In light of the very significant arrears of rent, we will require a substantial upfront payment of at least 50% of the current or reserve arrears of rent with a repayment agreement that would pay the remaining balance over the next six months. And then all payments need to be made by certified check or money order. Obviously, this is unreasonable to me this repayment plan, just like the one before was when all I asked was one question before to Myra, give me your most flexible, non negotiable payment plan that if I agree to, okay, no earlier than March 31. And then she goes on and tries to get me to commit to a repayment agreement? Well, all I asked for was just that question that was in john Newlands letter to you guys. So therefore, based on your are reasonable demands of payment, to enter into a repayment plan, I had no choice but to resort and declare bankruptcy.

Because I'm an honest person, and I know what that means after bankruptcy, I have to pay my rent right away, I know that otherwise, they can start an eviction process all over again on me, I know that that's a risk for me. Right considered every option, this was the only option, I had to resort to a BM so this is how I resolve my debt to guys deal with yours by going bankrupt.
