That was Mr. Zico.

Mr. Stern, stern.

Okay. Mr. fabula? Yes, Mr. Harvey? Yes. Dr. Hill. Well, Mr. Laporte? Yes. Mr. lassic. Miss Richardson? Yes, Mr. Stan? Yes, Mr. zeca? Yes.

Yes. Thank you. Thank you my next order of business, I'm just gonna flip application of one of two Broad Street LLC as applicant and owner for both variances and any such other the repairs may be required by zoning ordinance of the township of Bloomfield, to construct an addition on Ward side of the building, which is a childcare facility to accommodate new state law and professional office space residential space or zone, our premises known as block 245 watt 1230, known as 102 broadstreet. Like to place earlier today, I

received a call indicating that a neighbor had hired both an attorney and a planner to object to this application. Their planner, however, would not be available tonight. And thus, we would have had to carry the application to the next use of garlis. I spoke to the applicants attorney and reject his attorney. And both agreeing to this rather than splitting this meeting up. advocate is splitting this application up into two meanings. It's an application that should be able to handle in one meeting. The extra costs that are the extra cost bear and evolve in two meetings versus one and they all agree to march. I guess it's March 9 meeting. Correct. And so I need a motion to adjourn as the large night with no new notice. And the applicant has agreed to extend all kinds of

other information motion in a second. I'll second second. Mr. Hands, okay.

You want me to pull everyone? Yeah, hold

on everyone. All right.

Dr. Hill. Well, Mr. Ford,

yes. Mr. Zika?

Mr. Harvey? Yes. Mr. tabula. Yes. Councilwoman Mendell? Yeah. Mr. lassic? Was Councilman Rockwell? Yes. Mr. Stern? Yes. Miss Richardson. Yes, Chairman aquatalia.

Yes, so divorce ninth. Is that correct? Correct. Okay. No further notice no further notice on Mr. Lindsay, do you have that? I do. Thank

you. Okay.

Okay.

Do we need to hire a planer finish and the applicant has a planner and the objective has

a planner So I think if the board satisfied with

that, otherwise we can bring in someone from this defense firm. Does anybody feels a need for a third planner? from the board? We have one from the application for 1021. We have one for the applicant and one from the objective. All right, so you know, we'll leave it at that, then we'll make this decision right now or when the application we want to do and now Mr. Stern. So right on our train, if we go hire someone there, we have to do it.

Out on the sand, I think it might be a good idea to be honest with you. For the mere fact that if we're getting contrary opinions on on, you know, separate planners, it might be beneficial to us to have our own third party, really

hiring a planner, company.

You know, one of the considerations of this application is that it does lie in historic district. And the Historic Preservation Commission approved this application in 2019. But there was an agreement on behalf of the applicants that they would set.

If you agree, let's just agree, let's not explain why that gets us to the application, please. Yeah. Here, depending on

whether you agree or disagree, that's fine. Let's just leave it at that for the moment. Okay. Sure.

All right. Can I have a motion then? Filipina price as our professional plan to do a study and have a presentation and attend the next meeting?

Yeah. I'll second it.

All in favor? Aye. Opposed? None of my good take care of it. I'll take care of it with your closed systems.

Real wise guys. Yeah.

Trust me.

Discussion of three separate ordinances for the mayor and council regarding amending the redevelopment plans to block 64 large one and four, block 63 Lodge 77. block to 28 and block to 20. Block 41 to 40 313 2520 720-830-3132 3738. And again, I'll send that over to Mr. Robot, right. Yes, we have three

proposed ordinances, which would amend the block 243 redevelopment plan, which is really the hearts mounting development plan. And the block 228 is the plan which is the Avalon excuse where the future is permit microbrews motivation behind this is that as you probably all know, there are vacancies to fill vacancies in all those developments. We are in a period of time where retail is consolidated both for economic reasons as well as those related to endemic and is an effort to help property owners fill the retail space. microbreweries are specifically licensed as I understand it under the under state law as to how they operate and how they can serve the public and limited amount of food they conserve and so forth. And these are what you think of this group has. These are our our micro breweries that people come in and can buy their wares and taste them. It's more a taste testing place. I've been to one out in Fairfield. It's really just an effort to try to fill the spaces in ways that are legal, and perhaps will attract the kind of clientele that would benefit the other merchants that are, you know, hanging on in these in these locales. And it may not be the last idea that comes across the board in an effort to expand the retail opportunities best set these property owners in. That's really what this is all about. Thank you, my

microbreweries are actually extremely popular and they're from many, many years, flow might be a big plus for the town. Even a few of them different ones spread around the town a little bit of money, as we normally say, might be a nice draw. For the certain areas, I could use a boost in retail. So I would make a motion to send it back as

essentially a motion that it's consistent with the mesh plan in the recommendation for adoption.

I'll make that motion that is consistent with the master plan or recommendation for adoption. Do I have a second? This was a great

Mr. Harmon.

I'm sorry. Sorry. Hello, everybody.

Okay. Dr. Hill. Okay, how are you? I'm here. Alright, let's try this again. Let's let's try this again. Dr. Hill. Mr. Silva? Yes. Mr. Harvey? Yes, Mr. fabula. Yes. Councilwoman Mondale? Mr. lassic.

That's all I have.

Okay. Yeah,

I can't vote on a great with it.

Is the next meeting
