And once Garrett steps into the conversation, he'll give you guys a small briefing to specify what I want you all to talk on. And once that happens, we'll step into some breakout rooms. So for the time being, and just go ahead and get your cameras going and review your document. And we'll get started here in just a moment.
Oh, look at y'all working. Folks focussed face.
Nick, did you schedule that we can get away.
I had the conversation
with my wife and she was like, she's kind of a COVID paranoia. She's like, but people are going to hotelston quarantine from from other people. And it's the worst place we can go. But so I'm gonna I'm gonna do the focus weekend though. I'm gonna stay home and get focused. And by the end of this weekend, I'm committing to, to hand over whatever I have to my editor on Monday, so that's still happening.
Okay. Okay, perfect. Perfect. Where
do you live?
Toronto, Canada. Canada. Toronto, Canada. Yep. There's a paranoia up there, bro. Yeah,
the Canadian Canadians. Yeah, Canadian Canadians are overreacting to the whole fucking thing. But I like cuz my son's Canadian. And he's American. And I get it from my ex wife. I hear what's going on. So I get it.
I know. I agree. A bunch of us that are all rolling our eyes, but that's what Canadians do.
Yeah, yes. Yes. I've noticed my son being raised in Canada constantly. So sorry. Sorry.
Sorry. Sorry. Yeah,
sorry. Sorry.
I'm like you say sorry. One more time. I'm gonna kick you straight in your dick. That's what happened when that was what happened when the American father came in to deal with it. You know what, though? Like, yeah, I Dude, I love Canadians. I think it's fantastic. But it makes sense. If you're in Toronto in particular, because you're not around a bump. You're in like in a paranoid pocket, even the United States so I get it.
Okay. Well, I'm a suburb city of Toronto. I just, if I said Oakville people wouldn't know where that is. So I say Toronto. So our region is actually not that bad. It's not a hot zone. So I still go to Starbucks to get my coffee. I don't give a shit.
You should get it. You know, what's funny is when people from Toronto people from Jersey from New York, they come to Orange County and they're like, Where am I? I was like, welcome to zerofox Gaming.
Yeah, exactly. Exactly. Welcome
to the only place where Orange County Sheriff's Department and the riverside sheriff's cars both sold governor Newsom to eat a dick and Dana Point Laguna Beach and Mission Viejo Laguna Niguel. At San Clemente and at Newport and everybody in between, everybody's like, yeah, you know, we're gonna keep doing our thing. Alright, this is not a COVID speech, but it did have relevancy to do with what's going on with Nick and his commitment to, you know, take the the riding game here into the hotel game. So here's how we're gonna get started right out of the gate with the share. So we're not going to do any review right here at the front, we're going to start right into a share, we're going to go groups of four or five minutes or 20 minutes, here's what you're going to be doing, you're going to be sharing with the four actions are, what those actions are, why each of those actions were selected, when they're going to be completed by and how you're going to pull it off. So you got a chance to go through all four nakara knuckle up to the screen. If you have completed that part of the exercise. Let's go give me a fist. If you completed it, get it up. Get it up, get it up, get it up, get it up, get it up. Alright, perfect. So from there we're going to go into that place right now. So often our breakout rooms we go and I will see whoever I'm with here we go in 321 I feel
all branded. Get out of here. This is like round two, but we took off the good that we took off the back top Is that another good picture or you want to say
it's the same on my tape fell off this morning and I was on a meeting and he had to put my my cheap ass replacement back up there. So I'll get out here for a few minutes.
It looks like you're like in a different place. Is that is that the same backdrop? Like the same like shells and everything? Huh? All right. Well, there we go. My I had it either way. Sergi What's up, brother? How are you?
Fine. Thanks. What's up?
What's up, man? It looks like Brent, you were so powerful that you froze branded brands like frozen out of his mind. He doesn't know do it himself. Right now he's just frozen. I simply get him.
I'm really nervous. Because of my English. material.
You on it? Do you understand that? You understand the English side? What what I'm saying you've been able to catch what we're doing.
Yeah, I'm think about 80 80% broten. I understand.
Okay, perfect. Where are you from?
From Russia, Moscow
from Russia. Is that where you live now? Yeah. Wow, I love it. Well, what what time is it there right now?
It 8pm eight, almost 8pm,
almost 8pm. Well, this would be a good way to end off your night. Do this, go watch some Netflix and be done. So talk to me about talk to me about where you're at with your actions and what you've gotten so far. And then when Brandon comes back in a group we'll get Brandon back in here with us. What do you got?
Yesterday, it was a four actions. First one is to complete my work. I mean, finished my product. I'm working on it now. In my group of is my mentor. I'm graduated last year as a coach. So I am working on my product. Second point is to adopt my product for groups. Now I am working with individuals but they think that my focus should be on I should focus on groups to assert one is to release my product for the first clients get fit, get feedback and maybe improve something in product and the last one is to improve his marketing. But it seems a bit complicated for me these four actions and and I think I should take first one and break break this down to more clips to bring clarity.
Agreed. So go back to the first one. What's the first action complete my
finished my products?
Okay, perfect. So if we have finished product, let's look at what what are the four actions you could take starting today and going through the next week on just that first one. So if we look at finished product, talk to me about what the product is like share with me what what the product is like backup for me and help me understand what what you're doing in business. It sounds like you're you're going to be a coach or at least you've been a coach and okay.
Actually I am working as a coach. A couple of months. I have once and it is quiet. It is looks like what we what are we Don't share with you. My product is about goals planning, how to achieve my maximum. It's all about this. Okay, I help people to to understand what, what they want. And I help them to bring clarity. I don't I don't know if I it sounds correct.
I am on this on this path. About several years actually, I started about six years ago as a consumer consultant, a consultant. Yeah, okay. Yeah. But now, I have aggravated as a coach. So I want to work with man. Like you, in my country here.
So, so why don't you take and just duplicate what I did. But do it in Russian?
Is it possible? Yeah. Yeah. But that's what, that's what that would be awesome.
So like, there, if you're wanting to go down that path, and you're wanting, I mean, we have two ways. One, you create a new product, based on ideas you see from me, and how I did what I did. Yeah, that's one idea. The second thing is that you continue down the path with us, and ultimately get certified in what we do. And then you can use all the software, all the tools, and we can even if you go down and you took that serious, the translation game wouldn't be that much different that difficult with the software. Which means the curriculum would be tough, right? Or in the beginning stages, you just use the concepts that you see here. And you follow what I'm doing. You just watch what I'm doing to help men in Russia, and just watch what I'm doing, and then follow what I'm doing. And you do that, but do it in Russia, and help me in in Moscow. I can't help me in Moscow. I mean, I can't, because here I am helping you. But indirectly in Moscow, I can help men. If you choose to take this on.
You're blowing my mind right now. Well,
at the end of the day, what I want is for God and power and connection to be available to people. And they seem that they're looking at you, that seems to be what you want to. And if that's the case, I spent 10 years figuring this out 10 and $40 million and 50,000 clients to figure out what the journey is. So if I'm you, I'm doing two things. One, I'm investing in the next level with me and coming into where you're shelter. Period, that way you can see the whole map, you got access to everything, all the apps, etc. Then you go along the journey. And then as you go along the journey, you figure out how and what is the version for you? How can you use it and as you complete the journey, by that time, it may make sense and be easy for us to just change it or you just use it as tools for you. And then allow the voice to guide you to create the custom version that you need to create. But you would be silly to just go down the path and not try because we have the stuff that you're seeing me do like even what we're doing this week. This took us years to figure out and prove and perfect and then get results with other people but not one or 2000s so we know like we know it works like given the way that I'm working here with you. So be with that thought today because that getting your product out. If you come from a frame of okay Garrett's already done it. But he's already done it for 10 years. He's put the map down. All I have to do is step into the map. And then you say okay, well What What does that look like? Where can I start today? And it sounds like it's starting with what you do with the product. Yeah. And I we've already found out the pillars of the code stack core door the game these five things took us 10 years to uncover and perfect the six apps that are supporting them same thing. So allow yourself permission is out of that and Brandon, I know we missed you on this one. So guess what, you we lost you on the internet webs and was because universe said he took down he took down greatness and he fell back into goodness. So we're gonna unplugging from the internet. He He dug down his his his Jocko they Hey, just you know today I'm burning a picture with my wife. So that's gonna be exciting burning a painting so you've got a burning of your son I've got a burning happening today also. So Brandon, I'm gonna I'm gonna take you through the conversation with a group here in just a second is to get you up to speed and Sergi bro Yeah, just be me in Russia.
Oh, it's amazing.
Just be me in Russian but don't be me be you But yeah, do this in Russia Russian. Help people there. I've watched people do some crazy stuff over the years in Japanese and Korean they just look at what's happening here in the US in English and they duplicate it and their language in their country. I would love nothing more to see you do that. Oh, thank you man. You got it bro. All right back to the group.
Oh, here
we are. We're back. We're back in Mike day five my peddler has still not shaved his beard he has committed and also Brandon has not covered up the goodness sign he is still got goodness all over his life. And the internet kicked him out of our group because he still had goodness on the sign in his little paper thing fell off sad to have Where is Brandon at? My read he's might be on the second page. All right, cool. So here Oh, there you are. You're hiding. You're hiding in the mix. It's hard to find people it's like where's who is having hope? Gary's over there Gary, Gary. Gary Gary's got some hair product in today. Not a lot of hair product enough though. You know what I got going on. This is what happens when you don't have hair products. You're sitting in your wife's bathroom with hairspray and fucking blow dryer. pretend like you're a hairstylist and next thing you know you've done stuck your hair way too high and you got Something About Mary going on your hair is like straight up like a giant wave like destroy. Well, I was like, What are you doing your hair? I was like, I don't have any hair product not I don't know how to use hairspray. So fuck it rolling with it. All right, everybody's cameras off except for Brandon cuz I'm gonna walk him through his. And then we're gonna keep going today. Rick, what's up? vegan vegan? Oh, vegan vegan calm. Welcome to the vegan vegan calm My name is Rick gunda and I'll be here all life. I love it and Marcus look at stretch posting the most insane shot of him of all pumpkin time you see that wave right there? Very few people appreciate what that wave is right there. That is insanity is what that is that wave right there when that closes out that that's closing out to to get through that section. That doesn't. That doesn't close down. Bro, it doesn't close up. Are you fucking kidding me?
Yeah, you take off behind the peak. Yeah. And then as soon as that comes over you at bends and it looks like you won't make it and then you come screaming out like a slingshot.
Dude, it looks like you won't make that section at all. That's fucking crazy, dude.
Beautiful and scary. All
right. Is that endo? Where's this?
That's joke Boo. Boo. Yet, dude.
It's beyond my paygrade I'm sitting on the boat watching you pull that shit off. I'm getting there, though. I'm gonna get there. All right, you're gonna get there. Okay, so James and Martin going to the cameras. And we are going to do a little work here with my man, Brandon because his his game got a little a little FUBAR. Donna's. Okay. So Brandon, talk to me, give us what the idea is again.
Yeah, so um, I do organizational change management consulting. And I basically been making money for other people for a number of years. And I feel like when the point where I just want to go out and do this on my own, so kind of start my own company selling these services to companies to help them through through their transformation programs.
Okay, so you're launching a consulting firm is the ideal. Okay, got it. Um, break me down to the significant actions or significant measurables that would let us know that you had done that. Like you had launched the consulting firm. What were the four that you came up with?
Yeah, so the very first one I had was I need to make it real in some way shape or fashion. And so I worked this weekend actually putting together a business plan. So instead of just thinking about it, you know, unicorns, Rainbows, like you mentioned earlier, like what would that look like? What would what income would that look like? What you know, expenses. What I have on that I talk to an accountant yesterday, he told me like how to get set up and going with that. So it's kind of he's taken action instead of just contemplating it endlessly, like I have been for probably five years. So that was my first action.
Okay, was the business plan? Okay, what's the second one?
The second action that I had was, like we saw people mentioned things like publish content, right? So I need to be able to do that.
Okay. Pause real quick. So are these actions that you see taking immediately or you I want to go back to the idea and the significant measurables like, when this idea is complete, and you have launched, like, if we said, it has launched, this thing has happened? It's not if it has happened, you launched a consulting firm, these four specific measurables would be true, we'd be able to check them off and say, is business plan one of them? Or is that some of your actions?
Um,
yeah, if it's true, like what's self evident, kind of going back? Yeah. For your head? Yes. Yeah. I mean, would be self evident is I wouldn't be working for anybody else. Okay, that's one of the self evident things that are working out now.
So I'd be self employed. Yep, that'd be one thing. Okay. What else?
Making 52% more money than I am now. Okay.
So you make the digit percent more, which would what get what's the dollar figure?
So that would take me about half a million.
Okay. So be just around half a million dollars. Okay. She's asking for 500 million. That's fucking insane. That'd be great. I'd love for you to make $500 million.
Yeah. Okay.
Okay, we'll get there. Get there. Right. So 500 K, self employed number three.
The third thing there was self doubt as improved my marriage because I think my wife started which I know she is we talked about this we she kind of tired of bitching about this all the time. And so we self evident here was I can prove to her that I could actually do this instead of just fairy tale talking to her all about it. So what would your wife tell
you? What would your wife tell you? Like? Like, like you would like a comment would be made or something would be made? What How could we checkbox that this had happened for your wife? Like what is there something she would say to you? Or something would happen? That when it happened? We could be like, Oh, yeah, do a launch consulting firm. And the wife said, how would we measure her?
Yeah, how would I measure with her? I think that that would probably be like the best conversation right away. Right? But it'd be me be able to hit her head. I fucking did this, you know? Because all the time she's like, you just keep talking about it. You never do anything about it?
Does she? Does she? Is she upset about the current income situation you guys are in? Are she okay with it.
So now that she's upset, we just kind of live in this comfortable zone. But like she still has to work. And I think with I have two kids, I think she'd like to have more flexibility to be at their stuff, you know, and be able to travel without to worry about that. So maybe the elders set her free from you. She might still work, but she would have to be in she's just she's a nurse. So she could have a lot more flexibility if she wanted to, but not at the minute at the moment.
So measurable is your wife legitimately could choose to work or not? Correct. You want to walk away, she could walk away, you can easily cover the whole thing. If she doesn't want to walk away. She wants to keep working. That's great. There's women, there's women and men that choose both both directions, by the way, because I trained a lot of women too in the hair industry. And I watch these women make five times wonder husbands in about 12 months. And all of a sudden they're they're like, you know, the husband, she they're like, what do you want to do with Eric? Well, I want to give my husband opportunity to choose to keep doing things he's doing or to choose to pursue something different. I'm like, Okay, good. What's the number for you to get there? Well, I replaced his income mark. Okay, well, how much is that? Okay, great. That'll take us about 12 months. So off we go. And then that's that we start down that path. So here in this situation view is my wife can choose to work or not, which is a big deal. It's agencies option, people that choose to do something, and she may love it, she may continue to be a nurse because of how much significance and how much purpose she gets to fill in that. But it'd be very different energy for her when she's going to work when she realized she didn't have to go there, which means she also won't tolerate shift which means to probably rise in the organization faster, because you just won't give a fuck because that people who get to choose to do things don't tolerate bullshit people who feel like they have to do things will swallow all loads of bullshit. So okay, what summer for?
Well, it's kind of ironic that bleeds into that right? So I tend to have a personality on my upbringing or my time in the Marines are what but like, I I feel like I'm always serving other people. Right and so I'm looking forward to it and I have the freedom right and and so the measurable freedom there is you know, I can train Jiu Jitsu if I want to have the freedom to go train Jiu Jitsu for five hours a day I can do that right like I want to have that freedom to get to choose the life that I want to live and be able to spend less time work and and taking direction from other people who most of the time I think don't know what they're doing to be able to invest in what I want to do.
You teach Jiu Jitsu, train it,
you get out I wish. I wish. I'm not that far into the journey right now five years in, but that's what's missing. You take that next step like you spent all those hours surfing like, I need to be on the I need to be on the mats man.
What belgie right now,
bluebell. Well,
who do you train under?
Jason Sampson in South Lake, Texas.
Cool, man. That's fantastic. He's
a Machado. He's a Machado guy. So Carlos Machado lives here.
So he's an affiliate him. Do everybody I know that's like deep down the rabbit hole. They're very much like the guys down the deep rabbit surfing hole. It's like there's once you get bit you get bit because guys guys are roll like multiple times a week, 456 times a week, they're on the pursuit of the blackville. But really just realize they're on the pursuit of finding themselves. That entire pursuit for them as obsessive as I am with surfing so and that requires you to be able to have the freedom to do something like that, which is you want to roll five hours a day, you want to go in a morning session lunch and evening. Fantastic. You want to go to a tournament you want to whatever, but this really comes down to you being able to take I take directions from myself.
That's right.
AKA I am the boss. Now there's a lot of pressure and a lot of weight that's going to come with that, that you'll feel when you make this leap. Because there's stuff that's being covered right now for you that you're not aware of. But it'll you'll feel it right and it'll learn you'll grow. Everybody feels that initially there's kind of a What the fuck that I just stepped into. But once you get across that first thing, you know, and this is like first time you rolled somebody who actually knew what they were doing and you were like, How the fuck I just get choked out my mom goddamn ghee again. In less than three seconds. How do I keep getting arm barred in like literally less than 12 seconds What the fuck, this guy's half my size, and he just threw me across the room tail is going on right now. So all that initial weight, you'll fill all that when you get into this, but we've got this for evidence. So it's very manageable, right? I'm self employed, Cz not working for anybody else. second piece is you've increased your income to 500 K to 2% increase third, my wife because of that has been able to choose to stay in her job as a nurse or not and forth. I take directions from myself, I'm boss, aka my day is mine to create an everyday I feel like I get to create it how I want it to be. So as long as these four Check, check, check, we're good. Let's come into the more actual thing, which is where you were going because now we've got these four significant measurables. And I want I want to remind all of you guys, what this is, is a true north. Okay, without a true north, the day to day action becomes really, really weird. And most people will find themselves in a good loop. Right like Brandon's a good loop. And worst case, you'd be in a bad loop trying to get to a good loop backwards back will be you'll never be great. Because there's nothing that's actually pulling the action forward, right, all of the context for taking a significant action today. The content of today's action. Content today receives its purpose from the bridge a context of tomorrow. So you're like, Well, why am I willing to sacrifice that today? Why am I willing to do that today? Well, in the context of tomorrow, it's the next logical step in the bridge to tomorrow. So that's why I'm doing it. Like, I have to take this step right here, this has to happen in order for me to go. Right and then but if I if I take this section, this action, and I put it out over here as its own action, and I withdraw it, and I veil it from the ability to see the context of tomorrow, then this idea right here it we lose power to do something about it, and we'll forget why we're doing it. And if it's a hard thing to do, we will tend to default and push it to the side and not do it. Because too hard. Yeah, guys fucking Friday fucking not going to do it. By not gonna do it today, you know, I'm gonna do I'm gonna go roll. And I'm gonna roll today because, you know, I'm a little stressed out, and, you know, I don't know why I'm doing that anymore. So I'm just gonna, you know, fuck it, I'm just gonna, I'm gonna, I'm gonna avoid that today and push it to somewhere else. How many of you right now in the chat have seen this reality for yourself that without the context of tomorrow, that it's really simple to avoid the work of today, type in me if that's you type in Me, me me If that's you, give me some ease up in the mix. So this this scenario, like if you see this for yourself, the only way out of it is not to try to hurry up and take more action today. So people would try to action themselves into a bigger future. If you're taking actions in a cul de sac, it doesn't matter how many times you take the action, Nicole de sac, you're still going to be in a cul de sac. So the only way to get out of the coldest sack is to have a true north. So this is where it comes down to so you have to grab people to take lots of action people don't take locks action, but but either one could both be stuck. Do you think we're looking for is right action? And how do we know what is right action we know right action leads us to the context of tomorrow.
So if I'm sitting in a situation where I'm looking at my truenorth right here for brand is very simple brands going to make a leap and he's gonna leave the game he's in right now being employed with someone else doing something and he's going to become a consultant by himself, can keep doing the same thing he's doing but he's gonna go do it by himself. We know that only we know that this will happen for him. If he's self employed, we know that it happens because you won't work for anybody else. We know the part of that if we skipped number four is that From here on out every day is his way. He's the boss, he gets to determine what he does every single day, no constraints from anybody else, we know that his income itself needs to go to 500,000. And we know by default, then number three would show up, which is his wife could choose by the end of 2021 2022. Whenever that timeline is that she could choose to work or not to work. And we could checkbox all four of those where I bam, okay, well, that's where we're going. So then we back up and we say, all right, well, of all those things, what is the sequence that we would be able to take these down to get these measurables to be true? Well, to be self employed, my wife, the directions, the money, everything kind of starts with the decision to go here. Now we can come and say, all right, well, my self employed game, that means I've actually got to launch a business. And what does that look like? And now we come down to our actions, and we say, Okay, well, what can I do today? based upon the obstacles that I've come up with, to number one, right? There are some obstacles to being self employed, what are some of the obstacles that you came up with?
I mean, so one of the first Avigail was is time, right, so I'm not a position where I can go cold turkey at my current job, so I'm gonna, I'm gonna have them kind of subsidize me until I get ready to make the leap. I don't know how long it's gonna be. But it's like, I might have to work two jobs here for a while. But that's the first obstacle that I did if I was just time.
Okay, perfect. And there was a good question came in Rob said Are these separate ideas considered for different stacks. So if you look at this, right now, this would be his first initial idea stack. But this is kind of a big future, that big future idea, right? This is the truenorth idea. But then we're going to take this self employed. And we're going to break that down. And we do that by going through a war stack. So we would take it, he would ultimately create a war stack, using the idea of I'm going to be self employed, the idea is to launch my own business. And that means that I've got, I'm going to be doing a, b and c, as we get down through it, though, we're looking at that. And we're saying, Well, if we launched our own business, and we came down to pull that off, what are some of the obstacles that are gonna get in the way, just catch the concept here of I have an idea, there are some measurables. To this, there are some obstacles to obtaining those measurables. And there's some things I can do to overcome the obstacles to assure the measurables get checked. This is this, if you just back away from everything, we've done it, you just look at that psychology, I've got an idea, I need to get clear about that idea. Then from that idea, I need to look at what my measurables are, that for my measurables, I'm going to look at what my obstacles are, from my obstacles, I'm going to look at what my actions are. And then from my actions, I'll decide what I do today. So this cycle repeats itself in every way, it doesn't matter what type of decision you're making, this could be about your children, it could be about purchasing a home, it could be about fitness, it could be about whatever church you're gonna go to, it doesn't matter him into my new ideas go to this new church. And here's the thing, and we go through it, and we were one of the four measurables for my family, I think about Bob, but Bob, and then I would say, Okay, what to pick the first one, what are the obstacles that did that. And so if I look at this inside of the tools, I may start with an idea stack that then births for more ideas, stacks. And then those five ideas stacks, may birth seven to 10. War stacks. And if you look at my world, this is exactly what happens with me and my teams, we birth an idea. And then we expand that idea into smaller pieces. And then we build war maps off of those smaller pieces. And then we assign war maps to people to get shit done. But this process is exactly the same. Right? So look at the process idea. idea then comes to measurables. measurables, leads to obstacles. Obstacles leads to strikes.
And the loop clicks.
Okay, so catch the catch the psychology of it don't get tangled up in the tool, the psychology as none of my ideas matter until they're measurable. If my D is not measurable, then doesn't matter. And in between here, we're kind of identifying and getting leverage on ourselves with the big why. You know, why is this predictable? Why is this profitable? Why is this a positive thing to do? What will happen if I don't do it? And then we come into the measurables. And we're like, okay, here's my first stage, I got an idea. My second stage is here's my measurables. But now that I got my measurables, they're still kind of big, so we got to break them down. Now this idea could be something that Brandon wants to execute on two weeks from now, two months from now or two years from now. But he comes back in and oftentimes we don't know how long it's going to take to pull an idea off until we get down right. So in our mind, you know, Brandon can be like, Oh, I'm gonna launch my business this weekend. Here. Okay, well, maybe, maybe I am. Why don't I break this down though and see what this is really gonna take this may take me the whole year to pull this off, the way I want to pull it off is that it comes down to measurables and say, Okay, well, here are the measurables. And we did that. And then as we go from the measurables, though, we're asking ourselves a different question. We're like, Okay, well, if I'm going to take action on these measurables, today to start moving towards a Cobb taining them and open up the idea and open up the door to that idea, what are going to be the obstacles that are going to get in the way. And that's the piece that we're at right now. So the brand has come back up to the obstacles. And one of the obstacles is time, okay, what's another obstacle?
Saying, let's go ahead is, um, so I'm going to be competing against my, you know, my, basically the people I work for now. So this is a reputational business, as you can imagine, right? So I got to figure out a way to create an image, this is a win win, you know, when I go to do this, so that I don't burn, burn any bridges with some of the people, right. And ultimately, if I grow this thing, I like to recruit some of those people over, you know, to work for me, instead of working for the firm I work through now. So I've got to figure out a way to negotiate that divorce in a way that's not a doesn't leave a lot of dead bodies.
Perfect. So we've got competition, a current company, we've got the transition
phase.
We got the competition afterwards. What else?
Yeah. And the last one that I've listed for myself is his talk, my wife do this, right. So I gotta get her on board with this. And so far, you've probably had two or three hours of conversation on this this week. And she's kind of surprised me with her openness to this. Because you're right, I mean, it's gonna it's a control of my own schedule. At the same time, it's probably gonna be a pretty regular schedule when you work for yourself based on colleagues that I know. So I got to make sure that the work life balance that we're kind of enjoying now work with somebody else is probably going to go away. So it's like, Hey, we're gonna go big on this. You need her on board, or that's gonna be a problem down the road.
Yep. Have you gone? Have you had to launch your business before?
No, I have not. This is my first time. So luckily for me, one of the actions I have against laters. I'm a good friend of mine who did something similar a year or so ago. And then Rick just hit me up in the chat and said that he would help me make this transition. So I'm hoping to learn some lessons from people who've been down this road before. Perfect. Got one here Actually,
that's beautiful. Well, I will tell you right now looking at looking at this phase right here, number five is going to be the biggest one. Why? Why would I say that's gonna be the biggest obstacle?
Cross one, I've know the least idea what I'm doing. That's what comes to my mind at least.
Yeah, well, there's a there's an emotional side of doing this that everyone is ignorant to. So I'll give you a simple example. We have a friend of ours from Oklahoma, his name is Cody. He's in here in town right now. Now, the swell is dying down right now. But we've been searching almost every day for weeks. We've had between four to seven foot, four to five foot pretty consistent ways pretty much every day, with a couple of days worth like ways we're seven to 10. So like this, we just been out Now. Now. Now. He's only bodyboarding one time and it was in Waco, Texas at a surf Park. And it was fun fun. He did great. We taught him he learned he to graze never been in the ocean and never been in the Pacific Ocean. Pacific Ocean is cold. very different than you know, East Coast oceans are warm as cold as shit right now it's like 52 degrees. So today was about three to four foot Okay, three to four foot waves which to normal people you're measuring and you're just trust me it's a lot fucking bigger than than three to four feet and the brain is trying to measure. So we go out to the impella he's never been out. He's in a three four suit, water temperatures cold people aren't renting wetsuits right now. So he's using one of my other ones we're in for three suits, which are much thicker. I'm wearing booties and gloves. He's not wearing booties and gloves which means is already going to be cold my friend Keith is very good bodyboarder like excellent bodyboarder loves it. I serve he bodyboards so he we take Cody out with us today and he's given him some coaching tips etc. And he paddles out. He catches three bombs today like just charged did fantastic but he was getting cold he's out in the ocean for the first time like I was fucking proud of him but I looked at him after he caught this wave and then I caught this big right after him and I looked across him he was standing in the water about knee high deep in the water and I paddled over to him and I'm like bro Where are you at and Cole factor from scale one to 10 he's like I'm an eight going to a nine said you're done. As I said what do you mean as like bro? You're done. I was like you are out here kicking and paddling Your face is red as fuck. You're shaking like crazy. You're cold. This is when you get fucked up and you drown. So what you're going to do is you're going to go sit on the beach on the rocks and just wait. Just Just wait because he was about to charge out and if he had charged out into the next we had a set we had an entire set come through as a four to six wave set. He was going to try it paddle back out in this you would have got churned choked on scary shit happens when you're fatigued and scared and cold. So did it was no good so I looked around I said do don't paddle out now this story Why would I even share this with you? Wow, how are you like Cody
cuz I need somebody like you to let me know about the pylon into situation is not good.
Yeah I mean the fact that he was already paddling out and where he was I was impressed as fuck I was like I watched him drops and he dropped a set wave today like he should not have tried that way but he did and he did great. We were like, Buck, Heisman Trophy winner complain the NFL. All right. I like it. But he also doesn't have any awareness of the conditions and just because he caught three fun waves. And he did really well. He doesn't know when to his ignorance puts him in a very risky place. And in the ocean, the ocean is gonna fuck it'll drowned you. So I was like, do go to the beach, we'll be up in the house, a hot tub, we're just like, you know, I live out of the beaches will be the hot tub of the second one called hot tub right now you can't. So instead of launching this business, I need to understand number five is going to be your biggest thing.
You're going to,
you're going to go from working eight, nine hours a day to working 15 you're gonna make less money. And you're going to be in the greatest crucible of your entire fucking life. This will be the hardest thing you've ever done. It's gonna affect your marriage. It's gonna affect your kids. It's gonna affect your personal time. You've never been in a place where you will be this obsessed. You will question yourself, doubt yourself, you will fall into a pit of despair and misery, you will watch the darkest sides of fear, doubt and worry come out in you that you have ever known. Good is going to go bad before it will go to great. This is like me having a straight talk with a friend of mine on a foam board who wants to paddle out in a five plus wave day. I'm like, bro, you you might want to reconsider what you're saying right now. So it's not pillows and rainbows, the place that you're going to get to 500 K, it is highly unlikely you will do it this year. Next year, probably pull it off, you could pull it off this year. But that also means you're gonna have to have a Straight Talk with your wife and tell her you're gonna be unavailable for 12 to 14 hours a day. Yeah,
I can see that. And that
means that jujitsu will probably take a backseat. That means the kids will take a backseat. Life will take a backseat to you hunting this. So but the crazy part of you looking at you say well, well what am i after? That's why when I say and we look at this truenorth and we say cool The goal is to be here. If you do not have a compelling why to pull you forward in this, you will not pull this off. I have watched 1000s not hundreds not one or 2000s of people who live in very comfortable situations with great jobs intrapreneurs working for crazy entrepreneurs who decide it's time to leap. The failure rate is epically fucking high. And most people end up in 10 times more stress making 50% less money than they did working for an insane entrepreneur. I'm fucking crazy. And then I run with her crazy but if you're going to make this leap you better make sure you're surrounded by sharks. You're gonna have to be surrounded Cody was calm it Cody would have never paddled out by himself. But what did he add? He had me and my friend Keith. So when he's in the first time we're paddling out and he's taken two waves on a fucking head. And I look over and I see his face and he is going to panic. And I look over Pat over next human I go Bree, another big wave was coming in. That wave was rolling in wasn't too big. But it's like when you're when you're first out in the ocean. It feels like you're looking at a fucking Empire State Building. And I paddled over to Cody. I said this wave is about to come right down on top of us. I'm not going to try to pout I'm gonna stay with you. What I want you to do in a minute, you're going to ditch that fucking board. I want you to go straight down, swim straight down as far as you can until you touch the rocks. Hold the rocks and let it come over us is a what it starts to come wave starts to build. I looked at him. I said take one deep breath calm. I said dive and came out the other side learned if he's not with somebody, tell them what the fuck to do. People in those situations die. We have people drowned in front of my house every year. Four to six people will drowned every season in front of house. So if you're going to make this work, you're going to need somebody Yes, having a friend who's done this a year ago. That's a fantastic start. That's a fantastic Start, but I'm also gonna have you understand that coming into where your shelter can be non negotiable for you. The psychological warfare you're about to step into if you do not have full access to the tools of warrior, the stack the code, and surrounded by other entrepreneurs and individuals making the leap right now, you are going to be on the darkest Island you have ever been on before. And I am not trying to be negative, this is not being being negative, what is this me being up right now? Real being real as fuck, and all your employee friends won't have a fucking clue because they read shit online, they don't live this war. I've lived this war for 20 years, I've trained men who lived this war for 10. I watched the carnage and destruction. Having it all, as an employee is very different than having it all as a business owner. Now the rewards are fucking massive. If you can pull it off the growth is insane. perspective, and the world that you create and now with no limits can create is amazing. Does that mean that you can't do that as an employee? Of course not. You can do that as an employee, but it requires you to see yourself different inside of your job. Right? Do you need to launch your own firm? Or do you need to come a profit partner with the current firm?
Could you actually contemplated that? Right? Yeah, I mean, that's that's what I thought about is negotiating a different arrangement with them to where they're not taking so much and see how I go, dude, I
would be, I would be very surprised. If you came with a very powerful frame and sat down with the owners of the company and said, here's where I'm at, things need to either open up for me and I want to find a new path to be able to make more money here. Or it's probably gonna be time for me to leave and do my own thing. I was like, I don't really know, I don't want to go that path. My preference is like my win at the end of the day is I want my wife to be able to choose to work or not work. I want to be able to have some control and freedom my day. And I want to make 50% more than what to make him right now. And that could happen when they being self employed. Or that could happen with me just being able to find more opportunity here in the company make you guys more money, make me more money. And I'm here to have a conversation about that with you. So this, like stepping across the void is is very intense. But it's very doable. But even if you choose to rise inside, these are all topics that you would deal with on a stack every single morning. Like this is stack shit, right? The questioning of yourself, you're gonna step down this path, there is a questioning and a challenging about your value and your ability. Because we're not dealing with all kinds of, you're gonna have to be able to market you're gonna have to be able to sell right now you're selling the company, and yourself, but you're selling a brand that already has establishment. It's like our hairstylist that leave my salons. And they think they're really fucking awesome. And then I'm screwing them even though these girls went from making like four or five 6000 a month and making 17 to 20,000 a month working for me. And I cover everything and it's pure profit and they think I'm an asshole. And so then they leave to go do their own thing and their fucking train wreck for the next 18 months. They're ruined. Now some of them figure it out. But their story is Gerritsen asshole, and he's not taking care of me and I need more opportunity. I'm like, why did you never come talk to me about this? Because now you're going to go down the path because in order to make 17,000 a month, that means you're going to have to produce 40,000 a month to take home 17,000 a month because what you didn't add up and your little employee brain is you didn't add up payroll tax and you didn't add up insurance and you didn't add up mortgage and you didn't add up and tag our insurance policies. You didn't end up asset management, our expense loads. You didn't deal with the planning. You didn't deal with marketing, advertising, sales funnels Systems Technology, you didn't have to deal with shit, you fucking did hair. Now you have to do it all. And the good news is the ignorance of Cody this morning is what had him drop some pretty sweet waves. He thought we said go. I said go meaning paddle the fuck out so we could get past these sets coming in. He thought I meant turn around and drop the weight. So he just turned around in his own ignorance. And I sat and watch I was like, well, it's too late. Now. Let's see what happens. Okay, great. So sometimes being ignorant as a new entrepreneur is great because you don't realize what you're getting into. So you just fucking charge anyways. What are you taking from what I'm saying right now?
I think it's more confirmation anything see that things have in the back of my mind this week as we've been going through things that that I've been saying to myself and hearing you say I'm just going to confirmation of that, right? I mean, it is scary, right? I mean, that's the biggest thing I do know it's a lot of work. And honestly one conversation I had with my wife was like, Hey, this is a this is a big challenge, right? And it's probably at that point in my career where you really find out if you can do it or not, you know, so it's not at all anything we're taking lightly. I think it Because that you and I talked earlier about scarcity and abundance, right? Like, it's really hard to contemplate doing things as scary when you're comfortable. Yep. You know, I mean, that's the biggest thing for us this week has been like, Why? Why do this? You know, we have a pretty good house now. We got a pretty good life now. And making sure that it's not just a pure selfish decision to go and do this or a foolish decision. But hear you say this is confirmation that it's serious shit, man.
And it's not that you can't do it. I'm not saying that you can't do this. I am. That's not what I'm saying at all. What I am wanting you to see is that you need to come into this with eyes wide open. That cannot be any surprise even though you're going to be surprised. It's like the first time I took a super the biggest waves that were about eight foot waves. I took eight foot wave set with all my head. Like it was the craziest shit ever. Like what happens underneath the water next for the next like five to seven seconds feels like it's about 20 minutes and yeah, Nathan 30 to 35 foot at Northshore and now get the fuck out of here I am sitting on the beach with a goddamn video camera. I'm coming close to that shit as way beyond my paygrade right. So you come in and we say okay, well if I'm if you're going to paddle out, you know you're going to take some waves on the head brand. It's not if if you know you're gonna get choked out. The only way to get comfortable with getting choked out as to what get choked out like you have experienced it and then the fear goes away. You're like fuck, I don't want a blackout. Well then let's just black you out now so that you can stop being worried about it. And just tap quick. And if you're worried about tapping click, tap and if you don't get if he doesn't let go guess what you're gonna blackout before you die. So that's good news. And you're like what? Yeah, you are and do this exactly. do with me. And just when I started that I was like, what are what are you nervous about? I was like, I'm nervous about being choked out. What do you mean? I was like just being choked out. Like my brain gets a little freaked out about it. I'm like, well, let's just did that right now. Wrap me up. Black meow. I came to I was like, many of you sit down again. He's like, Alright, just tap my hand. Just tap my hand tap my arm tap my arm. He's just start tapping. I started tapping he started squeezing squeezes. Like I need to understand what's happening here. Watch what's happening. Watch what's happening. He's like, how much time to go by I was like, I don't know. It feels like 10 minutes. He's like, yeah, that was about one second the video the whole thing was hilarious. So there's there's a piece in this view stepping into this I'm gonna I'm gonna give you some some actions. I know this is not the program the program is not for me to give you actions but I'm going to give you actions anyways. The first one is you're going to complete an idea stack on you leaving me what on you or on you on you launching your own thing. You're then going to create an idea stack so this is on you. This you launching. And then you're gonna create an idea stack this weekend on the idea of you staying but rising. Okay, then you're going to come in and you're going to do a angry stack. Did you have access to software tools? Or no, I don't I don't know what your involvement is with Voyager.
I just had a bond. I'm not involved anything beyond that. Right? So
okay, so Dude, you need to get into fucking shelter. You're not gonna molest right now. You need to do this. It's $2,000 197 a month. You need to do this like you. You have to do this. But I'm predicting as much time as I spent with you right now. Not because I need your money. Like you need access to this shit. Are you Yes or no?
Yeah,
okay, do get you signed up today. Because you'll get directly into this. I'm going to put you in the challenge. You're going to go you're going to learn how to do all these tools, you're going to get this shit handled immediately. Because where you're going you can do this if we can get your brain to stabilize and get you prepared for what you're about to face. The part I didn't tell you about Cody is Cody spent three days with us at the Waco surf Park and he caught anywhere between 150 to 200 shoulder height ahead high waves in a wave pool. Over three days, he got barreled as fuck he got rolled up it was in a surf Park. But he had 100 plus reps of riding waves. That's one of the reasons you could pull this shit off. He did today because he already had a shitload of confidence catching waves with us for three days, even though it was in a weird part. That was the first time we've done any of that. So if you come into this with with an experience, like if we can get you some of this baseline experience with this, you'll be able to pull some big shit off in the wild. Right now you're at the surf Park, you work in the surf Park, you want to go to the ocean, you can do it. You got the reps in the surf park to go to the ocean, but we don't know which path that's going to be. We're gonna also have to teach how to do an angry stack. And what how to leverage an angry stack to be able to pull you out of these two scenarios, right which is to look at you and leverage you. I'm gonna show you how to pull that off too. But for this weekend, your actions are two idea stacks a conversation with your wife after you've done them.
about why.
And you're going to share these ideas tax with her. Fourth thing, once you've done that, is you're going to schedule a call
with your boss.
How big is the company report?
I mean, COVID, about 5000. But we're kind of a smaller group, small 500 inside of that 5000. Okay, so I would say it's 500.
Okay, so got a large firm in the army, you got a lot of consultants. So if you're, if you're in that place, go to whoever your next step is, whoever can influence the move for you to get raised and or create new opportunity for you. and schedule a call with whoever that person is. What's that person's name?
Is he plants? Okay, he's here in Texas. He's one of the managing partners.
Okay, perfect. That's beautiful. That's a great person to be in conversation with. Okay, then you're going to come into a conversation with Lance. But once you schedule a call with Lance, then you're going to complete an idea stack about the meeting and send the idea stack to Lance. You spend a lot of time working with Lance or no.
indirectly, yeah, I mean, he's, he's kind of a busy guy. So I'm busy executing he's kind of busy running, running the practice. So
do you mean do you know him personally? Like, do you guys have relationship or not?
Yeah, we do. Yeah, we have lunch once a while, it's pretty close to me. So you know, I do know him
pretty well. So the last piece then is it before you come into the meeting, so this all happens prior to then you do an idea stack and you send that to Lance before the meeting, you also do a gratitude stack on him. And you send the gratitude stack to him before the meeting. The gratitude stack is be about like the opportunity, I've had to work the company and be in the company and be under his leadership and speaking directly to him. And again, these are all these tools. This is how I do shit in my world to get what I want. Right this right here, and it's it's a process, you may find that staying makes sense. Or you may get to the end of this and guess what you're going to find out.
kind of go right,
it's time to go.
Make sense or it's time to go right
you if you if your income stopped right now, how long could you and your wife go?
Seven, eight months tops. Okay.
Well, guess what you might find out in the next two weeks, it's time to leap.
Yeah,
I know plenty of entrepreneurs who've left less than three months of cash. And that will quickly turn good. I'll flip that sign right upside down and I'll put it into dig. It should be backwards would be dig and be like where are you at? I'm in dig what is Duke? Well, it's upside down. Good. I'm in shit, my pants excitement right now about handling this right now. And off we go. You might find that out. You might get to a point in the next conversation next 10 to 1010 days to two weeks that you quit. And you launch because it's what you feel. It's what you feel like the voice is telling you it's what your I am masterminds telling me the voice inside of you the impossible you're saying, bro, you got to fucking leap you got to go now. Or you may find the opposite that saying hey, you don't need to leave right now. You can just go more vertical. But none of that'll happen unless you do kingship. kingship requires thinking time and thinking time is what you're doing right now with me. Yeah, I agree. Okay, so what are you left with?
You jobs here?
Yeah. Like what do you like to adjust with this process? Like what what is this levy? What is this leaving you with?
Reality it comes to mind is action. I mean, it's really just doing it is what my mind is that I'm not sure if that's what you're after or not. But it's just like, stop. Don't think about him this week has been good, good thinking time. But it's actually making shit happen, I guess.
Yeah. This week was a process of getting clear on what
you know, I'll show you how to code this week. This is a really started. I mean, I kind of started this plan a little bit better that week, the back of my mind. So this this week, for me has been a process of kind of pulling this out more than anything, and really, you know, working my ass off this week to define it. I mean, that's, that's really what this week has been about, for me at least.
extracting the actions that matter. All actions are not equal. Which means there are specific actions that matter and if I can take those actions, then I win. The one win at the end of this is $500,000. That's it. That's the win. Doesn't matter whether you're in the house or out the house you make $500,000 give your wife a choice to do something different. Give you a harder if you make 5000 Means you change something inside the way you play. How are you paid? Are you paid based on salary or salary and commission? Are you paid just salary?
salary commission and bonus? Yeah, fuck, bro
dude. Yeah, guaranteed there's a path guaranteed you're gonna have a great conversation with Lance, you can be like, dude, and this is me talking this guy that runs it. And I've had tons of salespeople. And most of time I see guys go launch you left for me, and they fail for three to five years. But if they came to me and said, Hey, dude, I want to launch in many times, I'm like, Cool, let's create an exit plan for you. You do these things for me, I hope you launch over here. We might even be able to help you pick up your first few clients. In some cases, I've had people who work for me became consultants for me. But that requires very real very raw, very direct, very well thought out compensation. And then and then in this. Cody, what you're seeing right now is shelter. What you're seeing right now is also what happens every week in the warrior shield where your shield is our men's only group that happens on the backside, where your shelter is we have the fireside chat every week. But this kind of intensity and this kind of thinking is what's happening. I mean, the reality is Brandon, just this conversation we're having right now. This right here, just today, you and I, this conversation is worth well, more than $2,000.
No, no, no, no, no,
that but I want you to see that because you're going to be bringing that kind of value to people as a consultant is what you do. So the only thing we will change is is starting to see yourself and market yourself and promote yourself inside the organization. If I'm looking I'm saying 2021 is about you accelerated 500 k inside the organization, at some point you're going to tap out where they just will be unwilling to pay you anymore. Unless it's pure commission where you can just you there's no limits if there's no limits and pure commission when my guy sample Safi was with me for seven years. And it was finally time for him to do his own thing. And I helped him land help them launch. But inside he sold me he did a fucking amazing job for seven years, there's no possible way he would be doing in 2021 what he's doing without having done under my wing for seven years of being in my wing, and also me helping launch him which was beautiful. I was happy for him. I had it for myself and for everybody involved. So I'll bet you glances. Lance is interested in keeping you in the game for sure. He's not going to want to lose you as an asset. At the same time, Lance is a good businessman, which means he owns a business he thinks you're one thing don't come to them entitled, don't come to them, like a victim, come to them with a plan. Say bro, here's where I'm at. Here's my wife and art wanting. Here's where my truenorth is, here's what I desire to create for myself, here's the plan I've put together on how I might be able to pull that off. And now I'd like to have a conversation with you about the hat dude, he'll be impressed at the fucking highest level. Because most people don't do this shit at all. They just kind of get weird. It's like the girl would just have let go one of our trainers in our hair game in our salon, and our in our academy because she just being fucking stupid. To just being stupid, she won't have real conversation was very disappointing to me, because I trained it for the last four years. I'm like, why are you not talking? To me? I was like, after all this time? Why are you dancing, I was like, if you didn't just dance, he came to me directly, I wouldn't have to fire you as a but because you didn't know how to let you go. Right? Because you don't dance around thing because she wants to launch her own bank. But she doesn't want to come and talk to me. So then she's starting to steal shit off the side. And again, one of the worst risks you run into they're saying is like, dude, I'm going in direct competition with a company that I'm leaving, which is great. And guess what that can work out fantastic. And they could even give you the blessing to do it. You're big enough company did with 5000 employees in the company and 500 people in this department, it's a big enough company, to not to give a shit but not give a shit at the same time. Which means you're not going to be a threat you'll be scooping up business in the first year that's in that they're not even interested in, or that they're not really gonna try to compete for you. Because you'll be able to do stuff as a wave runner by yourself that you might not be able to pull off as a giant ship with 500 people. And that's okay, right? This happens all the time. It's like what's happened to me right now people scrape off the wake of wake up warrior and me and coaches and consultants and trainers every single day all day long. It doesn't matter to me. Like, okay, that's great. Fine, people need help serve him. I was like, because I'm gonna just go go straight, I'm gonna do that I'm gonna do my thing. So for you to win, there's gonna require some serious conversations. And it's gonna require some deep honesty with yourself. And the biggest question you're gonna have to ask yourself is, are you really ready to let go? Good and go for great. Is your wife ready for this? Is she really ready for you to let go good and go for great. She might be tired of hearing you say it. But there's a I have hundreds of men whose wives were tired of hearing them operate a certain way or say a certain thing. And then when they finally pulled the trigger, it was a war for 12 months. Because oftentimes, we don't know what it is we're asking for. So then when we get what we asked him for, we only saw the upside to what we asked for. We didn't see the downside of what we asked for. You want kids? Well, there's an upside to them. They're beautiful. They're fun. They're empowering. They're enlightening. What's the downside of them Brandon
Lot of work,
and some days you'd like but these kids get rid of all of them. My life was better without all these little shitheads Get the fuck out of my face. I can't deal with you right now. Dude, seriously, leave me alone. I'm trying to take a shit right now. Right? I don't care if you just stole your cell phone charger. You don't need your cell phone charger. Your phone is at 42% I don't care Get out of here. And at the same time, cut him on the couch. watching movie or going for a walk or playing with rocks at the beach or going surfing the kids and I'm like dude, how could I have ever not had this that is business. You will love it and you will hate it. You will love her and you will hate her. You will despise her. And you will think she is a greatest thing of all time. It is going to be your mistress. you launch your own thing. You are accepting that you are bringing a mistress into the bedroom. You are now in a threesome. There's you. There's your wife, and there's your business life.
Yeah,
I easily see that.
Okay, well, I'm excited to have you in the game. I'm excited to have you with us because you play this game with me for a year. This kind of shit in the intensity that you're getting Jill's like best threesome. Mark is the saint well mark is a perfect example. Marcus stretch my buddy like sir buddy like he's in his group right now with you. So that's my experience right now. He's working Starbucks. He was a manager of Starbucks, like a massive manager Starbucks, like ram tons of stores hugely successful and they want to do his own thing. And he launched into mortgages and it's been a fucking grind for him for the past six 612 months they had a new baby, etc. a break. I'm not I'm trying not trying to put him in a spot where he broke his first $10,000 take home month. $13,000 month I think it ended up in Fargo, North Dakota. We're serve how's the girls gonna change your life forever? change your life forever. So like there's an upside to this too. But you are inviting a whole nother world into your world. And I'm done beating this one. You get the car. You get where I'm at. I'm excited to have you in shelter. Come play with us for a year and we'll help you get there.
All right. Thanks, Gary.
I appreciate your help. Great job, brother. Okay, so here's what we're gonna do turn the cameras on. Everybody turn on all the cameras on turn them on turn on turn on everybody cameras on. cameras on cameras on cameras on. Here's what we're going to go into immediately. We're going to go into a group or breakout group share. We're going to put four or five and each group is going to be 10 minutes what I want you to share in this each person quickly, what did you see just happened? How many of you watching Brandon could see yourself and Brandon put your fist up to the camera? If you can see yourself and Brandon. Yeah, because here's the deal. Even if you're a business owner, even if you run your current show right now the decision to leave and go to the next level, hire the next employee, make the next move, spend the ad spend. It's the same fucking feeling it's the same internal war about doing something bigger. Right that launch to do something bigger surge a being willing to take ultimately the Warriors wait in Russia to Moscow and fucking light a whole bunch of Russians on fire. Right to pull that off. That takes courage. There's a leap that has to be done. So let's go talk about this group. Click for 10 minutes. We're gonna break it out. We're gonna break it out. Here we go. Sammy put us into groups in three to one and off we go back in 10 minutes.
Now hold back with Tim and mark. Oh, shit, dude. It's like zoom knows that. Like zoom knows how he's like, Listen, we're going to make sure he gets right back in a group of guys who already got a little rhythm with him. All right, here we go. We've got to make sure we got anybody else coming in. Two seconds. Two seconds. Two seconds right now. All right. Well, Mark, congratulations for jumping in yesterday. Man, I'm excited to have you in the shelter. Tim The hell? What are you doing? You're gonna get in play with us for this year. What? I haven't decided yet. Well, we're gonna make that decision right now with you in the next nine minutes. So here we go. We're gonna go Mark first so we can spend some time with you talking. Mark talking to me. What What did what did you see just happen?
Ah, well, I saw you even some real talk. And, and him kind of. He came out with that. He was like, he seemed like he had all the answers. He's like, this is what I'm gonna do. He had it all down. Right? He thought he clearly thought about it. He was confident. And then you start and then you were kind of saying Yeah, Yeah, sounds good. And then you started you gave him some real talk and said, hey, I've seen this 100 times. This is the real this is how it really works. And then you can kind of see I'm like, okay, yep. You know, I probably need to think about this a little more. And maybe, maybe go talk to the company instead of just jumping ship right away.
Perfect. Tim, what did you say? We're gonna I'm gonna keep circling this conversation with both of you to extract this make it very personal for both of you. But Tim, what did you see happen?
You I basically what Mark just said, and I thought your advice to him on going through some idea stacks and thinking about approaching his boss was a good idea. But I don't think they're gonna want to lose him if he's, if he's, you know, as good as me. Yeah.
All right, and do the piece I want you guys both castes. What's up, George, welcome to the conversation. So I think the piece that I think visa I want you guys to know the piece I want you all guys to see is that there is always another perspective on what it is you're doing. And the real goal is to be able to get like Tim into a place with the tools that allow you to have that perspective on yourself.
No, I realized that when when I was doing the wake up warrior challenge and walk in the block with with the stacks. So yeah, I was I was able to see seeing things from completely different points of view that I never would have seen before. I don't I don't think,
yeah, for sure. And it's I mean, you could have gotten there, it would have been an interesting process to get there. The cool thing about stag is the fact that it allows us to get there predictably and sustainably every day. Like every moment, there's not a situation that comes up, you can't get the other perspective. My wife actually naturally does this. Like, it drives me nuts because she naturally does without the stack. She can put herself in like these three, or four or five or six different positions on a situation in less than about two minutes. And then she'll come back out with the perspective on the situation that is the most productive is why she's so damn good at business. She is the a little fire for me to have courage to launch. So like once we launched it, and I ran the first two years of the company she stepped back in and like his fucking 10 acts to everything that I got started for. But that perspective is not natural for most of us. Right to be able to work ourselves around a situation we lock in on a perspective and then we think that's how it is. Right? His plan sounded about like my first jujitsu tournament. I put down all the things I was going to do first I'm gonna do this, I'm gonna do this. I'm gonna do this and do this. I remember my professor asked me right before the tournament is la open. He's like, so what happens? The first move doesn't work. Now is I mean, it's not gonna work, bro. I'm gonna do this. I'm gonna do this and do this. He's like, yeah, you're against another guy who's trying to stop you from doing that. What if the first or second moves don't work? What do you can do? As a guy, why don't it moves after that. He's like, well, this is gonna be fun tournament for you and I went on to do handedly get my ass kicked three times in a row. I probably shouldn't have entered such an intense tournament. But I said fuck it. We're going la opennebula been rolling for three months. Let's do this. So there was a lack of perspective. On my side. He was asked me a simple question. What if that doesn't work? I had never even considered him that it wouldn't work. I was like, Oh, this is gonna work. It's gonna work. And then it none of it worked. Like I actually punched a guy in the chin. That was appropriate. On the first match, he was fucking pissed. And then he destroyed me. And then I like what's your next guy tried a different move. And I got fucking arm barred and about 17 seconds on rolling to the ground trying to date and then third one I get this held down for four and a half minutes is literally put me in I couldn't get out. I don't know how to get out. You can lock me down to one by two points. I couldn't do any I fucking laid there for a half minutes was bullshit. So no moves. No perspective. That's how I felt about business. That's how I felt about life. Right? What are you seeing right here? George? What do you What are you taking from what we just saw?
I came in late, I was having computer problems. Okay. So I didn't get all of that conversation. I just came in on the tail end.
Okay, no stress. We'll just be hearing this right now then. So using using the ideas that you guys have gathered? What do you know, based on what you just saw? Mark will start with you. What do you know, based on what you just saw with this group, or watching me work with Brandon, what do you know needs to tighten up in your idea?
Well,
like,
you know, one of my things is to create the pitch. And right now I feel like a beautiful mind where I have 100 different ideas floating around. So I need to, I need to figure that piece out first. By the way, I did set up the meeting with the CEO. So I did that
for one year.
Adds pressure to doing number two, which is creative pitch. Which, I'm sure is why you said to do that. But but that what I realized is it's really it really does come down to these singles. You know, I was like, Okay, what can I do every day and it's made calls practice pitch. And even if I just just those two things every day, I'd be held a lot farther than, you know what I've been doing.
Yep. So notice, all of this process is about simplifying things down. Simplifying them down, Tim, how often do you need to simplify things down every day that ends in day Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday,
I had my hot seat with you. And then I rewatched the whole thing that night, the next morning I woke up and I was like, What do I do? You know? And I look at my notes and I'm like, Oh, yeah, okay, I got these four tasks, you know, literally every day,
every day. Like, so here's what ends up happening in the weirdest way, you're going to get clear today. And then you're going to do much shit. And then you're going to go to bed and wake up tomorrow and you're going to not be clear again. You're gonna have massive confidence in it, crush execution, wake up tomorrow, and then feel like totally weak and not like you don't want to take action is the weirdest shit. How many of you experiences Georgia experiences? Timmy experiences? Yeah, me too. Me too. I gonna have a fucking massive date. wake up the next morning be like, Fuck this. Like, it's 430 months. I'm like, bro, I'm not feeling powerful right now. Geez. Like, I don't know how I feel about today at all. And then I go to work. spend an hour and a half every morning getting myself in a good place, getting myself clear about what needs to be done today. And the first thing I do is get myself clear about who I am aware and music I deal with whatever emotions or thoughts or ideas are confronting me in this moment. So moving into the tightness, what are the four actions, you know, needs to be taken? George? Starting we got clear to me, I said what are the four actions that need to be taken? The end of all the work starting today or yesterday or tomorrow? What does that look like?
So minds changed a couple of times. First, it was business than being I think maybe being body I'm not sure. Just find who I am. That's my my goal that I'm trying to figure out. My first one is to join shelter. I think that's the next step from here. I've done wake up warrior before did the month, it was fucking life changing. Unfortunately, at that time, I didn't have the funds to keep going. But now I'm in a better spot. So my plan is to join shelter. I must commit. I just like when you were talking about body, I don't know if it was from this or audio that I was listening to is I commit and I get where I want to be and then I quit. So just full commitment. And then I don't know where the rest of my notes are.
Oh, those are my two actions.
So good we got what's nice is when it's in the software is a lot more easy to manage. All these fucking papers are kind of a nightmare. It's like oh my gosh, some papers right? In the software. It's great because you complete it, you share the stacks, people share the links, do things the one thing is committed to is it for the very first time we're laying down the tracks for the first 100 days and warrior, which means we haven't done this before we start this with you guys are getting loot for everyone steps in shelter was here is going to be put into a group of about 85 to 90 individuals who stepped in from a different experience than I was doing. And you were literally laying the tracks for the first 100 days, which we haven't done before. Usually it's like free flow, just kind of follow the map and go, there's gonna be a lot like the wakeboard challenge where it's like, you're gonna do this, you're gonna do this, you can do this, you're gonna do this, and there's a daily game that happens for the first 100 days, as well as a three day immersion event, etc. So by the time you get through all that, but the ideas that you have, they're all going to radically change. Like what you think you need to be about what you think you need to do are going to change, right? What you think you shouldn't be doing or shouldn't be doing is all going to change. So I'm excited to have you brother good stuff in game today. And Tim, Tim, Tim yardie Benji wakeboarding challenge, Tim. Tim, you know, you need to do you know, you need to do to work closeout seven segues. I'm gonna talk to you here in just a second. All right.
All right. All right. All right. All right. All right. All right. All right.
Hey, you unmuted?
Yeah, frederico almost unmuted himself to tell him I was muted again. I saw him. I saw him. He like pointed his fingers. He's like, yep, he did the sign language. He was like, You are muted. Nice. That was good. You are muted. Peter Eagleman. Yeah, Nick site, you can't see and you're muted. All right, well, you know what, I probably will do it another 100 times with the zoom until I figure that piece out. It becomes a habit. And that's alright. So as long as you keep the cameras, I'm going to draw something up for you. I want you to be able to see something so everybody can you can't miss for a second. And just have me and let me let me show you something.
Here we go. Okay.
So here is the challenge with every experience and let me go ahead and tear you down for me jump there we go. I The premise of being able to produce in business, which again, when we started this conversation here on Monday was where a vast majority of you were sitting, which was in a business focus, right about 85% or so said thing I need to do is in business. So I sat back and I say, Okay, one thing I need to do is I need to get my folks in business. But what we have found over the last decade, and what I found for the previous three to four years before the last decade, when I was living this by myself, called the Warriors way, was that these three areas of my life were the catalyst to being able to produce in business, that all three of these areas were either accelerating me towards my targets and goals, or they were decelerating me. Now you could interchange this, if we took business out, and we replaced and we said, you were dealing with balance, that was your primary focus, any of these can be interchanged, which means I could replace business and balance like this, which means the core four body being balanced business are intertwined aspects of who you are, you and I are all four of these elements. There's not one person here in this call. And there's not one scenario in which these four are not impacting each other every single moment of every single day. If your body is weak, it affects your balance, if your being is weak, it affects your balance. If your business is weak, it affects your balance, if I swap this out, and I put business back here, which is where it really started for me, I was considered and looking and focused on making money, I was like, I need to get to a place of making more money. And I looked in the first place I look for, for certainty to do what's required because you can get clear about what the actions are. That's one process. But then comes the commitment to actually do it. See, we've looked in our process we are in the stage of creation. This means it is time to drop the big Wait, there's no more sitting around. There's no more planning there's no more talking about it, there's no more debating about it action has to be fucking take. Creation begins at the point of action. Right, all of the pre creation, pre creation is done before creation, which is all the thinking time but creation begins at action. So I have thinking and I have action. And in between those two, my thinking to my action, I catalyze the experience of creation. So as I come back, and I say, well, these are the elements that are affecting my ability to create. Period How many of you been in a situation where your body is not felt? Well, you have been sick or shits gone sideways with your body or you just don't feel good about how you look? And you have watched a direct impact on your business or your money game type in me as you
dive in me good. Me, me, me, me, me, me. Me down the list goes. Okay, same situation. My body was injured I had Achilles tendon rupture three times. I was on crutches for 18 months, it was a fucking nightmare. By good effect, my certainty my confidence. I didn't feel as powerful and crutch until all the damn time it was not fun. You get sick or Ill get COVID we had COVID my wife and I my kids at COVID early in the year last year was fucking rough two weeks, three weeks for the family. And everybody's good. We're good. Right? So this process though, when that was happening, I was just fatigued I worked every day but I was just fatigued. And then for three or four nights in a row had a fever with a hoodie on I was like this is fucking bullshit Dude, I'm so damn hot right now get them shaking and shivering and I'm sweating like a motherfucker sleeping in the guest room didn't matter like that. It is where is my body is like that it affects my business. Right? If my being my sense of purpose, my sense of wellness my sense of wholeness my relationship with God if my being is off, it affects my business. If I don't feel a bigger why behind what I'm doing if I don't feel drive and are called to do it, if I doubt myself which is really being which is self doubt self loathing, the guilt and shame game My business is affected if I balance is off. If I'm in a relationship or I'm single from single and alone and I want to be in a relationship this affects business. If I'm in a marriage or in a relationship and it's going sideways and it's not working and affects business, how many benefits situation where relationships have gone sideways and you've watched a direct impact on your money type in Yes. Type in yes if that's Avenue you type in Yes. Because I bet I've watched this happen and my desire to produce went to zero. I was like fuck youtuber produce more money. They're gonna make more money for you or be no Hell no, I'm not gonna do this only to lose it in a divorce. I'm done with this shit. Right there was there's no desire, like why why build it? Why why I'm not gonna do it. But here's what ends up happening with these three areas. If I can get my body to line up, and I can get my being to line up and I can get my balance to line up then what I have created for myself is rocket fuel. I know these are like NASA graded rockets, but imagine they are. And my business becomes a rocket ship to go to where I want to go. Because my body is fueling, my being is fueling and my balance is fueling the business. Now along with this, we have washed over time that not only is that true, and again, these can be all interchangeable, the capsule at the front of the the rocket ship could be body and these are all going to change based on your quarter to quarter experience, every quarter, you're going to have a primary Domino that's going to be placed at the front of that rocket ship. Right, the front of that rocket ship is going to demand fuel, it can't go You will not take action towards it if you don't harness fuel from the other areas. So the core four game that we play every single day, the core four game which eight simple actions inside of the core app is about allowing you to access full capacity and power. But there's blockage that shows up in front of you being able to pull this off. And this is called the daily divine reset. Now what does this mean? This means every night when you go to bed during the night, your darkness gets smarter. The pace of view your resistance to taking action will learn what you learned in the day. And from that place will start to create the opposition to you being able to take action. So when you wake up in the morning, even though you might have smashed the day, and your darkness was down here, your resistance your doubt was small, you went to bed, you woke up and all of a sudden you're in a situation where your darkness figured out how to be bigger than you again. Now comes the self doubt the limiting storylines, the inaction the unwillingness to do what's required the blame game of other people the anger game at other people, instead of looking at yourself. This process, though, can be balanced every single day. The way that we equalize this game is we deal with the stack. The stack allows us to attack and identify the target. But the target sitting over here again for that day, but dealing with the rewriting of our narratives and our stories to deal with the obstacle that's in the way.
Now I got smooth sailing for the day towards my target. Now tomorrow I'm going to go to bed and the daily divine resets going to happen again. And I'm going to wake back up and I'm going to be unsurprised. This time, I'm like, well, well good for you Mr. Dark warrior inside of me who figured out how to buck and reset the game guess what I'm going to deal with you click like I'm gonna hit my core for I'm going to stack. And then I'm going to productively open up my action with the door, which is our third app inside of the wars waste system, which is once I have all the perspective power locked down. Now I've got to put all that into a productive tool with simple action. This door app deals for specific actions every single day, we call them the hit list. The door is a specific movable, movable dominating action must be taken every week, all three of this core for the stack in the door are being tracked inside of their own individual apps and our web webpage you're working in. Right now all of this is happening as you've gotten clear now what you've gotten clear on, you've gotten clear on a small amount here in the last five days. But what we ultimately have inside of the code is a unique process known as the fact map. And the fact map is an experience that happens every single quarter inside of where your shelter and it's inexperienced will happen in the first 30 days for some of you who stepped into warrior shelter with us here this weekend. And today, you're going to set directly into your first fac map experience in about two weeks. Now, I want you to imagine the kind of clarity that we're getting right now. But we're going to do this over three days together with several 100 people, all who are members and students inside warrior shelter, that experience is going to look like falling, you're going to identify your foundational facts inside of your foundational fact map.
This process in and of itself is insanely powerful. You're going to get clear across body being bounced business exactly where you are. Then in day two, we're going to move ourselves into the impossible game.
This is known as a foundational fact map. And the impossible game fact that now this second, this second game, the second fact map is going to establish the truenorth the place I'm going next but over the next 12 to 18 months. In between these three on day three will work on what we call the future fact map. And the future fact map divides up the game so if I was sending Here Today, we're going to divide up the action required to obtain who you are at some specific target into the future standing up here with these results. And we're going to break this down into four quarters to pull it off. quarter one, quarter two, quarter, three, and quarter four, four quarters that you're going to work through, to bring you to the game. Now the route is we don't know what needs to happen in quarters, two, three and four. The first quarter for you inside of your challenge experience is this identify what are the foundational things that I must do in the first quarter, in order to obtain the right direction towards what I say I want inside a body being balance
and business.
Where do I say I'm going and then does my first quarter of action ultimately put me into a place to win. Now, this experience is like a culminating experience inside a warrior shelter of the first 100 days. We have just opened this up and everybody is starting is going to get an advantage that nobody's gotten so far this year, last year, which is the word weight word challenge number three, and everybody from this group that decides to join, I'm not I don't know, if I'm gonna do this again. This has been amazing experience with you guys. But it definitely not gonna be live next time. So if we do this, again, this may just become audio training inside of our apps for how to use the idea sec. slot energy, I 10 hours with you guys this week. A lot of as a lot of energy to put out here inside of us. And I sure appreciate the investment that you guys made and time and energy to be here. Right, but we're gonna map out the first 100 days which new and different, right, which is the 100 days, the 100 days is going to be me inside my teams guiding you just like we did here today. Across first 100 days, we're not gonna do a live so I'm gonna be zoom every day. But there's gonna be a radically different experience for those who have not. For those who have not completed the wake of warrior challenge, you will actually start in the wake of warrior challenge with us as part of those 100 days. If you have finished wakeboarding challenge, then you will actually start into day 60 or excuse me day 41 which will take you through the next 60 days as you step into the group. So this 100 days plan is new because we haven't done it this way before. Just like I haven't run something like this before. But we sat down and we knew it was time for us to be able to lay down exactly every day with a visual and an action map every single day to follow along the Warriors way journey and follow along the Warriors journey map. Because this is the journey that we're taking people on this journey right here. I'ma show you right here. This journey right here is the game but there's old maps on that show you new map this old one let me stop this share and show you from here. So there are four specific summits to the journey that does not include the wake up warrior challenge. So again, if you haven't complete the wake up warrior challenge, we're going to start you there because it's a great introduction to the game of powerful way how many of you finished wake up warrior challenge before typed in Yes, if you've typed if you've finished wake up board challenge some of you have not if you have not if you have not crew court are completed that challenge type in No. Kings kid is not that challenge, Larry so the wakeboard challenge is like as like trying to compare like the old Nokia flip phones, or like a razor to the iPhone 12 like not even in the same cup, not even in the same ballpark. kingscote was amazing though. Okay, no, not yet. iPhone 12 Okay, got it. Know what the hell up? Yes. No. Okay, good. So some of you have some you haven't. So wakeboard challenge is a fantastic process was going to start in Burbank comes into shelter today. with us. We had seven eight of you joined yesterday. So big shout out to those who made that decision. JOHN, john K. Hill, Joel evil of Mark masal. Coral grant, Robert Jones, Aaron Belen, Stan and Federico Yeah, buddy, Gilbert. So we got California in the house, Florida in the house, Texas, Colorado and Arizona in the house. massive massive win for you guys love the fact that you come into play, got a handful of cn and Conan and a couple others who are already in the game with us here inside the group. But you got a chance. Right? And I've had a conversation will come to you today where you know, this is your choice and you know that it's time for you to do this. You're sitting in this unit. Well, what are we going to do? Right? What How does this happen? What's going to happen? This Perfect. So we've got a VIP on bone is going to happen for you guys too, I was just getting messages from my team and going to be taking this group specifically here, you guys are going to experience also the new tribal format of the process. And that means that everybody that comes in through this group and shelter is going to be bundled together in a specific group, that group itself is going to roll through the first 100 days of your experience together. The ultimate outcome on this is being able to put you into a place where you can connect with each other inside of our new chat app. So listen, the conversation is overwhelming. There's a ton of shit to learn and no, but this process is about ultimately changing the way that you operate forever.
Like these four summits that we're going to take you on the first two summits are about helping you learn to live the Warriors way, like you're going to learn the entire thing, you're going to get through these the first summit up to benchmark number two, within the first 100 days, then you'll spend the next two to three months working with your unit inside of your chat app and your assigned groups, then people you work with clear to get to the top of summit number two, which is learn. Once you do that, you'll step into summit number three. So number three is called warrior soul purpose. And it's about identifying once I have all these tools, the stack tool, the core four tool, the door tool, the game tool, the fact maps all of this mastered inside of me, then it's time for the next step, the next step is to figure out who the fuck I actually am. sounds silly. But you realize that some of the biggest reasons why people don't act, they don't take action. They don't take action because of the terror of not knowing who they are. They don't believe in themselves, they don't have courage in themselves, no confidence themselves, which means actions are taking every single day are always hesitant, or has done because they don't believe in who they are. And in most cases, they can't believe in who they are, because they don't know who they are. They're not spent any time not spending time setting themselves. They don't understand their strengths or talents or abilities or natural proclivities, they have no idea what problems they're naturally better at solving than others. There's an entire roadmap inside of summit number three, that once you get there, it's going to change your world. This awakened soul purpose conversation is something I've been training on for years and years. And we brought back here into warrior here just in the last couple months. Once you finish that, you'll move into summit number four and summit number four is a journey and a warrior wealth, which is all about marketing, sales and systems. It's about how to make the money, keep the money, grow the money, leverage the money, because at the end of the day, when you have mastered the tools of power, you have access to the tools of purpose. It's now time to be profitable and productive at a place you've never been before. Does that mean that you're not going to make money along the way? Of course not. You're going to make money. Are you going to make better decisions? Yes, you can have more sex? Absolutely. You're going to have better connection with your wife and children. Yes. Your husband? Yes. Are you gonna have more power? Yes. Are you going to do this alone? No. Like, how different with this week, Ben, if you just listen to sing on demand, I believe it still be super valuable. But how many of you know that it would be very different than being here live? typing Yes. dive in. Yes, you know that it'd be very different. The group dynamic sharing, the hot seats, the conversations, the interaction, all of this as part of the same thing. There's the opportunity to help you see an opportunity to help you breathe. So listen, Wigmore challenge is one aspect or entrance into the game, you guys have been given a specific opportunity, which I don't know, at this point, I don't think I will use this as an entry point again. Um, sometimes I do want it on protocols where we do it, and I love where it went. But also, I'm seeing kind of just where it's at right now. And this is definitely gonna be an on demand experience. Something I will not be live hot seating or running zoom rooms, etc. on this topic, again, so I'm glad that you guys took the opportunity to be here inside of this challenge five bucks, it was a test to see what we thought about it, how I felt about it. And the reality is the results that we're getting right now inside of our wake up warrior challenge is fucking phenomenal. And that's one we're gonna double back down. But this week has been an opportunity for you to really follow a framework and a process to follow a system of understanding what the idea stack is the word stack is, but more importantly, how do I get clear? How do I get connected? How do I get committed? How do I access courage? And then ultimately, what do I do to get myself to create because those first four preempt them precede the ability for you to hit the fourth one, which is the ability to create how many you know right now this week? Right? How many of you know this week that the decisions that some of the moves that you're making this week will put you on a different trajectory and a different path than you've ever been on before? Okay, perfect. We've got all the SS amaze coming in. So here is going to be scenario, we're going to do one final share, we're gonna do a breakout group, you're going to go into a breakout group, and you're going to go a couple of individuals. And here's what you're going to share. You're going to share what you're finally taken from this process one week with us together. The second thing you're going to share is, are you all in to move forward? Or are you choosing a different path
to just two conversations, here's what I took from the week, here's where I'm at. And then here's what my decision is, I'm moving forward to where your shelter or I'm not move forward and worry shelter, I'm going to do something else does not make any of you feel weird or uncomfortable. This is meant to put you in a place of bringing conclusion to here. Because what won't work is sitting in indecision. Either you're in or you're out, either you're coming into it or you're not, you got an opportunity. It's $2,000 upfront, or $197 a month to complete as us for 12 months came full access to the apps, you can read about all the details, while see testimonies and case studies on the registration page that seven of you took action on yesterday, which is exciting. I'm excited to have those seven, come play with us and join the 1200 that are part of shelter right now. But I'm more excited because you get to be part of the new initial group, that's going to roll through the first 100 day system here inside of the program. And your results are going to be massive. So if you're clear about what our last breakout is going to be for today, and then I'll have some final messages for us to wrap up, type in the word clear so that I know that you're clear typing clear. So I know type being clear. So I know typing clear. So I know type in clear. So I know. Again, this is important for all of you to be able to go through this, this exercise to simply don't own your decision. Here's where I'm at, here's what I learned. And here's what I'm deciding I'm moving forward, or I'm moving on. And just share with your group, be bold with it, own it, owning a note or owning a guess is as important on both sides. I'm not here to tell you which way you should go. But I am inviting you to come play with us and say yes, I say No, that's okay, that's on you. You got to live with that decision just as much you'd have to live saying yes. So here we go. We're gonna bring ourselves into our final little check group for the week. I give everybody a chance. Again, we'll go for five, nine. Yep, there is monthly, there is monthly payments VGA. And we will drop the link here for you guys. Once we get back from our little break. We'll drop it here into the chat. And there are monthly payments of 197 a month bJ 197 a month to be part of that. You do you do pay a little bit more over 12 months. But yes, I would say about half our people are all in one payment. And you're in it for a year. So it's $197 for 12 months 12 months BJ so you'll be here for the entire 12 months you'll go from now until roughly February 1 of 2022 once you see it, what's it what's involved in this and what happens the first 100 days you'll be able to see that on the page with the cart Checkout, you'll be able to go through all the details on that page. So we got some opportunity for you guys you guys will be part of that first group but we are going to hold that tight by the close of day tomorrow. Which means today is kind of rigid those who jumped in today are also going to get cluded into a special different group than the ones that jumped in yesterday you seven from yesterday have already gotten an instruction to email to you your fast action people so we got fast action opportunities for you to help you get going faster. Okay, here we go. We're going into our final breakout groups kind of bring this experience with all of us together. This is 10 minutes turn the cameras back on turn the cameras back on turn them back on turn them back on turn it back on Final thoughts from today inside of your share as well as the opportunity to give a clear decision Yes, I'm gonna move into the shelter or no I'm going to move into something else for now. Everybody glare if you're clear Give me thumbs up to the camera. Thumbs up to the camera all right beautiful let's wrap this experience up together powerfully often in groups of four or five we go 321 Sammy make it happen Philip I'm talking to like my DJ drop that drop that beat son Here we go. DJ breakout
all right we got Gary in the mix we got Chris in the mix chris chris guy Grizzly I thought that was a cross over Chris's shoulder but that is a window look like a big cross as a as a big cross on your on your wall bro. Man. I realized it was not it was your It was your your window. Okay, let's do this, Gary. So give it to right, Gary, where are you? Where are you at after being here in this experience for five days.
So So basically, this five days gave me that kick in the butt I needed to just get back on actually get back on the path of a warrior. I did this. Two years ago fell off the wagon, and I'm back. So I signed up for shelter moving forward. Beautiful.
Now what does it feel like? Like if you go back and rewind? What do you think? What do you think happened that got you off the path and I'm not talking about the warrior path. I mean, just off the path of feeling this kind of clarity. If you rewind back, what was the what was the thing that derailed you?
I quit my initial goal with warrior but that's And then once I hit it, I stopped. Yeah. Okay. And when I was faced with it it was a body gold so it was physical I was sore so I stopped exercising for a few days to recover and I never started up again yeah all right so after that point can we get those points and then just kind of like mushroom into like alright fine whatever you know I gave up I don't know
can you guys can Chris Can you Cody you both can you relate to doing this to yourself? You get going and sounds working and then you stopped doing it? Crazy a day you done this? aggress
Yeah, no, I started doing I was moved to London recently and I'm looking at doing affiliate marketing and building funnels. And our primarily went with Click Funnels first and then grew funnels. Otherwise all went through bolt into fumbling through funnels. And then I didn't want to Click Funnels before I finished it. Now I'm looking at trying to do it and Click Funnels. So through throughout these five days, Garrett, and I really appreciate everything you've done this been brilliant. It's given me the kick up the backside to get me moving again. And I've been hammering clickfunnels like marketing again. Good. Fortunately, I can't commit to your work at warrior shelter course. I have got your Armory and I'm listening to the to the the the speeches, not daily as I should be doing but I'll go listen for an hour or an hour and a half while I'm doing other stuff on the computer. But I'm doing too much for clickfunnels to commit to this as well. That's my follow up, but I ain't gonna forget this and you'll probably see me my name in the future. I'm sure
we will. So here's the one thing to remember. Do a remember inside of the clickfunnels game and I tell people everybody who's associated with Russell and Click Funnels. I love Russell. He's probably the most likable human being on a fucking planet. Unfortunately, I tried to egg him on to do shit so that his dark side comes out but like rarely it never happens because he's just too happy clappy potato gun guy. I knew that he won't go there. He's always on one time and that was it. He was gonna fight what's the youtubers name? Shit the kid who's boxing Mayweather in February anyways boxing this big kid this kid's a big YouTuber he's not even he's okay fighter. Anyways Russell that's the only time but at the end with that has nothing to do with it. We come back to Russell but Russell's giving you three books like.com secrets, expert secrets and Traffic Secrets if you will just fucking do that shit. And he has that fourth book in the bundle to add the bundle
if you can see him behind me Yeah,
okay, dude, you got him you got exactly what I'm talking about. So the guide book I'm serious sit down and just go through this shit. Yeah, and do exactly what he tells I joke around him all the time. I get text back and forth about every 10 days or so. And I'm like, Bro, I keep laughing about how much you laid this thing down for people and how little people are actually doing if they would just do exactly what you said you gave them exactly what they needed most these guys have to pay $100,000 to figure this shit out overnight five years have given to them all but they won't do it. So when you do it, Chris and along the way you hit some complexity and you recognize that your power and your perspective inside of this needs to level the fuck up so that you can get shit done the way you need to get it done. Come back we'll be here we'll keep doing our shit I got a whole long as list of people who want to be brilliant marketers who find out that the biggest problem is they won't launch because they don't they don't have enough certainty empowering themselves to do it. So come back when you're ready and I love it. I love your energy being here. Okay, Cody, let's go man give it to me.
Thanks a lot.
You got it. Here I've been following you a long time I got the black book in 2017 one of my mentors second round and it changed my life I find a challenge and that changed my life I was in a dark place a couple of years ago there and like a really dark place to worry about losing everything and rebuilding like you know much smaller scale but very it really resonated with me I still feel closer to the pit as a peep way way way closer to the bottom of my my a big but your whatever your your doctrine has definitely helped me immeasurably way more than anything else. So this this five days was incredible. Thank you so much like you gave it astounding amounts of value. You and you know it starts at 12:30am my time I'm not an agent, but I've been trying to be honest with my two kiddos, but yeah Yeah, thank you so much for everything. And, you know, I've been, I've been actually coaching people for years. Oh, but I gotta say, like, you're like the king of frameworks, you know. And just in the last five days that laid out, it has helped me really clear on some work that I know I've been needing to do for a long time. And now I've got so looking great, I got a big business project ahead for me. And I mean, man, I'm going to join the shelter. Hi, time. Really looking forward to the only thing I'm upset about is like, we could be on a call with you every week, but I think it'll be for you
to see what type of shelter call is that? Let's see shelter call is at
one o'clock.
Yeah. So here's the deal we're getting, we're getting enough people. We're getting enough people from like the time zone in that block that we're considering here in q2, I'm actually splitting the call into two calls every week, just so that we can deal with so there are because we're getting a lot of you from Australia, a lot of people from Europe, a lot of people who are just sitting at a different time zone place than us. And, you know, obviously West Coast for us in the United States, at one o'clock, it's like middle of our day, we're just rocking. But the timeline change, we also may swap the call with our shield call, which is our men's only business group that meets at 10 in the morning, and then we've even considered to move in the call to like an 8:30am. Pacific, which would actually put those calls for you guys like into your evening. So we'll see my teams are looking through the numbers right now to be able to see it because we can make the adjustment we got, you know, this many people with fits only handful five or six. But we're starting to get such a surge of men and women who are just joining and they're wanting to have part of this. And we want you guys to be able to experience it from that place. But even without it understand that too. Even if that didn't happen right away some of the onboarding experiences, we're going to make sure that for you are in place, you can get them during a time zone that's sensible for you. And at the same time, the new protocol of the 100 days that we're putting together for you guys is going to change the game, like so you'll be able to follow this just like you would anything else we've done in the past. And I'm just honored to have you here. As you guys all three, look at this. And you stand in in this week. What is the one thing you're committed to doing over the weekend to take momentum into this? So we got no commitments to be in the shelter, we will click bundles and do our thing. But what's one thing specific to the idea of this week? Let's quickly look at that what's one of your actions that you know you need to take over the next three days. That's significant and important to you. And, Gary, let's start with you.
One of the important things, I need to look at my schedule, I need to identify prioritize, because for me to block out my time for exercising, I've got to rearrange the family, or the family time of the evening and stuff like that, because everyone's go to bed really linked to this stupid thing. And this homeschooling thing, yep. And they just walk up and they sit in their bed in the pajamas and they go to school. So now I have to figure out how to get everyone wrangled into bed earlier, including the wife earlier so I can get up earlier. You know, at some point, you can only do five hours sleep so many times before you're just dragging. Yep. To do that, we have to carve out that time and get organized with the priority.
Okay, so we got to rearrange them in a schedule. Okay, let's come down. Chris, what's the one thing you know you need to do this weekend or over the next three or four days?
Well, today I started building another funnel, so I'll be working on all weekend.
Be observing complete a funnel by Monday.
Ah, hopefully,
okay, that'd be a fun challenge. Right? So we're gonna say we're gonna add a funnel give them completed by Monday or Tuesday next week. Okay, beautiful. Cody. What's your Cody what's your action?
I'm doing a big reveal. That might be basically a plan on Sunday as part of my channel. Yeah.
Beautiful are gentlemen we are wrapping this will be back in the next group is going to kick us out. Here we go. Ladies and gentlemen, ladies and gentlemen. I have got exactly four minutes, actually two minutes to wrap this and then I get to jump into another onboarding call with a whole bunch of students coming into the shelter. I want to share just my thoughts with you. As we wrap up today, the recordings and replays from today the action maps all this we're going to be bundled in a way you'll see them on the page. We're gonna make sure all of you guys have these. You have enough resources to you. For all those who are here, all of you, thank you for being part of this five day experience. I know this was This was 10 hours, 10 hours of us being together. plus all the work you put on the outside of this, I hope this week was valuable we for you, that there you're gathering in the tools that you need to be able to be successful, that you are able to speak inside of your world to get the results that you truly want, as my hope. And I hope that inside of this too, that you found some power and connection in how the tools work here at warrior. For those moving forward into the warrior shelter. We're excited to have you part of the new onboarding experience in the 100 Day Challenge, which you're going to be taking you through the first 100 days of the journey. For those that are here. Like Chris in our group, we had boiled three guys on a group tour, stepping in the shelter, and one is not right now he's going to put some focus on some other things, get his money up and his business, then come back. No matter who you are, no matter what your process is, please do yourself a favor, take action, like move forward. Like the tools to do what you need to do are here the heroin warrior, but they're also here inside of you. We've just made a simpler and more streamlined to be able to do the work here inside of wakeboarder. And if you're here inside the shelter, I welcome you, I say thank you. If you got to move on to another space for whatever reason that is for you know that I care about you. And thank you so much for being here. This was a process being here inside of this challenge it my teams were like, why are we doing this? Why are we doing this? Why are we doing this? And I said, I feel like we need to do it. And so even if this is the only time that I run this five day experience live like this, I want to thank you for being part of that and for being part and being all in with your commitment. So final chat here, put your chat in the chat so that we can see it. What are your final words to describe this experience this week, just type them up and put them in the chat. As we wrap up. We're going to let those roles so that you guys can enjoy those with each other here for just a minute. As far as me I gotta get prepped for her next call. Have a wonderful rest of your weekend. Have an amazing rest of your day. For those coming into shelter. Thank you for those who are moving forward to another space. Thank you. Either way, have an amazing rest of your day.
