Hey everybody, Dan here. So I wanted to go ahead and, and share a little bit about how we go through and we rewrite websites, you know, pages and particularly, you know, the way we look at a website is that as a website as a whole, but each page really gives the opportunity to be able to rank for whatever topic that you're going to go after. So that's the way really, you need to be looking at a website as a whole. So this was a post that I made about about 10 days ago. And it was one of the highest engaging posts that I've written here in this community. So I just wanted to kind of share a little bit more and kind of do some live workflow as far as how we go about it, and particularly how I go about finding a website that we need to rewrite some content for, and exactly the process that we go on doing that. Okay.
So
let me go ahead and pull up. So I have I have conversion AI here. Real quick, some of the best tools that I love to use on a daily basis, and it doesn't matter what it is. There's four in particular. So there's constant improver, census, expander, long form and persuasive bullet points. And the way you need to look at it, you know, I know Dave, and an Austin, you know, there's tons of people who've already commented on on what I'm going to share with you, but when you go and you look at the templates inside of here, don't look at them literally, like a template, for example, like persuasive bullet points, don't look at that as a way to only do bullet points, okay? What you need to do is pull the data from that, and then figure out where you can implement that on your content strategy. So, you know, for example, two examples are using bullet points outside of bullet points would be that you can use that as like an introduction to a paragraph that you're going to write, or you can use those as sub headlines, if you want to, you know, go that route. So just just real quick, some examples. And, you know, understanding that concept alone, really helped me be able to, you know, really go far with with dragas. Without that, you know, before understanding that concept right there, I had a very hard time figuring out what to do in here, I was confused. But now, you know, we've done almost 1.8 million words as of this art of ours as of this video, in Jarvis alone. And, and that's one thing that really, really helped me kind of excel in my team Excel, you know, in writing content. So without further further ado, let's go ahead and just pick a niche, pick a website, um, you know, I don't have this planned at all, I'm just kind of winging it. I, you know, I wing a lot. I made a post about that in this group as well, I, you know, everything I do is kind of on a on a wing. You know, I really don't plan my day, I don't plan my week or anything like that. I'm not a planning type of person. So, so let's just pick a niche here. Let's go after, let's say veterinarians. I don't have any veterinarian clients. I know veterinarians is not a popular niche to go after, as far as a digital marketing agency goes. But you know, let's be honest, almost every website out there is written incorrectly. The copy is not read for the audience, for the user, it's written for the business owner, just to make them feel good, right? Like, Oh, we've been in business for 40 years, we have five, you know, we have 5,000,000,005 star reviews on Google, you know, we're rated the number one on Yelp. Like, who cares? Right, you know, yeah, that's good. And all that, that might make someone say, oh, wow, you know, they might be the best. But after a while, that that feeling goes away, right? Like, you can't make this you know, a lot of people make decisions based off of motions. But when you start doing your research, things like that, like you want a little bit more than just like, you know, you know, what I just mentioned, right? So what I do is, let's just pick one here, let's find, you know, what I'm going to find I want to go after, like the top one I just go down here to like page are actually I have, I have a search by 100. Let's just pick this and Bernie state veterinary clinic. So, you know, their content doesn't even start until like, halfway through, like almost at the very end of the page. You know, and that's all they have is just this, you know, so what I would do in this case, I would start, you know, I'm not going to go through like this video is not about really like, proper, you know, structure as far as the website and all that kind of stuff. I'm not going to get into that because that can take, take this video down a whole entire rabbit hole. I want to make this video just about rewriting content that's already on the page. Okay. um you know if you guys want just let me know I'll be more than happy to make other videos on different topics that you guys might be interested in so you could go back to the post and or you can send me a DM or whatever just let me know but like what I would do you know let's just kind of read this real quick and just see if they write for the audience or if it's just kind of your basic like you know, you know we we we like already see already see a couple of ways in here already know how it's going to turn out like every sentence starts with we holy crap. Not good right? Not good at all. But let's just read it real quick here. So welcome to Bernie Sage veterinary clinic your veterinarian in San Antonio Texas calls at you know, phone number in the phone designing a clickable pet emergency calls right away at you know, again, phone number, if you live in San Antonio or the surrounding area and need a trusted veterinarian to care for your pets. Real quick, right there. Like they could have an entire blog article, like a whole section like, like 1000 articles of just, you know, things to do for their pets, like, like, we could literally go in here, we can blow the roof off of this client and they could rank for every possible term. You know, and not just search terms for like reasons why to take your pet veterinarian, but you know, health and one is like, you know, the best toys for pet like the pet industry is a billion dollar industry like, wow, like, All right, let me again, I don't want to go down a rabbit hole I you know, this stuff excites me to the core. And I want to just remain focus on what this video is about. How am I going to take this call? Okay. Right, so So the last paragraph, we're happy to offer a number of resources that enable you to learn how to take care better your pets, blah, blah, you know. So, you know, it's again, this is this is copy that's, you know, just generic, right? It doesn't really persuade anyone to do anything. And that's, you know, that's just stuff they have to think about when you're when you're writing copy out. So what I would do, like, okay, I pretty much, you know, again, this is my exact process of how I'm going through and rewriting content on websites, I'm gonna go through and I just copy and paste different things. So I like to have, you know, different, you know, templates open. So I'm going to do sentence expander. Right, I may open up persuasive bullet points on here as well. And, you know, and long for long, I'm not going to write long form right now. Only if I'm like writing like a service page, or from what to write a blog article or something like that, then I will go ahead and or write like a brand new page or whatever, then I'll use long form, but if I'm just improving existing copy, I want to be able to, you know, just quickly good things that right. So let's hear so let me just, you know, just get some output, right? You know, that's to see what what drove us tells us
tone of voice sometimes I just leave it empty. You know, you there's a whole bunch of easy tiger, let's
slow down. There's a whole bunch of things out there that will show you different tones of voice of I like to leave it empty, unless I'm going for something very specific. You know, you could type persuasive or helpful or funny, you know, kind of just depending on your tone. But so anyway, so here, this is like Welcome to Bernie stage veterinary clinic, your venaria in San Antonio, Texas, right. And the output, you know, so what I do is I just quickly start skimming through some of these and some of these outputs here real quick. And I just start looking at what is oops, what is gone Google Doc, there we go. What makes sense, what looks good, what you know, what is it that we're really going after? So, again, welcome to Bernie and buy, you know, you're here in San Antonio, Texas, okay. So we don't just have a Great animal hospital we also we also offer top of the line veterinary services and pet medicine. We're not your average pet clinic you'll find on the corner of a street Okay, yeah, it's like that man that's wait this compared to this I mean come on, it's it's hands on a winner right? Now sometimes the drive is you know, you may have come across where it doesn't really fully read properly. At that point, you just start nitpicking the sentence or the paragraph and you just edit it the way that you want it to read. It's simple as I've seen a couple people complain that you know, Java says following the flow or, or things don't make sense. Like you have to work with Jarvis Jarvis is going to do everything on its own. You know, you know, like the we welcome you to Bernie like, I would just say walk them to Bernie state veterinary clinic exclamation point, where we care for your pet like it's our own, you can expect the highest level of veterinary expertise and personal attention from our team. When making a visit, we're here every day from 8am to 6pm. Ready to help with Okay, so like, this is good. Again, you notice I even read like the second one or the fourth or fifth one because I didn't need to, I want to be able to knock this stuff out very quickly, that is going to be a game changer for what they already have. You know, now this, this is a good intro paragraph, obviously, what we want to do is to be able to have a good, you know, headline for some keywords on here. We could do you know, we can do something like a veterinarian, good my misspelling here a prime minister with a bunch of stuff, written arion or San Antonio
veterinarian. Oh, what's the name of the business Bernie statement every clinic

So this could be kind of our, our, you know, our h1, right, San Antonio vetinary. That's kind of where we're going after, you know, then we got the brand name here. Bernie stage or born stage or whatever, whatever it is, I forgot what it was, how it's pronounced Bernie Sage veterinary clinic.
You know, for whatever pet needs, right? Again, I'm not making this super perfect right now. Just kind of, you know, rewriting what's there. So again, intro paragraph like, you know, welcome. Welcome to Bernie Sage veterinary clinic where we care for your pet like it's our own, you can expect

So I already knocked out, I added an additional paragraph out some more some more content to the, to the, to the page, right. And now I'm just going to go in and just literally go one by one, like, so I just use one tool, which is continent improver, that's, this is really the one that's most ideal for me, you know, census expander, let's just see what javas expands on based on the sentence alone. Now, sometimes you can use a combination of one and the other, or you can just use this alone or, you know, or, or not. Or sometimes I just, you know, reset this. And then I just, you know, generate more content. Let's see here. Thanks for visiting the website bringing us Antonio, I'm doctor and see who knows if this is even legit, we provided best. Alright, so here's like a little bit of extra stuff. Again, this is just extra keywords, right things that you can add few and if you have surfer SEO integration, it's going to tell you exactly what kind of keywords you need to put in there. But just knowing you know, just from you know, doing so much content already, for our clients already know what it is that we need to put so we provide the best of it everybody sort of including Alright, so I'm just going to start putting this on here. And then I'm going to go and put here three neuter boarding, medical treatment, grooming, emergency vet, emergency veterinary care, and more. Or even here we go. Or even see. So now we're expanding a little bit on on, you know, just having good quality content. You know, and here we can do, you know, Bernie state veterinary clinic. We're going to do that for the brand name.

It's clear that content and then I would do the same thing with sentence expander I'm gonna wait for this to finish all the way through is going to hate on me. Okay, so let's expand this sentence. And obviously, you know, it's only 80 characters max.
So,
you know whether this may work for certain sentences, sentences or not, you know, might have to kind of clean up a little bit. So we are At full service veterinary facility offering professional health for health care for your pets, that'll work.

And then we can also include this like in case anything goes wrong with our furry friends, we're here every step of the way. Here we go. So this is good stuff. Good stuff here, Jarvis, thank you. And we can already have another paragraph just from some of the the stuff actually no two paragraphs here that we didn't even have initially. So that's our trained to handle all types of animals. Okay, so I'm not I'm not going to go through everything, just because I'm sure there's a lot of detail, just like I showed you. Again, I don't, I don't want to make the video super super long. You know, I just want to kind of go go with the flow and just and run from there. So again, like I created, like, all of this, just from one sentence, right? Just from one sentence. Like, I could go in here and just, you know, clean things up and you know, and whatnot. But I think all from that one sentence there, there's, there's really some things that that we put or that javas put, like, you know, well for routine checkouts diagnostics, bla bla, bla, bla, which is kind of already there, but you know, it pull that information just from this. Let's just go here and rewrite the entire sentence. Alright, so let's kind of look back here I kind of jumped around sometimes. Let's just look back at the bullet points just so I can show you an example of with a way this works. Like if I wanted to add a subheading just to kind of break this up and make a little bit easier to use you know, I could just do like this could be a subheading here you know and then I could talk about it then I could put this into long form then I could have Jarvis right based on this piece of content alone of you know stopping suffering of your pets you know, and maybe after reading that a little bit more like that may not make sense

let's see here let me just see what else here here we go vet that cares about you not just your pet because that's important to write a veterinary obviously helps the pet but it's it's also you know that customer service and and the the attention of the owners of that pet that you know is important as well so this could be this could be you know, a headline or it could be you know, an h3 just depending on what you're writing you know your best option for providing medical treatment to animals you know, this could be a good call to action stop worrying about your pets because briny stages here at help call you know blah blah blah for an appointment right? Clean animal hospital that ensures treatment for a variety of condition the cleaning behavior certainly I would just literally just use this right for a clean animal hospital that that is just just in general a clean animal hospital you know, friendly staff members of EHRs that care for animals of all sizes, breeds and ages. So this is pretty good, you know. So let's do this. So I think we already did that here. And there's a word limit that out we're almost done we're almost done with just this this is pretty much the last paragraph just waiting for this content we just close out sentence expander and bullet points again, like if it's this long I would just go I you know if I'm actually doing this for a client I will go sentence by sentence to me I think it's gonna be the best way the most impact that you're gonna make on content you know, but if we're going to rewrite this specifically you know we can see here we know that can be hard to take your animal in for a checkup so we made the process is easy and convenient as possible.
