Yeah, I think, you know, a lot of times for me, rest hits out like I'm like forced to rest because I've been, I'm burned out, you know, like, I hit a wall. And I just say like, oh, now I need to rest, rather than what you're saying Brit Jo, which was building it in proactively so that you don't hit that wall of, oh my gosh, I'm lashing out at my friends and putting myself on Do Not Disturb unintentionally, and whatever the things are, that your friends are like, oh, you're burned out, like you want to not get there. That's the goal. Right? So, and you can't help it, sometimes it just happens. But you want to make productive steps toward, you know, keeping yourself in a good mental and physical space, because rest is a mental and physical thing and a spiritual thing, I think and, you know, like you guys were saying, there's so many examples in the Bible, Genesis is the most obvious one, yes. Or one of the more obvious ones, but Jesus also rested. You know, in the New Testament, He would be talking to the crowd doing a sermon or feeding the crowd, and then He was like, peace out, I'm resting now, you know. And I remember reading that as like the person that I am and being like, oh, I can do that, like You did that? Okay, I guess that means I can do that, and that it's not a sin to say I'm stepping away and taking my physical or mental rest, because that's important, you know. And, and then with the Mary, Mary and Martha story, two sisters in the Bible, who were friends of Jesus in Luke 10, you can find it in the Bible there. One sister Martha was working and serving and doing good things and preparing food and cleaning and whatever she was doing. And Mary was sitting and listening to Jesus talk. And Jesus at one point, kind of like, chides Martha a little bit and says, hey, you know, you're you're running around, and you're anxious and troubled about many things, but one thing is necessary. And that one thing was to just rest, and listen to Him and be with Him and abide with Him. And so I think that's so relevant to us today. To take that time with Jesus as rest time, and to not see that as one more thing to do. Because that's easy for me to do. I don't know about you guys, you definitely easy for me to say, my quiet time with God is one more thing to do. But it is so life-giving and so rest-giving to, to do that. So...
