Hey y'all hey, it's your girl Jessica Lauren, and I am coming to you with this week's quick tip. Alright ch'all, so this week, I want to challenge you to create our hard stop time. Well, what do I mean by that, you know, a lot of us are working from home. And it is so easy for the day to just go by super fast, like, ask me how I know. I feel like every day I look up at the clock, and I'm like, dang, it's three o'clock already. And my to do list don't look halfway done, you know, I still have some important tasks to get out of the way. And no matter how hard I try, time just slips past me. And I'm like, you know what, it's okay, I'm working from home, I could just do it for one more hour, two more hours, three more hours. And you look up and you know, is nine o'clock at night, 9:30 10 o'clock. And I used to pride myself on being able to work like that, like, look at me, I'm a goal getter. I'm a hustler. But I am at a point where I want to have a very full three dimensional life, like I don't want my work to be the only thing that my life has to offer. Like I have self love, I need to get to love of my friends and family. I have hobbies, it's just life just isn't all about working. And so what I've had to do for myself is to schedule in a hard stop time. Like, Jessica, I don't care what's on that to do list. When six o'clock hits, you are done three o'clock, four o'clock, whatever the case may be, make sure that you have it scheduled in your Google Calendar in your planner that this is the time that I am going to stop righ?
