We've got Montasser with us today who is a recent graduate of beyond web copy and one of the world's newest UX copywriters, which is so exciting. And he has kindly volunteered his time to share with us a little bit about his journey so far in both Beyond Web Copy and with us copywriting. So thank you so much, Montasser. I'm so excited to hear your story.

Hi, Sue, then, and you're very welcome. Of course, I'm happy to do it.

You're the best. All right, tell everyone a little bit about you and where you're up to in your journey.

So I am Montasser. I live in work currently in Dubai. I'm new to copywriting. Relatively. I, I'm originally a mechanical engineer. And I've been working in sales. I've been in the process of career change for quite a while now. I started with UX design. I studied UX design before I discovered I have a thing with the words. So I decided to go into copywriting. And here I am.

Yeah, I love that everyone comes at it from such a different background. It's always so interesting to hear people's stories. And so what made you decide if you can think back to join beyond web copy? What was the tipping point for you?

When I saw Beyond Web Copy and how it combined UX with copywriting it was something interesting for me,

you tell us a little bit about your experience inside the programme.

So the programme was full of value, I can say that easily. And you know, it's it's just a lot of value from the first lesson all the way to the last and sometimes i binged a whole module in only one or two sittings, you know, and I took notes and everything. It was it was an a very interesting journey. And I just enjoyed every bit of it.

So good. So how did you feel like my guidance, because there's two parts to it. There's the coursework, and then there's also the live calls that we have. So how did you feel like the live calls helped you in your journey?

You get to ask all the questions that you have wherever you have problem or something. And not only that, you get to listen to other people's questions. And, and they are, you know, have they come of different levels in copywriting. So it is, let's say, very enriching. And sometimes, you know, me being new, for example, I have some questions or wondering or some things that I don't understand how it works. And you find out that other people who are already in the business and they they have the same type of questions or the same wonderings it makes you somehow feel that you're on the right path or or it is okay to have the these type of questions or things that you still not fully understand or grasps.

Yes, yeah. You see that? It's that's part of the you're asking the right questions then if other people are having them, too. Yeah, perfect. So what are some of the results you've seen since you've joined the programme?

It was invaluable. And the amount of value that I took away from this course can't be even described. So I'm more confident of my writing. And wherever I am in the in the writing process, you just can rely on the on the framework. It eliminates, you know, the staring on the on the blank page. Type, let's say

so, what would you say to anyone at the moment considering whether Beyond Web Copy is the right move for them?

If If you are into web copy, then it's a no brainer. You just go for it, it will definitely you will definitely learn something even if you're an experienced copywriter. And the amount of value that you will learn is it's just indescribable so just go for it.
