So the rmto is the only voice for massage therapists, individually or collectively in Ontario. And I would say, challenge people that if you really care about the profession, you should be a member of the rmto. And why is that? I mean, the rmto advocates for you on major issues that I've talked about already, so I won't, won't, sort of further belabor that, but we also advocate for individuals extensively. So I have deal with a lot of RMTS who call me up, and we're very, you know, available. You just have to pick up the phone and call us. So we're not hard to get a hold of with all kinds of issues, with insurance companies, with the cmto and things like that. And I've worked very hard to have access. You know, I meet basically every other week with the Registrar of the cmto, and I have tremendous access to her. We do town halls together. We do a lot of stuff together, so I have a way of being heard that perhaps an individual massage therapist doesn't have. I also have worked hard to develop relationships with the big insurance companies. Now these even harder to sort of network with, because I. They're national and they're huge organizations, and we happen to be one of, although an important one, one of the different providers that have received benefits from these big companies benefit plans. So there's, there's that aspect of it, which I think is, to me, the most important thing. But we also have the lowest professional liability insurance available to you. So if you, if you're only interested in, you know, you know, the the money aspect of it, there's a benefit to that. There's free, unlimited legal consult, consultation that you can get when you purchase your massage liability insurance. There's free listing on something we call the RMT dot fine, or RMT fine.com where you can put your name out there. There's a lot of communication that we do through something called the Friday file, which goes out every week. We have a high quality digital magazine called massage therapy. Today, we have a lot of two tool kits to make, help make a massage therapist successful. Social media toolkit, Marketing Toolkit, contract guide, fee related practice guidelines. You know patient populations, you know intake forms, things like that. The profession is somewhat isolating in terms of, you know, people practice alone. So we have community based networks that allow RMTS to sort of participate. We have, actually 21 of them throughout the province. And so, you know, if you want to connect with your peers, this is a great way to sort of connect on a very, you know, social level, and also, you know, you want to talk about issues and things like that. We have discounts on products and services, you know, like TELUS and Rogers how home and auto insurance and things like that. So, but I think one of the things that I want to reiterate is that we're available by phone or email, and we answer any issue that you have. It's not like we sort of give you a phone number to call. I will. I will walk you through if someone was to come to me with an issue with the cmto, we talk about a strategy depending on privacy. I may not be able to ask a specific question, but I certainly can coach or ask a general question, and then I want to know, pretty much all the time how they made out. So call me back. Let me know how you made out like that. So that's that very personal level of relationship that we try to offer our members. And so you know, when you I think when you add all those things up, there's a lot of value, whether it's financial savings that you might make to help offset the cost of the membership fee or or just if you really want to help us support some of the advocacy that we do, you know your contributions do that. The other thing I might mention is we have the lowest membership rate in the country. So, you know, BC, for example, is three or $400 we ours is 100 and I think 140 or 145 something like that.
