Hey, hey, hey, happy Friday. Good to see some of y'all popping in. Please stripe save Kristin. Oh my god. As always, love to see you here. So welcome, welcome. Welcome to the courses for health professionals prior to q&a call with the coach. In the chapter though, if you have a hand and not driving, please let us know. What is one good thing that happened to you today? And what plans do you have for this weekend? I think this is something for us to look forward to. So why not right. Now, before we get started on the questions this week, I just want to do some housekeeping stuff for you. So again, if you haven't booked your monthly laser coaching session, you still have time just to have one more week until the month of March is done. Definitely grab a spot on our calendar soon before it gets filled up. Okay. And interesting announcement for you. So while we don't have Silvius regular q&a call next Thursday, inspired by recent comments on Facebook, as well as Sobeys mindset minute on resourcefulness yesterday, hey, if you haven't listened to it, the recordings ready for you. Okay, that resource for this piece is so good. So I we want to use the next Thursday's call time. So 9am Pacific for social hour for CHP members. Now, this could be something for you to share your daily routine. And I'm talking to you, Angela, because we remember we talked a little bit about everybody's routines everybody's I remember we had a really robust conversation about how to avoid the Facebook rabbit hole, right? And what did you do? So I think this will be a great time for us to kind of just join and have a conversation and say, Hey, what have you been doing that worked for you, and then we can learn from each other. Right? And honestly, this could be something to share, even, like, you know, somewhere to share maybe your favorite podcast, your interesting book you want to share or even pick just your favorite T to get your day started, right? So take this as a time to get to know your peers and learn from each other and be resourceful. Right, let's ask each other questions. A what kind of website, you know, company he go with? What can I do? What kind of services they have? Like, these are all great questions. So bring some questions if you would like but you know, or or not just simply join us to chat. Okay. And you know, I know it's a little early, but hey, if you want to join us with a mimosa not to judge Okay. All right. So let's jump in on the question stayed. But before we do that, let's see what Kristen said. Oh, you requested laser coaching call today. Awesome. And you will be doing a 40 hour on call. Oh my god. So please, please, please get some rest you know, or rest whenever you can make as
and I love, love, love the collaboration call. Yay. Talking about resource for this. You're on IT person. I love it. I totally love it. I think this is awesome. Collaborate. I mean, this is what we're talking about right in module five affiliation. You can find it within the program. All the more to it. Right. Awesome. Awesome. Great to know. All right. So let's get started on the questions. And we only have a few coming from Eric this week. So we're going to tap on that. And if you have any live questions, your question, just let me know later on. Okay. So first question that we have from Eric is mostly is about Facebook, but let's get tackle Facebook Lives question. He has two about it. The first one is do we promote the Facebook lives ahead of time in some way or just so live? What kind of suggestions you have you know about this. Now, most of the time I would say for Facebook Lives as soon as you you schedule it for yourself, I say just go for it. I don't think any announcement is necessary. And depending on what you're trying to sell what your program really is. Honestly, sometimes the impromptu Facebook Lives are even better. So say for example, if I've been talking about weight loss, for example, I'm talking I'm trying I have a weight loss program to sell and I just have a moment and say you know I just had my dinner and I wanted to talk to people about maybe not feeling guilty about that one piece of brownie that you have afternoon after dinner because that's not going to break your weight loss journey. Then I can just go ahead and pop on and say hey guys, I just had a brownie after dinner and if you are you know on the way to weight loss I want you to know there is please don't put good or bad label on food right because this is where we go down to that rabbit hole that oh my god he something bad. Oh my God, I need to you know, exercise three times harder to burn. That's something bad, right? Like I don't want anything about that. So these kind of impromptu Facebook slides are absolutely welcome. But say if you are only available on Wednesday and Friday afternoon for Facebook Lives, I will say just go for it. Unless you have a very specific theme related webinar you would like to do and it's a longer duration, I will say yes, announce it to the warm audiences that you have on Facebook to attract those people and say, you know, I'm going to do a live session with that allows you to even ask questions, like if you like, if you want to learn anything about weight loss, I mean, I'm just using weight loss X example. Let's join me on Saturday at 9am, for example, and you can do that, it's really up to you. But I would say just do it live, anytime you want. And we are basically if people join you live great if they join it after or you know that the video doesn't go anywhere, and you can repost it on your personal page, you can repost it on your in your group, you can pose it anywhere, so it doesn't have to be announced ahead of time. Now, the second question you have about Facebook Live is how long does Facebook Live? are going to be? And what else to talk about? So, you know, do we basic sort out questions or, you know, and do I just assume keeping answers, keeping the answers short, and try to give them a call. Now, as far as length? I think, you know, we talked about it briefly last week, really, it depends on your audience, I would say if your audience are teenagers, if you say anything one in five minutes, you lost them in fight, you know, the 32nd mark. So I think last week, we were talking about maybe do a marketing research amongst your peers, your friends and family, hey, if you are over the age 40, right, because your tight client target clientele is over 40 Then send out a poll on Facebook and go, Hey, if I were to talk to you, a teach you about something, what is your attention span will allow you to to put up with like, would that be two to three minutes or five minutes, nine to 10 minutes, right? Give him like three or three options to choose from. And then from there, you decide how long you want to go with. Okay. And I think you want to take that in mind. Also, with that being said, you also want to also take your audience in mind when it comes to what else to talk about. Put yourself in their shoes. So for your program you're selling for some for people that are over 40, who are feeling just a little stuck, lack of energy, no vitality, loss of sex drive, and all that. Put yourself in their shoes, when you are in that position when you are struggling to get that energy back to get that vitality back to get back in your life back. How are you feeling? Right? This is a you know, going back to the first document and there's no doubt poke around back before remember that before section, that feeling of God, I'm just feeling so stuck. You know, um, and I feel like you know, my kids are off to do their own things. I feel like I want to focus on myself, but I can't I don't know where to start. And or I am eating everything right, we're so I think but still, I still feel lethargic every day, I feel that, you know, my energy is pulled out of me, whatever. As soon as I wake up, I don't and I can't find out why. Right? So put yourself in their shoes and find out what the problem that they can feel like every day and compound them into that pa s script. Okay? And in reality, you don't want to answer most of the questions, because really the answer is book a call with you, and that you wanted to see if they can work with you to solve that problem. Right? So I will keep the answer if you want to very short, right, you know, they're short, when it comes to energy diets are definitely a key, there is a whole lot more you have to consider. But if you want to know more, I do have a program that can walk you through every step of the way, book a call with me, and we can see if we can work for each other kind of thing. Okay. So that is that. The last thing is about the Facebook pages if two of them should be under our personal name or page or under our business page. And I'm guessing this is about the group that we're talking about. One is the free Facebook group. And the other one is the member, the private Facebook group. It should be coming from your personal profile pages not so much it is optional. It is always good to have something set up so that they can people can googling you and see what your background is, what you do, what your day job is and what kind of stuff that you can offer services that you can offer. It's great presence stuff is not necessary to have that Facebook page. However, for a group, no matter which group or page, you have to generate them from your personal profile regardless, it's just that the link to the page or the link to the group can be shared all over the place, particularly the In your personal profile in the introduction section, or they call the intro, just the intro. So you can also that the link to the Facebook groups, the free one. And these will also be something that you will use all over, like over and over again, particularly after each Facebook Live. So don't forget about that the two things that you would attach in the comment section after each Facebook Live would be number one, the link to book a call with you. And number two, your free Facebook group that offers maybe some freebie information, maybe offer some information on how to connect with you, or maybe some tips about how to feel better today. So to speak, right, so those who could be the thing that you do in the Facebook group, as far as pages, you can just leave it there, just let it sit. Because I always say that it is more like a business card on the cracks, right you get in it, get add photos to it, you can add, you know, hey, here's what I do with my client with our patients today, etc. But it doesn't have to be overly involved. I think when it comes to developing your page group, however, you can definitely maintain some sort of engagement, I would say once weekly or two times weekly tops to just go back and engage with people that have just joined your group, or that you know, to offer some sort of, you know, tips that you can offer without giving your program away. So those would be a good thing for you to do in the Facebook groups. Okay. So that is it for our pre submitted questions for this week. Do we have any live questions there? Kristen?
Yeah, okay. Can I speak? Is that a pipe it? Yeah, sure. Okay. Yeah. So um, I know, this has been gone over a few times in some different of the training, but I'm still having a little bit of trouble understanding, like, the stripe, the EC wid the, the square. Now I just want to make sure I understand, like the progression, so we have to have a shopping cart. And then we have to have a payer, and there are two separate things. Is that right? Like, oh, the shopping cart is a way to generate a bill for a client. And then there's a secondary thing. And that's a way to actually accept the payment, and they have to work together. Is that right?
It should be but I think you know, depending on the system, I think right now, they all pretty much simplify that into a page. For the most part. As far as shopping cart, I'm not sure if every single one of them have that cart function, or that they just have a sales page for you to input information. And again, really like it comes down to, there are so many options that
are out there. That's the problem. I didn't have the problem. There's like so many options. And then I went and sign up wrong, because I kind of thought I had to. And then I'm confused because I think I over signed up for things that like maybe duplicate, you know what I mean? So I'm like, I have to figure out what each of these are for. And I've never done anything like accept credit card payment, or a virtual payment or anything like that before. I've done plenty of shopping, but never actually accepting payment. So I just wanted to like understand, like, the progression and like what I actually signed up for. And it seems to me the way I'm understanding is I don't need all of that. Because like, do I need PayPal and Stripe? Or is it good to have both? I think that's what I'm asking. Like, do I need both of those?
Um, so I think you don't need all of them. No, I mean, it really depends on how I think down the line, you will figure it out which system is more, I guess vendor friendly, in a sense, too, right? I know there are people that that sort of love just PayPal 50% Because they have the PayPal credit thing that people can sign up, especially for larger pricing items, right. Um, but as far as the convenience of thing, I don't think PayPal is any more convenient than any other, you know, services to be honest with you. And if it's you're talking about just credit card payments. Honestly stripe does just the same job as PayPal would. It's just that sometimes when people started they might have multiple ways of taking payments. And they a lot of times they include Pay Pal just because they have that PayPal credit option available as well. But I wouldn't say you need to sign up for everything because it's it confuses you and I don't know if you know down the line if your CPAs gonna be mad at you. I don't know, you know, is it the same business but I have seven different income streams. You know, I don't know if that's gonna make your CPA just, you know, pull his or her hair out. But yeah, definitely,
definitely applied. That's a really good point. I'll probably just ask that. And then maybe they have a preference on on which one I should be working with. So that's a good point. I didn't even think of that. So I'll yeah.
And they might even have a way to let you know to as a vendor, what would be an easier way for you to take payments, and also easy for them to access your that income revenue information when it comes to tax season. So they might have their own suggestion for you as well. So I would say if you have somebody in mind, you have been working with a CPA, I would say just go ahead and ask them and see what they think. And, you know, go with one system to start and then you can, if you started feeling okay, there is like, I have five clients, and two of them are having issues with stripe, let me maybe add more services from our arsenal so that I can make sure that the payment is taken care of. But until then, I wouldn't say that we need to sign up for all the services that is out there, for sure.
Awesome, thank you very
No problem. I'm glad.
I'm just trying to think if I have anything else really quick while I have you on? Um, no, I mean, I guess I did, I did sign up for laser call. So I'll get in deeper and to that and when we have that, thank you so much.
No problem. And I look forward to talking to you on our laser coaching call for sure. Alright, so if there is no further questions, we're going to call the call a little bit shorter, but hopefully we are we will see you next Thursday for the social hour. I think this would be a great opportunity for us to learn from each other what really works for each other. When it comes to mindset booster when it comes to setting up your morning or afternoon routine. I think there's it might be a great opportunity for us to learn from each other and really get ourselves set up for success. Okay, so without further ado, I hope you have a great rest of your Friday and definitely hope that you have a wonderful weekend. And we will see you next week virtually soon. And I fine. Talk to you later. Bye for now.
