Go coding, everybody. So thanks, everyone for joining us. Again. We have Dr Kats tonight, he's going to be doing a talk on niacin. And I believe proximate things as well. We will be having questions. He's prepared to answer questions at any point. But of course, be aware that you are being recorded while everyone's being recorded. Anyway, yeah. So head over to you. Without further ado, thank you very much for being here. Dr. Kats.

Thank you for having me on for this ultimate important conversation and the material information that morning disseminate to everyone. I'm sure you guys have all heard of the NIH atonium protocol.

It so I actually just got suspended on Twitter.

Someone some of these shells reported my account,

on the chat there for that group 9% group. So I'll just set Oh, yeah, I just wanted to get that off. Yeah, essentially, what this protocol does, I've spent my whole life dedicated my whole life to trying to solve disease and drive public health forward and advanced civilization. I did mathematics, chemistry, biostatistics. And then finally, my PhD in epidemiology. At the heart of the belly, the belly of the beast, I'd say, University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. So my dissertation research, which I spent about three years on design was to really complex models, to be able to causally infer, with

no cohort data with extended follow up, as if it's a with exposures as if it's a randomized control trial, to see, you know, to tease out disentangle the ideology of development of diseases. And so what we're going through even before COVID is, is has been the starts of probably the biggest disease crisis our civilization is ever going to face. And we're getting, you know, I think a lot of the COVID is a motivation to kind of trim off that. And that would be the dementia, Alzheimer's dementia crisis. As you guys know, in the UK, it's been the number one killer since I believe 2017.

mosquitoes outside the catch 22 that is that now we have more and more people, you know, approaching decades that we use, you know, as the population, especially even in developed nations, that we never seen these decades, we'd be, you know, dead by now. So our medicine has provided the ability to keep us going, not withstanding chronic disease, like heart disease, cancer, you know, everything else on the way cardio metabolic metabolic dysfunctions, lung disease, infectious diseases, nevertheless, so my dissertation was, essentially, you know, it's in the research the past few decades, it's been on Earth, that physical activity and leisure time physical activity exercises, such a program helped behavior to impede the process of disease, and keep you healthier. And but the problem is, especially in developing nations, and especially in modern day us American citizens,

the people by about age 50, they become pretty sedentary by retirement age 6570. And that was kind of my first and it's just to see, you know, how big how significant of a problem this could be. When save 70 and, and on people start people are, it's then they're not as active. And you know, this is the whole population, black men, black women and white men, white women. It's an aging thing. So they become more sedentary and more nickel bill, more even mobile. So my disability

    names were to

kind of essentially really causally infer, like if the population could impede this dementia crisis. So originally by outcome construct was healthy aging. So how to prevent that there's a lot of things involved. And so we limited it to essentially the main outcome at first was, like on diagnosis and financial. So this was in an Eric co worked out for us atherosclerosis risk and communities, one of the best population based cohort data, exquisitely data to be able to tease out what's causing diseases. So I was very familiar with the data.

So that these did outspent three years programming, coding and making sure I'm, you know, able to accomplish the objectives. Later on, I even added cancer

and found out some interesting things. But essentially, what it all revealed, kind of this is the segue to what I'm going to talk about with COVID. It was very interesting timing, because, as I was, you know, wrapping up the dissertation about the defended, you know, you know, doing this, the whole paper to the COVID was started, you know, the whole pandemic, like February, March started in January, February, March 2020. started really kicking into gear, and I was also networking with people to on LinkedIn to, you know, show them my research try to I was very naive, they're thinking that,

you know, that these biotech biopharma companies were, were, you know, would have advanced it, and advanced, the research forward, but nevertheless, at the time, you know, they were like, We don't care about dementia cancer anymore. COVID COVID focus on COVID a lot of big because they saw I was going to research. And so I was like, Okay, well, it was interesting, because I emerged, you know, what came up from this research, seeing how it said, it was revealed that physical activity, leisure time, physical activity is immensely potent of a disease prevention, health behavior. And like, like, you know, over your 50s and 60s, doing, you know, at least golf stationary by brisk walk for at least five hours, say versus what more than half the population is doing is sitting on record.

saying is that, at least in USA now, but that would delay dementia onset by at least five years, and there was a dose response, and especially the most at risk subgroups, like black man and black woman, essentially, it was when I merged all the data. And then the with the cancer also, it was literally like exercising, you're preventing, especially, you know, in the 50s 60s, before, and even into 16, late 60s 70s. This kind of incident skyrockets from over the set. This is now the kind of the whole gist of it is that, you know, now I'm tying it all together. But at the time, I unveiled that there's essentially a thermodynamic mechanism that governs the ideology of all clinical conditions of disease of senescence of aging. It's very easy to conceptualize, and that, you know, add on even Michael Jordan and his prime is going to develop inflammation, certainly moving around up that level. But say, the average adult, you know, from from conception, they're, they're deprived, even our ancestral diets from from millions of years ago, 1000s of years, hundreds of years ago, when I don't care, if you if you bring that diet back, we're still deprived of nutrients in general, which our bodies are, we're, you know, by the grace of God, and science and of all evolution, and adaption. We've evolved to have these nutrients be able to protect us and keep us going long, strong, unfortunately, that, you know, this those early those early processes and the course of thermodynamics and time since then, in all the changes know we're a lot closer to the sun. Now we have more cosmic solar rays. We have plate tectonic shifts, geothermal shifts, we have electronic Many different kinds of raise, we have more stress, we're living longer. And the fact also our dining halls have regressed foods are more process. Shout out to Morley Robbins who with the root cause copper protocol, bioavailable copper is a huge deal, and that they've put a lot of pesticides and chemicals and the soil qualities is not as what it used to be since, you know, this has happened since the 1940s. they've replaced copper with iron and food. So, you know, now we're not getting bioavailable copper, and it's not finishing its two step oxidation reaction with electrons back and forth to iron. What then happens over with, along with bad nutrients? What happens then is, you know, this is what aging kind of is, is not enough nutrients, bad diet, or health behaviors, sedentary behavior, the stress of new exposures, especially the spike ones, of the new age that we're living through. So it's essentially word, you know, it's illogical to not essentially, and I'm not saying just supplements in general, but especially what my my researches since March 2020, el sol, backup a little the story with LinkedIn. And so I turned my efforts, I emerged down with, you know, the full time in the back of my head, I was thinking, well, people, even people know that, that minutes of exercise, they're still going to sit on their butts, even if they know that they just go play golf a couple times a week, and don't end with, you know, at least delay dementia delay can still not get cancer, maybe, you know, live pilot x for 10 years. So your parents, their their kids don't have to pay 7000 a month in the nursing home once they die, and over accumulate energy, you know, like, so that's kind of what dementia is, is that last point of over accumulation of energy in your mitochondria? Literally, as you get more and more sedentary. And so you just, you know that by laws of thermodynamics, that energy's not that old, out, first of all, so where's it going to go and stays in many forms, one of the forms, and I'll get to that I'm going all over the place. But there's so much this is so interested, one of the forms of his accumulation of cholesterol in macrophages and tissue through all through all your body. And I'll get to that that's why low HDL is the driving risk factor for SARS. COVID tune for all infectious diseases. It's been proven in causal genetic and daily analysis. But also for its for this for this code, severe symptomatology, even propensity to initial infection. So

I knew that adults can't, it's, you know, I'm back in my head and with my advisor, you know, he's very well seasoned noticed, this knows prime disease development very well. And so, you know, we knew that even still, it's like, Hey, we revealed this amazing thing about exercises, it's, like, proven now so amazing for you to prevent horrible diseases as you age. But, and then the COVID it's like, well, you know, what, if there's like something easier, let's pull it into, um, so I kind of as COVID this was kicking in this in early 2020, I started looking into the biology antiviral mechanisms. I'm kind of you know, I, you know, that's, you know, a virus, they need a host, and then the energy source to duplicate so they don't replicate again, laws of masses, and conservation of mass of energy, they don't just double magically, they need energy to make two from one. So that's, so say this source COVID too weak, let's say it's, it's naturally evolved, as all biological organisms do. Or let's say it was a gain of functional research. But it's essentially what it's targeting, are those people is targeting an energy source that's advantageous and fruitful to its success and fitness. And so these viruses have evolved now. So now they're these spikes, that literally so where I was saying with low HDL, no low HDL high When it's on your identified thermodynamic stream, usually it's the cholesterol transport from liver, roll your body back to the liver. It's usually an ideally in a steady state. And that's when HQ receptors in equilibrium ideally, as well as what's called this SRP one receptor, which is a co receptor of the AC receptor phase to receptors actually, and I'll get into this is nice and receptor, aka GPR 198 87, for de HCA too much. So, essentially, if your HDL is low, it means you've acute inflammation over the life course. Because you have this is one form, this is kind of what immunity is you don't have a bioenergetic balancing, you're not inserting in and out the same amount of calories in net and all yourself. So what is viruses how they've evolved is, you know, they're always looking for easier, you know, easier food. So, they see that if your SRB one receptor is up regulating your needs to receptors next to it is up regulated. So that means HDL flow, this is the SRP, one is literally where the HDL that goes and gets the cholesterol and the blood parameters roses and pushes it into macrophage tissue and other tissues. And so it pushes cholesterol. At the same time, the AC receptors up regulated because over the life force, you haven't had enough niacin. So it's if Have you had enough niacin, you would have been able and likewise bellicon melatonin, because of this inflammation that you didn't have enough melatonin and niacin over the life force to compensate for your you know, just aging even if you have ideal behaviors. It's most high risk as people with high bad cholesterol, high triglycerides, low HDL because that HDL is not getting developed normally. And Gulliver it's got to go running to scooping in that cholesterol and so these are what the virus now notice. It's evolved I guess, since the first SARS with this ht receptor, but now it's evolved even more where it's really hotspot is up or it's if you have you know, cardio metabolic risk factors low HDL and in the HDL, what are intermediates of HDL recei like obesity, hypertension,

diabetes, insulin resistance, all sorts of all sorts of, you know, just comorbidities of the product of another, you know, way of you accumulating energy and not getting it out. That's so that's that's coordinating because it gives these biases enter thermodynamically attracted them, as soon as the event hit that receptor, whether it is to us or v1 right there, the niacin drops, instead of not in a way it was a stewardess screaming like gimme, gimme nice, you know, all coming in for years. And so instead of not hitting it, that spike hits it. In response, niacin drops. Interestingly, glutamine drops them because the nice thing the last step, here's here's the glutamine. This is so interestingly, glutamine drops because for any ad receptor to I'm sorry, any ad which is a das at dinner will add plus biosynthesis nicotinic acid, nicotinic acid mononucleotide and a V nav plus for any DNA plus that receptor any nice and warm because silence early on appropriately, and that's going to be dependent so trips out to the bleeding drops. This is why you see, especially adults, that's why you see there was there was a clinical study showing that glutamine almost half that's what separates adults and adults those who end up going to you know, a critical care ICU or death. Er center those who can not have to go to the hospital. So that's essentially that's nice and dropping, and the gleaming tricking out so that's when they get into yourself. So once one a few get yourself once once or twice a day to yourself. This is the first buyers ever that which way it's necessary. In sufficient for its replication to have the Warburg effect on, which is from cancer. And the state that common is essentially the definition of the development of a tumor cell. So this happens with accumulated inflammation. This is with melatonin where it comes in key.

So with melatonin with this inflammation, so essentially what I've, what I've identified is are this melatonin?

And you know, you can, I'll tell I'll get into book

two cats, and you're saying Melton, right?

Yes, now it's nice. That's all right. Do you have time for question? Me only would like to ask you one. Yeah. There you go. Let

me maitri. It's smashing the area you've got into now of chemical and oxidative states. Now what it's going to ask you did what a high level and the storage level of glutathione have a protective effect on the oxidation of the lung cells from this virus with a high blood plasma level and the stored level of Bluetooth ion because Bluetooth Ioan correct me if I'm wrong is it is Witter ion, which means it has a positive and negative charge on both sides of the molecule wouldn't have protective effects supplementing with whitening your skin.

Yeah, so yeah, Gleason is extremely important within glutamate balance is like ATP ATP balance is like any t plus NADH brands. So they're kind of like, you know, three SOT and also copper on so there are like an PK on tour. Or this is kind of their own their process these that guess that if say, gluten depleting, it's just it's a it's on, again, a document stream. It's a Bible as a byproduct of you straying away from a bioenergetic balance of the mitochondria and thermodynamic equilibrium. So yeah, so yeah, this is where ne si comes in. And ne si n acetylcysteine. It has a beautiful synergy with University of Pennsylvania Medical Center, how to drop a paper drop in March with niacin, zebrafish life extended their life like 400% was safe, but it's essentially it does. Essentially it was looking at mitochondrial integrity and prevention of monic mitochondrial complex one disease. So essentially, what that entailed is just that the two together preserve this thermodynamic equilibrium. And yes, that and that, and like together that would have been balanced energy plus MDH. balance, ATP, it was easier to maintain the balance to prevent, you know, essentially like oxidative stress getting out of hand and castigating mitochondria. So yeah, that's the reason I like NAC is an amazing compound. And it's and it has many, a lot of people ask me, I love it. I just actually, I like it for the boost, it gives you a little mental acuity that's in your brain to just, you know, some people like it, others some to taste. I'll get to that with that. But yes, gluten is essential amino. And again, like glutamine and glutamine, I believe is the most abundant amino acid. And gluten is so essential to reverse as well, um, syskey. Sorry, glycine, sparing a little you know, I like that. That's why I like magnesium glycinate a lot for the extra low glycine and also with any cedars some little acute deficits, and I'm going to get into the list. That glycine cancels out. Also, Where's the trimethyl? voice? The TMG license, you're not going into that? Um, what Yeah, wait, all these nutrients are important. Our bioenergetic balance is so intricate, and it's a well oiled, like look old clock that has to be well away. Like, you know, but what it comes down to though, ultimately. And the coolest thing is like, right next to it is the melatonin being able to provide anti oxidation and what that means essentially is For all the inflammation that gets to ATP or essentially oxidative stress that contains it, and the mitochondria of every cell, 95% of our Melatonin is in every single mitochondria. From tryptophan, de novo convention is biosynthesis. From pineal gland, it's about 5%. On average, the reason it does that is because we don't eat at night. So it compensates for it a little bit. And we can, it gets somehow synthesized from photoreceptors that we, you know, thermal or light energy that we

absorb. So it's kind of like it's in coordination, but it has nothing. The melatonin most of your body has nothing to do with circadian rhythm. It has to do with anti oxidation. And literally, we're micro dosing with these, these, these melatonin. niacin are the most ancient molecules of biology. They were in single celled prokaryotes, billions of years ago. And now as humans, mammals, mammals have, especially humans have adapted and second, like we retained, those two molecules being able to get into all of our mitochondria from the single cell organism, so essentially ancient and native to buy all but that's because, you know, we're micro dosing, but we don't have enough from diet to be able for the melatonin to keep essentially, it makes it what it does is it keeps some piratebay to acetylcholine going acetylcholine down to the citric acid cycle to then make ATP that corresponds to how much ATP how much inflammation there is. Now, as we get older, we get depleted, because we keep our diets tripping and dies, and also mainly niacin. So many our veterans put so what it's what it does with that EDP, the development of that EP, say there's five fifths inflammation, and some say like right here in this mitochondria. And it's gonna be brilliant, because it saves like five minutes inflammation here, but I only have four minutes, you know, eventually. So, only 450 ATP is going to be made, that ATP is part of the development of the expression of that is here something GPR 1098 as well as buterin and semicolon. And so that the degree of the expression of that receptor is important to how much melatonin picks up how much information say there was for fifth mountain in the five minutes information that was better instead of bipeds is going to be like forfeits. So nice and only in assuming there's that information, you sign up honestly, only four fifths of the nice who is going to hit its own receptor and getting into cells and do its unique endothermic processing to turn into na ADP and add potential energy and counter push out uncouple mitochondria essentially induce autophagy and clear the inflammation. So that other 1/5 dum, dum, that's the flow, in fact. So that's the flushes then, you know, in all the cells there because there wasn't enough when all the time because over the life course we didn't have enough melatonin and niacin to do this cleanly. And so inflammation over accumulated and what that does like so one source COVID two and five are saving the vaccine when they want it especially with the vaccine if it goes wrong. It literally once it depletes hits that receptor gets in your feet nice and showing it as lipid deposits esterified cholesterol is principally based upon, then it gets into mitochondria and like over life course, that PDC receptor from from Pirate Bay to cell koay it gets inflamed, so it's less expressed. And acetylcholine is responsible for keeping the AA na t receptor from five mg and I believe so the from essentially from serotonin to melatonin at some level now with this inflammation that you didn't have enough nutrients and get more appropriate nutrients

to compensate for it. We didn't exercise enough You're that over the life force this is so many people are melatonin depleted to shit. So once the virus fight that gets in its way, it's like sucking up the ATP. As it does that it's inflating that PDC downregulating or, and so the Melatonin is that Melatonin is there to keep that inflammation from messing stuff up, and we're already depleted on all of them. So this is why kids, they don't have as much inflammation. And they still have more melatonin. And so this verse, the older calls are metabolic risk factors. Essentially, they like inflammation over accumulate to this point where they're now like the the Vantage entry point for the virus. So what it does or hits that receptor gets him essentially sucks out melatonin until it reaches threshold of enough energy to double. And then like, like a bad ex girlfriend, it just goes on the next one does the same thing. That's that's kind of that's his whole replica. It's like a feedback loop around the space too. And so it leaves it down, right doing, especially it's trying to get into colon and like you're got to go through Vegas or into blood brain barrier and get into your nervous system. That's where the most energy is for bang for the buck. So, essentially, what this virus literally positively preys on is I mean, not like yeah, pray p r, e y on it are people who had deficient niacin in another time. And, and so then for successive deprived, to further it's necessary and sufficient, for instance, to deprive your melatonin and nice and for So what, what you essentially do same to protect, say, let's say acute case, or saying vaccine damage. You have to what I think of that. So what the virus does is essentially just, you know, if you have a bunch of inflammation, you see that cycle store gets exasperated the synergy of this information as it replicates. And that's, you know that to me that, you know, if you don't you get the virus for the most part out of you if you don't, because your body fights it off. And what's lingering is inflammation and like dead vironment, let's say if you if that virus continues to succeed and overpower your investments, immunity, your bio energy balance and it makes it a lot easier to develop the inflammation from being melatonin a nice and depleted over life as bad for health behaviors and aging. It makes it a shit ton easier if you have less knowledge on themselves. And if you have more what you hear if you have more information. So you know, so basically, what I'll do is use all the cells until you know you can you go into the ER and you get your log entry from both is you know, origin fail or systematic organ failure says max cell death death. So, say, you know, so what do you do this is, you know, so the longer the virus seed staying on stage is the severe stage, worsening symptom quality, it's depleting more and more melatonin. So, in the earlier stages, it's like usually nice, just nice more, but the notes on it makes sure essentially, with that flush the flushes it's beautiful now because now everyone can be compliant. So say these long haul lawnmowers are out. There, you know, early on, I mean, I'm recovering but just nice. But when as it as it drags on this inflammation that's lingering, it continues that hyper sun there Melatonin is now in that PDC receptor and doing the Warburg effect

there now you know if they take niacin, these receptors are expressed, if you look at the literature, you see especially in the gut regions in the intestines, that the the h2 receptors downregulated and you see all these horrible gut problems, gut issues, and this is why I know I know for a fact that people were taking ivermectin it's, you know, if you have to, especially in long COVID. If your drive is tattered like leaking out, you have a straight passage of some This is through data or through your blood brain barrier. And this, this induces neuro toxis. So this node so aside from that, though, The Melatonin is such a people don't understand the roles that has these vital roles for antioxidation. But this so this applies to gut, microbial health, intestinal, melatonin, old blood disorders are all due to melatonin depletion from inflammation. Literally probably every every this has been proven now, new studies, new papers are acknowledged on this from top researchers, that every single pretty much every single clinical condition and disease of the human is a result of the shattering of dinoco energy plus five senses, the shattering of its homeostasis. And so this happens with inflammation that that you didn't have melatonin, niacin, essentially from melatonin to keep that oxidative stress and tell you how much nice and through this receptor expression, how much niacin needs to hit it. And so the long haul is now the more COVID even if you've recovered, this inflammation lingers in your melatonin so depleted. So even if they take like 2550 milligrams of niacin, you know, I had, I had not come up on the melatonin connection yet. So but I knew I'm like, why is it nice? I used to think that the flush was good, but that was the anti inflammation. But literally, if you flush, it's literally like the remainder of the act of the non therapeutic effect that happens it's nice and not getting into cells, because there was not enough melatonin to make enough ATP corresponding to how much information for the degree of that information to be expressed through the degree of expression of this Ace to GPR 109, a receptor for the knives and the hit. So again, like only four fifths or long haulers, and especially in a poll and maybe non non of the license getting into the cells and making making protons and pushing out inflammation. And instead, it's like just dissipating. And what that flushes is like funky side reactions that happen as the queers are literally writing more so is literally the nice molecule hitting the inner lining of the capital letters. So you got to think if you have more information if you have less melatonin later, you need more melatonin there, and that's so more nice is going to get wasted. So your receptors not expressed a coordinate. So that's why you feel especially like places where you have the most inflammation you feel that flush. So what do you ideally want to do, thank the Lord that melatonin gets into cells, otherwise we would all be screwed.

And that's what I was saying with with the other molecules, we've we've bought thermodynamically forward it's been favorable to keep them in in ourselves and single seller. So essentially what this you know what this buyers with these files, and even just indigenous things that over the life course information, what they're all wanting the same and that what they need to do is they target already deficient, nice and in Melton, like even like, not necessarily deficient niacin has just begun having eyes of the light horse and likewise within with knowledge to be able to impede the accumulation is inflammation. So but it says thirsting for not so targets people like that, because it's feasting grounds for from and then it makes it a lot easier than if you're in which people are best correlated if you're also melatonin, and melatonin deficient. So essentially the spike has to deplete your reading deficient niacin and Mellotron for it to succeed, whether the vaccine the virus, whatever whatnot. So the causal protection and reversal therapeutic is replenishing what it had to deplete for it to advance and it doesn't just push out inflammation. These are this is anti viral niacin is it makes T cells T cells are a direct function of how much nice and gets into cells for them to do targeting identifying recruiting A B killer cells to essentially endolysosomal development and to induce essentially killing news phagocytosis and query. So it's you're literally, you know, what was your literally like turning the dial reverse on this pathogenesis. And at the same time, you're making it essentially thermodynamically impossible for this virus, these pipes, even through injection to even get into yourself. So essentially, it's, this took, you know, in the beginning, I was very passionate, like nine since the hammer, it's good therapeutic hammer. It's just this whole time and we haven't been able, many people felt that clearly important literature for many people, it's acknowledged is wonder molecule for this because of its thermodynamic property. But now I've been able to see no, it's been a blessing that I've been, I've had, you know, I'm a research scientist, but you know, all my papers from my early reports as March 2020, I was telling UNC I was emailing Ralph Baer, emailing the deans, my advisor, the chairs, like Yo, I think nice would be promising and they it's like, they know like, saw a ghost or something. And later, I found out that their remdesivir selling for 10,000 off amount I believe in ruining people's kidneys and expanding hospitals is essentially a derivative, toxic, manipulated derivative of nice cinema that synthesizes tonight cinema. So yeah, sure.

Sorry to interrupt that. We've got a question from Guerrero. Is that right? Yeah, sure. Here we go. I'm just gonna unmute him. bearer, please go ahead with the question. Oh, okay. There's some kind of an issue that you need to unmute yourself forever. We'll move on. Dr. Katz continue. Okay, sorry. Dr. Katz, carry on.

Yeah. So yeah, I mean, I mean, they've been you know, biopharma knows about niacin. They've been coughing in China. You know, they know it's essential and innate, every kind of immune modulating agent, cholesterol drop every, any CBD related drug most most drugs like it had anything to do with that antivirals. So, you know, I was trying to report this, this would have ended the pandemic. And since then, research like Chroma Jax has another form of vitamin d3. Nicotine in my rival side, which is it has benefits cannot not on the level of niacin. And because it's sad, they call it salvage petroleum cytoplasm. But regardless, they did a phase three randomized control trial and hospitalized patients and showed a metabolic cocktail namely Nick to my rod beside and then he see some other amino acids that it recovered, and they checked out a medium 5.7 days, I ran my own non formal setting three hospitalized patients. Individuals adults, were one gram niacin doses. You know, like early onset, they recovered the emphasis back in June of 2020. They were probably going to be in 1.3 days. So you know, and there's the due violence they're not they came out in November 2020 or December. Hong Kong in said computer sciences, brilliant, what the best appears, sciences scientists in the world. Basically, in bioinformatics and ever foreign policy analysis on the genetic level causal inference, it all led to nice and being the head treatments are also one of the best one of the world's best medical oncologists in Brazil. And we you know, after observation of A plus on some patients in the long COVID. He also essentially concluded that this this entire apologies, it's due to the lack of depletion of niacin. And then side by side this tryptophan oxidation, depletion and oxidation is essentially like inflammation. That's continuous. That protons that energy plus or nice naatp that aren't being made. And as I said, because this this virus is rattled or de novo energy plus biosynthesis, which was already rallied from all exposures and not having enough nutrients to, to do anti oxidation and anti inflammation and because that inflammation will linger and over accumulated it started the melatonin more so. So basically, you know, that tryptophan depletion oxidation, and that nice after the nice who dumped that

you know, this whole kind of features, these speech, these biochemical bio physiological features of this disease are essentially what's built with long COVID what it is and you see vaccines now people are getting long COVID but it's all everything you see that's happening is essentially they Nally hyper accelerated senescence a, a hyperextend. And you can another synonym for that could be a hyper accelerated depletion of niacin and melatonin. And so

the way to reverse that the way to prevent this from ever happening and this applies not just to this SARS COVID to vaccine spikes, COVID exposures but I'm saying for the whole life course for these this is the really anti aging, this is the real longevity life extension living a healthy path, your fulfilling life, I will promise and I wish I then I he was funny, you know, I went to NIH, and November 2020. And I was showing them the research that kept getting auto rejected by even preprints without explanation that got retro actively retracted. Africa, do you know why? And you can see my resume, you can see how many first author papers and elite journals my second authors are not like I have hard time publishing papers. If they needed to add it to the ongoing pandemic, they don't even they don't even tell you why they reject it's obvious why. But so luckily, you know, I knew something was missing with the niacin and I knew you know, there are little deficits like you know, people walk in every little deficit and not just little some people really don't like guys because and even there are there are minor like like people who have insulin resistance taking nice and well but it's not going to necessarily prevent diabetes but people these long hours or older adults they'll take you know even 50 milligrams and it's they'll get hives violent flock to Katie at a heart rate will go up their blood pressure will quickly drop they you know people with lower their deficits it's not it's not perfect, but what it is perfect is it's like gaining Yang on every single deficit is due to not enough melatonin there at that time and the solid the Sooners inflammation there always is even between dosing you acquire inflammation. But essentially, there wasn't enough melatonin and I so many get into those cells. Because the melatonin there wasn't enough time to express that he receptors in cell because only to the level of expression is how much nonsense going to get into the mitochondria. And do its exclusive, especially with inflammation and the licensed information of foreign Africans. Do you it's just beautiful, like blissful, endothermic process. Essentially what you're doing. This is literally like exercising in a pill. But you but you don't expand out. And there's synergy you do this after exercise and exercising. You get bigger bang for the buck. You don't have to do as much You don't have to go as long. Nevertheless, yeah, so those flushing that's it's especially as long hauls and especially even a good quality or really especially long haul is really long haulers and he say Vaccine Injury pathogenesis. Let's call it as a slice Try to get in all your cells. This is that it's going to deplete your hyper deplete your melatonin. And so you're not going to get all this crap out not just information that resides but the viral materials flight or their nano metamaterials. It's you can the whole contents whole separate, you're not going to get that out with necessarily with just 40 minutes kind of short yourself with just not because it's developed on the plant uses that receptor is not going to be expressed enough. And this is the same exact reason why people have problems with niacin, because if they're melatonin depletion and deficiency, they're so safe like really long ballers, like if you see my protocol, you know, they're clear people like for me now what I do for general so so what you're doing with general health protection or just against the size and extending life is you're essentially it's like you're a nice shoes.

And so you're like you're like a nice shoe. And you know, imminently you're gonna go out and play in between doses and get stuff. But it's like every time you DeRose you ideally want to, you know, it's like you polish you get out of scuffs and put like a force field around it. So that's kind of that's the ideal spot is this like this thermal lock dynamic equilibrium. That's what this does is gives you intracellular intercell all through your body on a microscopic on a micro cellular level, a comprehensive bioenergetic balance. So basically, what's going to require that most people get out get out the notion that Oh, melatonin will mess up with my sleep levels First of all, Melatonin is useless to take without nice if you take a bunch of melatonin for no reason. Yeah, you're gonna it's gonna mess best struggle. Because then you're just it's like after Thanksgiving dinner, meet a lot of Turkey. get tired, put more ATP in you just like after exercise. So you feel like you've turned out a lot of energy. So that's what you're doing if you just put in melatonin even like one great one milligram dose is pointless. What so when older adults nine and just to do with COVID they have to understand that their melatonin they're going to get enough melatonin into all the cells that are depleted of it. So that then you hit kind of either have the nice and follow it or you know, between like and do the melatonin in nice and like one night after or to gather up to like 30 minutes. It's individualized. It's the pharmacokinetics are difficult. We don't have the technology it's too fast.

It's like do you want the melatonin the niacin to follow the melatonin in every seller you want them to metabolize better get nice. So the goal that sweet spot might outdated What do you want essentially is that sweet spot dose that sweet spot is like you've gotten you've recouped enough melatonin each time so that all the knots so that it's all you know so if you just if you flush here, right that means well knows that he's up here but here is probably not enough. There wasn't enough Nelson's a nice it was getting extra. Now say you bump up the melatonin and then you don't flush here but just like here, well that means melatonin nicely got stuck over here and there wasn't enough melatonin here to fully express inflammation and nice and didn't get in and metabolized out. So, what ideally you want is no flush, when you have no flush, that means that and ideally to no grogginess because no and if you have if you do like if you have no flush and grogginess, likely a little bit too much melatonin, you can add a little bit more nice to use it up or it's still so depleted that won't be that big of a deal. And then even maybe that says to do a lesson, but ideally what you want is to get that sweet spot and so that even like from the you know, no one knows how much melatonin they eat. You want to most adults want to build up to save for general protection and general health maintenance to at least doing you know 500 milligram doses of niacin each time so it gets through a whole lot I often want to come here. So what I often do is why I always do this. So I have I'm waiting for pure herbal, it's a company I'm affiliated with, to get people with life saving medicines that book supplements is very good company to, these are literally the this is they don't even care, they're stable at room temperature, so they don't have to add HCl or anything, these are literally the same thing our body bio synthesizes from chapter 10. And what we extract from food, so it's completely organic. So

I have this precision scale, I'm getting another one because it's not too precise precision as I would like. But essentially, when you are hitting the sweet spot this is so I do now, you know, eventually as you get this is how you get the inflammation out is you got to replenish the melatonin regulate to tell through the expression on the nice receptor, how much there is so that all the niacin gets into the cell. So any of these problems people have with niacin is is is because there wasn't enough melatonin and it's excess niacin. So if you get these sweet spot doses, you are literally using both of them up. It's so organic, that you're using both of them up completely, essentially, especially the niacin. Because if you're not flushing at all, there wasn't any excess. You're not going to if there was all used up, it's literally you're putting what just your body is depleted. They're deprived over the life course, uses, you're putting it back in, and thank the Lord that they get into mitochondria. And so like all like way out, like say, you know, and here I have, you know, these are cheap. So, I like the powders, it's like if you don't want to be a little drug dealer, like, if you're on the go, you know, like, hang out, people are like what the hell So, you know, like, there are other there are better ones, but like so GNC has a solid tablet, it'll just be nice. And they'll be like a flush warning. I believe they have Jesse's just about everywhere. Like say, it's like someone gets sick, you know, for I would highly if it's me, I mean, you see what I'm doing on this is the bang for the buck. Like if you wait one of these out, what is this 500 milligrams. So this is gonna weigh more than 500 milligrams. You see, so like point three grams of this three fifths of this is, is Microsoft's doing so it was blah, blah, blah, blah, silikon. You know, fillers, binders, preservative, so it can be compact, rather than a powder. I mean, it's still real nice. And it's just that what you want, ideally, is an immediate release, dump processing through the liver into circulation, hitting the cells efficiently, or getting into the cells efficient to the mitochondria and other organelles. And say like melatonin, like again, so this one has a little calcium, ideally, you don't want it let's say it's like you're on the go, you know, relative sick. So I'm just laying out like so melatonin you also want you don't want the song. I don't think you want the liquid either. If you put it like on your tongue or the liquid, think about gravity. It's gonna go down here and you need it the most in your hat. So people say with like tinnitus. people with brain fog. I mean, there's so much with gold and neuropathy and it's like a neuro inflammation with tryptophan depletion and oxidation from quinolinic acid to nicotinic acid mononucleotide, that QPR t receptor, which is magnesium dependent, I believe and I'll get to that is stunted. And so quinolinic acid metabolites. This is like with HIV one. This is the long most very, and again, all diseases are these are the chess pieces of diseases. This is the king and the queen. Think of all the trillions of combinations of testings, that's clinical conditions and diseases. If you want to kind of be sexualized, I don't know if that's a good amount but so say like the melatonin Oh, so Okay, but so it has, so I mean, yeah, so this melatonin, I mean it's, it has some less fillers, but Ideally, you want the power, you want this stuff to get efficient, and you get the bang for the buck, you don't want to play games, that's if this is your only choice, I get this. Go to the store, these are the most available globally, like these two. So what I'll do say is, so again, again, I know adults right now who don't even have long COVID. And they're missing, you know, I am telling them, no, please like you need to go higher with the melatonin like 15 milligrams, even 2030 is not high enough yet, because they're still flushing.

And so, and I'll get to kind of how to build up but I'm saying like when they're hitting at least 500, even one gram, so I do about I've built up to about 750 to 1.25 1002 50 milligrams of niacin. Again, it's in some people won't require that. But we've got to catch up from inflammation literally, to get this inflammation out, I need enough melatonin for the nice thing to hit and do that that clean, anti inflammation, no flush. Ideally, no drug use, if it's wrong, it's okay. nice and clear that knowledge or next dose, and it's so eventually what will happen is, you know, you don't you won't even have to maintain as high dose. Because when you're getting that information out that PDC receptor from pirates itself away, it is more stores expressing more. And so the plates from tryptophan down to melatonin, open up on clock, and I am in to step three opens up so you endogenously get more melatonin. So like in a month or so like now I'm doing maybe 18 750 or 18 a gram, you know, I had to finally look like a gram dose to not go up to even 30 but older adults, you know, don't be it's illogical to think and it's up to take one without the other. Well, eventually we will like after we eat a lot of times we don't flush, because we're getting but not belong haulers who are deprived of knowledge COVID suffers like an acute or Vaccine Injury lingering. Eventually, we won't have to take as much knowledge because it will restore. But when we're starting it you know it's not going to restore from tryptophan because de na G's claw. So thankfully it gets into mitochondria. So you know, like a 74 year old who who've recovered from COVID. Say got vaccines in order to teach your crap, I promise you don't need 40 milligrams of melatonin versus someone who's maybe in their 40s like that will probably need at least 20 milligram doses kids will probably need like that will probably need at least 10 to 15 babies like five that he is and you're not going to get tired. If you're like niacin standard, eventually there'll be times where you didn't eat any melatonin like months down the road or even between that where you've saved and do this after meals because also you get more melatonin in the long run so you don't have to supplement as much as it's not bad to supplement and also you need from the glucose food and drink the ATP to fuel many of these steps of the process and understanding the cofactors to actually so say like you know if I have no say say your mom has a que COVID feeling like crap, she wants to go to the hospital right? So especially her hurt so literally This is the power of manner to get rid of it. This is kind of this Melatonin is the is the kind of segue like like a tag team wrestling like that Melatonin is like pushing up their taxing partner to hurt someone the Melatonin is needed for that. Otherwise, it's not going to be as your your you're not doing nice injustice and you're not thinking logical. So like it's like oh, you know, have you have to go to the hospital? Um, no, I can't do this anymore, like three days or something like that. Take you know I would do was I would do. I would do at least 1234567 824 milligrams. Alright.

Or way, way out and I need a new scale. So like this nurses it's gonna be like a tab. That's, you know, Sunny. So pretend that point Oh, yeah. Some pretend as pointer to not point one says point. So you're gonna take about 20 to 30 milligrams. No, it's not going to hurt. If you take more, it's a serious situation, you want to make sure all the Melatonin is in. So like, even like 27 like, I'll take it right now. Should I take it? I'm carrying. So just so you guys know 345 and I'll take 6789 so that's one seven milligrams, right? Like, I don't want to get lost. So

I don't take one of those children. So I like magnesium glycinate it's my favorite. Magnesium is for electrical communication. So any receptors in your body and enzymes are dependent on magnesium. I like to take in general like, especially like it's, these are cofactors I would put any see kind of in the middle on the tendency. So I would take like with every dose I'll take with like when you're sick recovering with every go see like four milligrams magnesium glycinate. Um, so I'll take the mat the magnesium glycinate with with the melatonin helps with the melatonin through the tryptophan pathway as the melatonin releases allows the trip, once you're getting information out allows the tryptophan then you kind of balance and through Canarian pathway, and eventually through prt and allows that to stabilize better. I'm not going to get too technical on. And so then also the vitamin C this stuff. Don't take straight the sorbic acid. It's going it's good that this for acid is amazing. It's not. But if you take it straight, it will not live it's going in in itself. It needs those veins of fruit like oranges Blago like like broccoli, parsley, carrot, beet, brown rice, this company has this $70 but it's best $70 to spend. And so you seen that said, Yeah, so I'll take like one of these, or if you know even two, with every jokes, I take at least one. So you notice and then and you notice I haven't taken the niacin yet. So for me, so I think usually, and I'll take it, I'll take like the GNC one. So I'll take the magnesium glycinate with. And it's not that these are not if you don't have a fine, but you must have especially nice analogy. So say this is bone loss. So if it's, you know, mild, it's like you feel like you're going to go to the hospital. And eventually you'll be you'll be almost dosing to this, say I do with the niacin. I'll do at least I'll do you know, between 750 and one, all right. I'll probably because say it's like, you know, you don't, even if you go over, don't worry. It's you recouping the Knowledge Center, like I would do even 30 milligrams. If you're like a channel, it's all if you're older. Even, you know, it depends if it's more severe, and the more but again, the underlying key is one of us all the nice not so. Yeah, so, so I just took that maybe what, five minutes ago. So these are 500. So I'll take like one ground. And that's you know, you have a lot of inflammation right now going on stage. I like to take one dose of vitamin C like a real vitamin C. And for this So this is a really good big complex, we're so deprived of all the BS from diet, and they're not necessary, but they help the processing of niacin. And they're necessary when you have excess niacin. Because otherwise if you're not flushing, you're using an a lot for this, it helps, it helps the process. So what I do I usually try and take one of these yesterday now I'm not going to take like one every other day. I like the natural ones, you know, some people have with with the mthfr G, so it has to write fully. So make sure it's like a real fully not folic acid, if you have that genetic mutation, the lack of its expression, and I like this tri methyl glycine and helps to impede the development of homocysteine allows it to turn into melanin. And so I'll even do so. So like with TMG these teams Try not to license vaccines another B vitamin technically. So this will help with methylation and prevent homocysteine and lower so I'll do like when you're starting to like 750 milligrams every gram niacin like when you're building up to that dose when you get there otherwise like you know

for every one gram 500 milligrams so like maybe I'll do like one of these a day I'll even sell take one now but so these are these are you know cofactors they're not glutamine I highly recommend five to 10 grams if it's if it's in adults it will drop so you want to replete the glutamine to it's not necessary because the melatonin shouldn't shouldn't help it. Selenium. I like like Selenium has great synergy with nice and for one information torian does too but I but melatonin will do taureans work. So see piccolomini is good. It's like on these are on the side iodine or boron and selenium will decalcify the PMO gland. little fun fact zinc I like like one of these every other day that Pico linie because of the pickle in it to acid really and this allows the Z to get in but people in its essence good stuff. I know some people like that. So yeah, so here look I have the two the one gram niacin and so when you're sick recovering, I do one B complex a day. One year good health promotion one every other day. The TMG liji like one a day if you're sick maybe to the vitamin C if you're sick maybe two with every dose I do one with every dose automatic and this Selenium I do Selenium like you know if you're sick do it once every day or or two twice with each dose it's very specific you even if you want to accelerate it do it three times if you're really sick but I do about two times that my two biggest meals so now it's been almost it's probably been more than 10 minutes but so and really if you're sick you know especially a few goals really what you need. So like I'll keep talking we'll see if I flush I probably won't flush because I've already kind of cleaned them out from got inflammation out what say if I need the time to sit and I say I still flush well that means they'll probably be if I didn't take that point seven seven milligrams oh I can you know especially sick you're gonna you're feeding for niacin but like later stages a lot more fire behind and so that's like just so much access nice not getting into cells. So what do you ideally want now is no luck. So say I like flush this here. Well if you judge evaluate the degree of the flock to know like so if there's no flush, it's like so if I'm really sick you should start at one gram and high Balaton just to make sure you know don't get Don't be scared to go above 30 it's all going to get used up I can assure you and same with even normal people if they don't flesh they have to go higher it will all kill you You have no idea how to drive just he makes people with them with nine ultimate over the life course of nice so now if you don't flush right so save you flush like here it's like man you need to eat at least 10 more milligrams melatonin next steps and say it's like for kids or miles you know just I have it on the protocol. I think kids, kids, like so sick kids. Like, like a team, a team, if they're really, really, really, really severe, you can go up to 1250 start at least 500 I'm like a kid like say like four to 12 no 250 to 750 per baby's 50 to 250. It's lower for like maintenance.

And so but so the Melatonin is going to nest, it's going to miss necessity necessitate that most replenishment for long hauls, because this COVID just rabid especially, and that's until that niacin gets that information out of the out of the polling is it's essentially like colorectal cancer. And that's what that computer science study. When the network bout, they, they saw a hit with colorectal cancer and COVID a nice intersection, not for no reason. So but again, until you get enough melatonin, you're you're only getting out some inflammation, and it's never going to get fully out. It's never going to catch up until you get that analysis. So you want this efficient optimization of how much inflammation? Yeah, so, like, you know, eventually, like, I don't know, what's up. Okay, so yeah, these cofactors I love this vitamin C, if you don't want, don't do strange sorbic acid, even though what the normal one is a little better, but don't. That one's great, magnesium glycinate, B complex, those are like, those are the great, these are the three great ones, um, vitamin d3 do not do I'm going to get to now. So if you get vitamin D is good to like once or twice a day. But the vitamin E you want you want all the toe peripherals, not just the delta. So there's it's hard to find. Those are auxiliary though. And then with if you're, if you're an adult, and you're about to go to hospital also do if you can, it's not necessary, but it'll help like five to 10 gram knowledge.

Dr. thomae I have a quick clarification. You were talking about the scope MC acid, which is vitamin C, right? Correct. I believe you said a couple of times that you shouldn't take it straight. I'm presuming You mean like needs so I have a powdered version. It's very much looking almost like salt or something, you know, crystals. I put it in water or juice and stuff. I mean, is that alright?

So what So? So I have launch? Yeah, I have a bunch. I mean, I'll send it to you. It's useless. I mean, it's, it's okay. What I'm saying is, it's it's not going to get in all the cells which can cause toxicity. So it's just not as efficient. Like, it's better to, you know, like, we have. So I would get like, like, orange juice orange is a guava is guava juice. But it's, you know, I think it's, you know, the thing is, you know, let me correct myself, it's not useless, it's just, you know, higher doses are better. And if you go with the higher doses of st powder, it's more so not getting too self sufficient. But that's, you know, if you have just normal vitamin C on them, that's fine, but understanding in the future about bioavailability basically, it's not as good in Kota for essentially, yes, it's growing. It's Yeah, it's too fast. You know, intake and just, you know, mold too many too many molecules for for it, you know, just kind of sits there waiting to get into cells. So this looks like fruit with these, you know, like with like a blend like a phenol in and blend with the fruit. This is essentially like like oranges in another grid, highest overpass so you know what it's like if you want to do like 500 milligrams and you only have CDL that's what I'm saying is if you can do high dosing like a proper grams, you don't I'm saying and so your other great so with biokovo copper, I really highly recommend grass fed beef liver. This will restore You know, the whole copper iron iron balancing the Melatonin is not going to help restore to just get inflammation out. Now that's how many people don't know this is by far the best out of all heavy heavy metals before it's all taken take like cue these after every meal. These are exhilarating to the COVID but it's overall they help a lot some copper this glycinate maybe I'll take one of these people if they think they have no iron oxide. Do you like some of these? One of these female exams also turmeric with the the curcumin with the black black pepper extract to get it more bioavailable to me I take maybe one of these every other day or every day, but manage incorporate this to

my sound typeface and mec. Okay, so yeah, any see a lot of people, I believe it's, it's very so many teams in the research.

Like I was saying has this beautiful synergy with niacin, it helps sort of like Vaccine Injury and prevention of it. I think it's something that that is would be extremely helpful with niacin to women, the development of any kind of thrombotic blood clotting combined. So and I'll get to the vaccine, this stuff makes the vaccine like a sailing shop makes the clock shop. But any see what I do, I do it like once every three days rather day. People with respiratory problems like asthma for asthma seem to love it a lot. Also, it helps with Gallup like so another thing that people Gallup gastritis, ulcers, stuff like that they they you know, they're correctly advised, you know, guys might not be best for you. Um, but that's again, because they don't have enough knowledge on all of those problems are because they don't have knowledge. And so and then information. So if you just hit it with niacin, hell yes. And exasperated because the niacin is not getting itself. So once you review as you're recouping, you know, it's gonna be a little higher than melatonin. Because you're so deprived. And so this is the only way to get out, you know, borne pathogens toxin. I mean, you can exercise on a treadmill for six days straight with a feeding tube. I mean, but that's not gonna happen. So but yeah, so yeah, basically as your you want the nice and every single little acute deficit, but each one is due to the lack the dye at that time of God. So what that sweet spot is, you're literally putting enough melatonin in and it's like restoring the deficiency and any access, there's to be access, you know, unless, like an acute case or Vaccine Injury development. There's not going to be unless you take like a like, above 100 milligrams, which you've been then metabolize out, but some people might even need 100 milligram doses. I mean, they're the new your new studies coming out clinical trials originally, if I may say the knowledge on the deprivation now the patient of the nation is just it's unprecedented. So there's and people foolishly take Melton will not know now that they take all the time without niacin, and they're just letting the who's getting themselves tired, temporarily quitting at morning. So, once you're recouping, I promise you like some people will need to go, but I've been like earlier on third you know, the key is to get that sweet spot as early as possible. What have you noticed, I just took the grandma. So like, then you can get maybe a little grad, but still like, literally since I'm not flushing right now. Like I'm saying like, is sensation is because literally the night since now, I believe still, as I'm talking is getting us getting into myself and pushing out information. And this so microscopic, you can't see it. So sit down. And it's like, that's fine, you know, don't worry. So then it's like, well see I get that one. Or say like your game started really good. Yeah, when you're first starting, you know, you want to comedy, comedy yourself see if you go into the job, you know you want to be like where I am now we're, like 15 750 20 1000 foot state, you need to catch up quicker. So you might have to, like, say you only have a week, you know, you might have to, you're going to need to know I had to start like 30. But it's, you know, Cheese Fries on Elton deficiently. The key is is very old, the notes on old analysis was going to get new stuff, you're literally putting the substrates into your body, and they're getting us to push out inflammation. And then you start to support clear toxins, clean metals. So, with metal collation, I highly recommend zeolite zeolite and maybe ipv6 a little fulvic acid. With this denouncement of the nice. Yes. See I flushed like oh, like about for the hospital and positive. You'll see I flushed here, like a little bit here. Well, that means there wasn't enough melatonin to reach there. Think about grabbing. Now how did I take out a flush roll everywhere. So it's like, Alright, well, now I got to know if it's the degree of the flush, but it's just in the head and maybe bump up 10 milligrams just to make sure if it's all over Hong Kong, experts like to expedite recovery for golf. And this is also the supplies like the Vaccine Injury recovery. For long haul recovery. It's the same script, it's just you got to understand that you have to get that sweet spot and you have to recoup your melatonin eventually, when as this inflammation clears up any biomaterial, any pathogens thoughts. Don't get nature push cleared up out. So then your trip from tryptophan, the Melatonin is going to restore. So you won't require as much melatonin each time, but each morning want to recover faster. If you're adult get out, I highly recommend you maintain that one gram goes out leads to more severe and you're it's you're still gonna use all that recruited. So what I'm wondering is like maybe the melatonin like 10 minutes before is most advantageous made? Sure. I think that's you know, but some people might be right with not like nice, right? When you say do you feel no wash? That's, that's it's like, do the engineer at one gram. Do that just sit down. And then even eventually, you'll be able to like, you know, it's probably after two times where you're getting all information out, he's more nice. The next step is do a little bit less knowledge. But keep hitting that like one gram nice and for recovery. Ideally, like three times a day for a few. They're going to recover. They're going to feel better within hours during the build test from positive and negative within two days. No problem. There you go. I highly encourage go to your primary care physicians and clinicians, medical practitioners, please tell them this information. Can I get your biomarkers confirm? Yeah, sure.

Can I ask a question? Yes, sir. Or is it or is there a question time I can wait? No, you can ask. Okay. Yeah, thanks for sharing your research really appreciate it. My question is for for people or elderly and are on long term prescription medication such as high blood pressure and cholesterol and diabetes that I'm wondering how should they adjust their dosage if anything? Are there any concerns for drug interaction? That could potentially I guess shed some light?

Yeah. So I've been getting feedback from real humans all over social media overflow. And yes so there are certainly issues that can arise like say you know, I have on the protocol like well I literally wrote most not needed anyways RX prescription. But say something like, like statens are inferior, every other club, every cholesterol lipid stabilizer, is literally a 59.99%, nine nicotinic acid, you can look at the patterns. So those are going to be in fear. But of course, older adults are very reluctant to relinquish their, their their drugs that the doctors prescribe them. So it's the thing is split. So you can wean off I believe everything single biopharmaceutical compounds with this protocol. But what I would, I would try that. So things that I would try my best to avoid completely would be like anti quads thinners for blood clotting, they're going to be inferior to say niacin NAC and make sure you have enough knowledge. They're going to be inferior, but especially like and the thing is, you know, the thing with Sam's and cholesterol drugs, they're almost like sustained release nonsense. And we know that those the alterations to the natural crystaline theories, it's very rare but over long term use can induce habit toxicity. So and especially especially if you mix them on top of niacin it's you have you know more of a propensity to that so like so don't get so like thinners I think any blockers any inhibitors what else I mean any AC q i go back to HQ tries to impede the nap. Literally CQ prevents you from making T cells impedes it's an interesting mechanism h CQ houses has a safe. It's a great prophylactic, but it's inferior to this. And I ACU has its purposes for other applications. But it's inferior to this and it prevents the development of vendor licenses. Which I think this unnatural and that's essentially what niacin does as T cells.

If if the patient is wanting to give your protocol a try, but it's on and has been on the long term medication for a number of years, should that patient stop the medication while doing your protocol or take it together or just talk to the doctor? What what

these doctors may be clueless. We know already prescribing and standards instead of nine from from one. But um, yeah, I mean, always talk to the doctor is good, but I believe that so like, it's best, like you can wean downside from the prescriptions as you upcountry with the protocol. And with the protocol. Again, it's it's it's people will be compliant with the most especially older goals. They This is a huge limitation and thank God niceness that is the flush people came here. But if you get enough from dollars coming in you it will be blissful. And there's going to be no no side effects and now make adults more compliant. But I would ask them as they wean off and I and this applies, I think to any psychiatric drugs to even even SSRIs I'm having many people report success that they're easily able to wean off which is remarkable. Like blood pressure drugs, thinners, blockers, inhibitors, things like that. I think you can space out three hours and do the dosing but but ideally, yes, they can stop them and not have anything bad. And then you'll see their health improve on every other group but The key is for them not to flush to limit the flush. So, but yes, I would definitely they can, they can take a break with them. But if they if they're reluctant to and I think that you can space it apart at least three hours and start to down titrate the scripts as you build up.

I think this this concept is quite fresh, you know, it's not widely known. And I think for if I'm speaking for my parents or asking for my parents, and I think they would be interested in this and will probably willing to give it a try. But they would probably want very clear instruction and reasons why they why we're taking a certain dosage and whatnot. So your explanation is very, very helpful. Thank you very much.

Thank you. Appreciate it. Yeah. And that's the thing is, it's thanks

to Jimmy Dore tickets. I really could you talk to Dimitri. And I think you're they might have a question as well. If you do, then please raise your hand. I think it's something to do with the quantities or something in the chapter. Other than that, I just wanted to also remind you, I mean, I'm fine for time, but we've been on for an hour and a half. So bear with us.

So the asking questions. Yeah, there's one for me on there. So he was asking, I can't remember. Where was he then the only me Jonah.

Oh, and I'm also nervous mentioned these, you shouldn't take that warm prescription. That will mess with the nice mechanism and hit it. No need to close the gland. And that's not part of the flush. Claire Sutton, from grapes and food is enough flavonoids questions over my trust number, you don't want to take it with niacin. You want to take on the space of three, four hours, but I think it's useless. Vitamin D three, do not supplement orally. It This is why this is d3. I love it. It's so important, because it's swirly the bioenergetic balance and and weapon metabolism. And that's where the HDL is being developed in the liver. That is there's part of this is also with bone marrow. And we get this is why. So if you have like below 30 milligrams per deciliter d3, you're at like, at least significantly 10 times the risk of acute infection and COVID. Such a but this is why you see also replenishing it on mitosis in the clinical setting for hospitalized patients isn't doing anything differently than placebo. And it's because it's not how it gets in itself. And also it messes up melatonin levels, like the dynamic kind of dynamic flow of melatonin, your d3 the best assan there are now some kind of machines now, there are apps that tell you the best time this protocol protects against skin cancer to every every cancer every and the literature is in a core, but they're not. Again, I would love to consistently test assess and confirm this large scale rigorous clinical trial. But I'm not going to get $20 million in NIH to do that. But this stuff's so pure. I mean, it's it's essentially keeping you in this thermodynamic equilibrium is dynamically possible that our diets to compensate for new exposures in life these days. So you're the every single disease clinical condition is a manifestation of not other non bioenergy accounts. And then also say like UVB rays, it's like literally nice, it's free radicals. And so when you get the nice portions out free radicals, everything's electrons. It's all forms of energy, matter of energy, whether you see it or not, but inflammation is sexually unpaired valence electrons that are moving at the speed of light, like little fireballs trying to pay and same with from UVB. Eventually when the pirate know we have scanned the protected, but so you get a lot of amazing things for the southern nourishment. But you with this protocol you're protect against any harm. It's basically like anti irradiation. So yeah, and then also ask them now I asked him it's not gonna help you at all anyway. And it it's like question where it has details also don't drink this eat apples has pectin, same thing here is PG I won't have lunches so I'll space it out like three four hours. But that question aspirin we don't need vitamin d3 oral supplementation y'all need. Yeah, so and then the Lorax, you can, you know, the thing I would note like most avoid was his fingers, anti flags and statens any other cholesterol drugs, they're not. And you can you can successfully completely abstain from having switch to this. And if you don't want to, you know, people are watching, you can no doubt titrate the scripts off titrate. But again, the key is, and I'll make it more

smoother, and they'll see the real help, the key is getting the melatonin sufficient, because the flush. And remember how older adults how efficiently are melatonin necessity, higher than the beginning especially higher doses. And it's just, it's simple chemistry really. And so it's need more of the substrate to do more of the therapeutic reaction. Otherwise, it's not going to get in the cells. And so that's like so coming into the block shot, like pretend like you're going so like acute recoveries gonna take you know, you'll, if you get that sweet spot and you're golden, don't be afraid of going up to like one and a half or even two gram dose, like, as long as you're not Nelson, you got no idea. It's gonna, it's gonna, it's gonna get all of you stuff, you won't feel flush. So and that's magic, like recovery, like, you'll be fully recovered in max three days, if you follow the protocol and you get those. I mean, I'm talking about like, overnight, after the next day, you're going to be feeling great, but I'm saying like, you'll test negative, and, like, within three to like, two, three days, you'll be in. So I would do like, if you can three times higher than needed, there's where you don't quite get the sweet spot. You know, don't, don't be afraid to go up with the nice and to expedite it. And then you can you know, for the rest of the week, and then the next week you can, you don't have to stay that high, you can, you can then pretend like you're you know, that's why I say then transition to protocol at a compliant level. And so, so this is for for job injury. And this is for protection, also I say use protocol before coming into the job. So if you're ready, you know, after the fact you do the protocol, the same thing with you know, these cofactors a lot. But yeah, you're gonna have to resort about time and hit it with niacin where there's that sweet spot, no flush is clean, anti oxidation, anti inflammation. And I tested again, it's like almost like the opportunity. But it's like, you know, it's the most important part. And, you know, I think the clinicians to think once they get this information, like for real data, it'd be great for them to communicate with the patient's monitor, but like patient's family members who are suffering, like, you know, like, they get it through their head, like, you know, you need to use all this nice amount of volume to get this crap out. But that's when you have to understand how no 20 depleted depleted life's got you especially now I was hyper accelerating that depletion. And so for that nice to get all your cells and your information. And so you don't have and this is for everything. Just see your flushing feeling any negative little caveat side effects, you're going to have to replenish that meltem and don't worry kind of mess up your sleep is useless, alone about the nice, but you're going to have to know this first few times. I understand. These aren't even I don't even think they're that I really like I'm shorting them even a little But yeah, you want that clean no fly. And especially like safe people tonight. A lot of people are getting gosh, there's so many like even like, like herpes zoster, the shingles, a lot of getting in their head. I mean, so that's going to require the most melatonin. And, like if you feel flushed there, it's like, it's not. It's not no niacin is not working, it's no melatonin there for the niacin to work. And so you can like coming into a job. I mean, this is like a cheat code. So if you the key is this is going to take as to homeostatic. That's what like and so like gluten, I, you know, any add on talk to you about the gluten promotional for anti oxidation is great, too. So that's what we mean, that's the cure. won't hurt. Any see. Yeah. So you know, that will help. I think a lot of long haulers and jab will expedite recovery for acute, but it's for protection, do it to taste. See if you like it, I like to do six 600 milligrams for every 500 milligrams nice.

So yeah, when you're going in the job, it's best to become a quality. So you're like, see your day out more information coming in, and you're safe keeping as two more stabilize. And then So pretend like you go into a hive COVID like a dirty nightclub where everyone has. Like, it's a high risk center area, what is what you call it now, like hide, buy or apply or finances, but say, you know, heighten your dosing a little, like, like the day and the night before and I would do the nighttime dosing within about an hour before your actual injection. And so ideally, like 99%, what will happen then, and if you've done all this, and it's the spike, literally, it won't get into yourself, and it will just clear out your block. And if it does, and pretend like it does, and height, you know, like say you just love the German club and you have like, feeling good, like, you know, hiking or, you know, come in a little heightened doses. And so I would do like three hours after the job, you know, pretend like you just got COVID and do you like for three doses that day. But you're not going to feel the thing and hold it has to deplete nice and the melatonin and it's it's not even gonna go in your cells if it's if it is, like homeostatic. So and I encourage everyone, to also, yeah, like these. These are for recovery, they should be curative for everything. And get all the management element materials and viral rescue everything else along with inflammation, resetting a bioenergetic balance. And even you know, after a few weeks, you want to make sure you don't like return to that state stop. You know, without putting, you know, they'll provide you a little less protection. But if you're still protected but yeah, even stop and see if symptomatology returns, and I you know, I don't highly good check. Objective biomarkers like get full blood work like lipid panels, CRP cytokines.

You know, this stuff's not going to come up on even like nuclear FMR eyes, because this like, this is a metabolic dysfunction with energy plus BIOS, the noble energy plus biosynthesis rather, of this homeostasis. So this is it's not it's it's biochemically tangible, but it's not going to pick up in like MRI scans of any sort. Unless it becomes like, you know, what kind of tragic thing but again, I think any segwayed all these secondly, of the job injuries and all kinds of conditions of disease of what COVID does, and objectives and jobs gone wrong. It's a hyper acceleration of nice melatonin, the further depletion and what I think the people who are who are getting jobs and then enjoying them and not having these horrible events happen. My theory is it seems like what this is is not a These people want money. They've spent trillions of dollars on this. So they want return on investment. That's why they want everyone shot. So why would How would they get? They don't care. They don't care people die in the process, but they're not. They're not going to genocide, hundreds of millions of such, because, like they did, they would have just done it and they don't. It's people saying like, Well, you know, there's a lot of socialism and such people saying, you know, they want to these people, you know, like, like the world's overpopulated and they're losing money on that so many exterminate them. I mean, I think a lot of older adults, because dementia is going to be like four times higher, I think this is kind of calling them but the rest of the world. That's not their ultimatum. That's not their ulterior and other violence. They don't these people, most of these people are big wigs in their 70s. And they give a shit about the next generation anyway. So they're not really you know, what the key is, is the return on investment. I think with these slight technologies, it's, it's some kind of high, very high immuno tech, mega materials, and that the graphene oxide, what that does, essentially what they're trying to do is have these slides embedded in your nice and beautiful melatonin receptors. They want that GBR Lanai the ASU, they want instead of melatonin and niacin to regulate your energy metabolism to make you feel good. They don't, it's like they can still do that. But it'll eventually ruin it. But what they want is like a seamless or it gets every cell. And so essentially, it's almost kind of what they're doing is they want to turn us I think is that they want to turn us into energy fuels for harvest. So they have the graphene oxide allows them to be flexible. So and also have the PCL electrochemistry technology they're using, essentially, in the nervous system, like so what they want to do is have this stuff in us. It's almost like the matrix, but we don't have the hooks like neogen, incubator, whatever. But we're in the real world. And they put like the hautes little native materials they want in all ourselves especially nervous system so that when we think which biggest bang for the buck or volume of energy, or even when we knew they're sapping my energy out with someone that's so I believe that they could be at that level of technology now. That would be the only thing that makes sense. And then so we're just like energy news for them. But you know, this protocol will get all of that out. Like it's, it's

no fun. Preliminary reports. I welcome further clinical objective confirmation. From my from what I'm hearing back, man, real humans is doing wonders. And for long haul to the long haul. This ivermectin is hazard inducing toxicities. I believe it's, there's there's some kind of damage to Gabba receptors. Um, so, you know, I would I am there, I'm not making this up. There are many sophora. And now, the flcc people are adding some more harmful drugs. The IBM has been proven in three clinical trials not to be placebo level therapy. There's all the ones that tell you it's the COVID crusher upon these were this was bold studies from non developed nations not saying anything bad about them, but who knows the reliability of data, but what they did is they have the evidence, the participants were taking IBM in mass as preventative, and then they saw that it mitigated downstream symptoms. That means that many of them still got COVID. That's a pretty lousy prophylactic. And that's not fair. The therapy is after the fact that acute illness upon so they're disseminating that as if it's the COVID Crusher and then they have all sorts of clinical studies, new data coming shiny does. Beyond placebo level of didn't even wasn't able to clear viral load up for 14 days are clinically different than placebo. This stuff is so especially long haul. It's more along the pathology. With the knowledge depletion of your gut is wrapped your gut is leaky. you're delivering a placebo whether therapeutic Your blood brain barrier. And so this is, you know, this is impeding recovery. So I'm I'm, you know, at this point I would love to discuss this with the expert neurologists, because these people are suffering. It's, I know, three long haulers now from the full box. they prescribe Suboxone because it inhibits serotonin. And it's already the melatonin depletes further than melatonin. And then also it fuels tryptophan because it doesn't go down and searson fuels is depletion oxidation down. Oh, yeah. So other than that, this protocol is having 100% success. And I'm gonna figure out what with this IBM, but it's, you know, I'm not like some I don't have like stock invest in this, I don't have any competing any fun showing you the real scientific facts. It just happens to be knowledge. This special it happens to be this virus has two targets, those with its deficiencies, and for its success, leads to further deplete. And so, you know, any other pharmaceuticals, any other compounds, I mean, these cofactors mentioned are great, they are going you you're you're minimized, if you're if you're thinking you guys, please, you'll see the results, they just suspend me on Twitter, they got people calling out at me doing bought apps to report some tweets a month. So you know, but that I mean, that has not been, you would have seen the 1000s and 1000s of testimonials. The only people who aren't recovering, like our lawn haulers who had the can't, and I understand they're in a bad state, but they need to get it through their heads, I'm showing them clinical literature. That is saying you are so melatonin deprived. And so they need to understand that they need to hit that sweet spot when you repeat the announcement. And this is everyone but so the only ones who are recovering is people who don't get that yet. More than this is not just from coding, I'm saying like, I mean people with some of the I mean, there are people with cancer now we've talked to the doctor to show them this and this is mechanistically working like cure for cancer to Parkinson's, 100% prevention and cure this eventually cure neuro degeneration oncological outcomes. I mean, every single, every single thing. And because it's again, the same, it's the same chess game, just the pieces move differently. But these are, you know, this is the key point. And I mean, it's

that's what I figured out and essentially, we're almost running with like we're running the clinical trials now and the real kind of like the audit the vaccines with real people, but these are real organic nutrients that were our dyes. Unfortunately, we'll never have enough. Um, so yeah, I think you know, that again, the key is and also Yeah, make sure to get the immediate release niacin nicotinic acid, made sure so if it's, if it's in veggie cap, so avoid allergy research group, I'm sorry. You don't want that. Avoid solaray because we have aloe vera that messes up it's like it gets gone. It doesn't process other blunt like if you can get the powder and then second choice Get Started get like scraped off immediately. And if you can't get the surface you can't get venture capital you have to take the tops off the water, like say here what I do, you know, take it out, mix it with a little water you know, you don't have to you don't have to necessarily dissolve it. I mean it'll probably even be more efficient but just stir it up so that you can golf and then not know there'll be a little residue will more water chase it with like a Gatorade, whatever, avoid applicants until you know even just not not three hours apart. And yeah, I think long haulers should be if they intake ivermectin and also they can wean off the flocks mean they can wean off the stupid statens none of these other these biopharmaceuticals. Do not Come here. I get the people you get that under. So yeah, we covered everything.

Okay, right. Listen, I'm sorry, I actually want to apologize because I think my last from luck might have come across badly. Like, I was moving meaning to be very time and I didn't want to take up too much paper to say things wrong. So if it did sound of thanks for being gracious about that. And thanks in general for again, your time and everything that you've shared with us today. So, do you have time for a few more questions from people? Yeah, please, if anyone has any. So we can please raise your hands everyone who has a question?

Nice. I'm still not washing. So we've got Adam here. Go ahead. And Hi, Dimitri. Really appreciate your efforts and what you're doing.

The question I've got is with, with taking nice, and I've heard that you can get hooks reactions from nice and I was just wondering if the melatonin if that prevents that. Or if, if essentially, it's just a case of you just start to get better without any any any negatives. Always a case that you could get hooked reactions.

Yes, the first reactions is literally the excess niacin with sufficient melatonin before, whatever that is, that won't happen. So the only plant where I've been hearing reports back about like perks, reactions is more like, it's like, no, I had a long hauler, who was a physician who recovered they were reporting that like, once they got that sweet spot they like felt like almost like a nuisance. Um, but no, it won't be like, like, like,

no, like nothing like right after where that's all part of the access. Nice and so essentially, it's like that's why you want to always, you know, overshoot Melatonin the first time the first time it's okay

especially if you're ailing for recovery. But now and you know, if it happens that first time because we didn't have enough time, you know, how much kind of very quickly once you get to the sweet spot never happen again. That's brilliant. Thanks for that to me.

Anything else you'd like to ask you may as well go ahead and does anyone else please again raise your hand

I have a question for you then. And tickets just so in terms of healthy you've got a lot of supplements there on the table and it's great. Are any of these things you've got the variable of support from visiting team broad thoughts about how many of them available in food and can you give us like a top 10 List of perhaps safe food and or supplements that you'd recommend

from from feared I mean, it's it's unfortunately not enough. I mean, all the foods are all I want to add dandelion tea, is this kind of like a mini version of my protocol, the value of big buffer like one problem I know that you guys and UK love your tea, but so the dandelion tea will be a great browser, but I mean, you can get most I mean most it's

Oh, it frozen for me. And if it's just me Yes, definitely frozen. Okay. Hang on for a minute then sir. But this folks,

dogs, cats, if you can hear us, I would suggest if you can leave and rejoin. Maybe it's just so we should add some live music to play right now. That'd be great. So, see if we can invite him back. Can't find him on this list here. So good. Yeah, once again. Okay says he's in the voice chat, so it must be back. Oh, crap. Sorry, my bad. Folks, I'm back. So but that's okay, because I forgot that obviously needed some meet you again when you returned, and I was looking for you to invite you back. Welcome back. So anyone else have any other questions for Dr. Katz?

In fact, I think he was still in the middle of something, actually. Do you want to continue? I just realized he hadn't quite finished answering my question. But you're still muted on your end.

So you need to unmute yourself. Sorry. So yeah, my phone died. I'm sorry. Okay. Yeah, for your question, though. Um, you know, like most, you know, their foods like tuna steak, steak, you know, salmon. They're all high and, and B vitamins and d3. You know, wine turkey milk has has good, higher melatonin. And but it's, it's, it's not going to be nearly enough. I know, adding that will make it eventually over the life course, you won't have to take as high of doses. Because once you get the information piers out, but you'll always want to, you know, take could be a logical not to take advantage of it to your comfort level, kind of as an you know, it's almost like you're it's just it's like you're adding it to what the food doesn't have as much. Right? Yeah. Just supplementing. Yeah, and this stuff's all getting used up if you wash all the nice things getting used up. So you don't have to worry about that. That's where, where you see all the negative reports about nice little caveats because of the access, and that's because of the lack of knowledge on

Nixon. Okay, no, thank you very much. Well, what I'll do then, if you've said a thing you can't to say tonight, there's no more questions by the looks of it. I'll stop recording here. And then we can restart the and that what that will actually do is it will kick everyone out, but everyone could just rejoin, and people then just be unmuted, and they can continue the conversation just freely says she's gonna stick around. So I go ahead. Yeah. Where's it going to be? posted to so I can share? Yes. So I mean, I'm going to, I need to figure out where it actually gets stored on my phone, but hopefully shouldn't take too long. And as soon as that gets done, I'll post it on 99% Well, sorry for that too. Okay. Yeah, so I'll end it now in just one second. The recording there is no end to voice chat in a minute. Okay, so thanks so much for coming on. Oh, before we do that, actually, before we end the recording, do you have a website or anything you'd like to promote?

My Twitter just got suspended but you can I have a backup for now. It's Santa Claus Schwab. So yeah, sounds all those 12 at what say twitter.com slash Santa Claus Schwab's? When so let's say the claws so it's sa n ta KLAUSSRKLA. us ch web. So the claws and the Schwab's share the same app.

Okay, lovely. Thank you. Alright, I'll end the recording that and thank you very much. Once again. There we go.
