Yeah, there's been a change in the capital gains tax. So you kind of get caught coming and going. But but you know, Beth, I think this was this one's from Beth and Boston. I'm sorry, if I'm getting this wrong. I'm looking at the screen. And trying to figure this out, was sort of chastising me because I think she thought I said that young people don't need to own anything. She wrote, stop with the young people don't need to own stuff. That's BS. We have no money. That's why we own things. But that wasn't what I was saying. I was not saying that young people don't need to own anything. I was saying that the sense that I was drawing the distinction between the sense that older people have about the the importance of an ownership of a house and the permanence that that conveys has changed a lot because we become a much more mobile society and paying the bank a whole lot of interest. Doesn't actually appeal as well to younger generations as it did to older generations, but I was not implying that young people don't want or need to own things. I think it's exactly the opposite.
That's the voice of Andrew broad course former sheriff of Suffolk County she's in for Jim bratty death was upset and I wanted to make sure that she was a lot of criticism. People are upset with me or they're upset with Jim or one of us almost all the time.
