back in June, our budget policy directives with our approved budget included directing the city administrator to create a plan for increased revenue generation that includes a number of things including our economic development strategy. I know that the Economic and Workforce Development Department is working on that strategy. I believe it's going to be ready by the second half of 2024. But I want to underscore and add to what councilmember Kaplan said in terms of really being aggressive about ways that we can generate more revenue. Obviously, the mayor announced her film initiative that can help in addition to all the ways we're trying to better support all of our businesses, including new businesses coming to Oakland. So I think it would be important as we look at this, again, to also have an update, more broadly on revenue.
