I can understand looking at that guide now, you know, there's potential lack of clarity and understanding exactly how bids would be sort of calculated or evaluated on the receiving side by the city, at that point. So but, you know, ultimately, you know, I think I do think, you know, when, when the council did pass the changes, you know, I think I remember, a lot of the messaging around the changes was, you know, we're piloting we're iterating. And we'll adjust as, as as we learn from as each successive set of bids, and I think we learned a few things, as this first set of bids came in after those adjustments were made.
