One is something that goes beyond finance and revenue to the administration to the workforce team to the City Economic Development team is looking at what we are doing and what more we could be doing to support our local businesses to support people shopping in Oakland, to support people doing their business in Oakland and opening their businesses in Oakland. I know in the past few weeks, there have been a variety of things rolled out, including, you know, the Parking Pilot and things like that. But I do think we should look more broadly, including that, but what other steps we have and what other steps we can have to help encourage people shopping here doing business here buying property here, and have that become incorporated into our strategy going forward, including in the T ot category, right, our hotels and rent and short term rentals. You know how that's going and what we can do to ensure that all of those revenues are coming in. And then I wanted to also suggest that we would look into the small remainder parcels of real estate that the city owns we own a variety of parcels that are by virtue of being under 5000 square feet have a different process under the surplus Lands Act and larger parcels have and many of the smaller parcels that we own our remainder parcels from freeway building and other activities like that, and they abut people's backyards who may wish to acquire them to expand their own properties. So I'd like us to look into that going forward in terms of how we might make those properties available for people to acquire. Of course the Raiders training for Woody also making sure we do sell that I think will be important going forward. And that's something that we can continue to, to work on as we work to expand on this. And then the other area that I wanted to suggest for further follow up is the special funds, the nongeneral funds, which here are in table 12 In this report, and we have a variety of funds that do have substantial projected, available ending projected fund balances, including the whole cluster of transportation related funds, like measure BB and F, including measure Q, including the Development Services Fund. And so I would think that we could be as we're looking ahead to the may revise and the next report to be looking at the variety of possible uses of those non general purpose funds, as well as ways to deal with this balance.
