Um, so I'll start with his self self esteem. Like I said, Ed definitely has boosted over time, and so much so that He disciplines himself. So I noticed that he does push ups and sit ups when he's at home, and he picks that up from karate, and he knows that he has to be physically fit in order to do certain things. So he keeps himself monitored. It's like a self discipline that he has acquired. And I really really love that about him. Academics. Schools just started today, but he does know that academics and sports go hand in hand especially when choosing a college or the right college to go to or if you can possibly get a scholarship to go to college. They're going to look at both aspects, sports and academics. So he does know that he has to be at a certain level in order to maintain the sports that he loves so much. Health and wellness like I said he is self discipline. He monitors what he eats. No sugary, fatty stuff. He wants to have a six pack. We're working on that and so um, yeah, he shows off his muscles and he he looks like Look what I've done. I look at my roundhouse kick. So definitely health wise i I've noticed that he's a lot happier, a lot, a lot more secure in his actions and what he's capable of doing.
