And here's a millennial that I happen to know so I'm gonna read her email. She says as an older millennial, she says it's almost impossible for her peers to buy a home without generational wealth. Nearly everyone she knows was bought a home get help from their parents. She brought 75 grand from her parents and paid it back for her downpayment. And the house she currently lives in was purchased by her mother in law. So she's their landlord. And she said other friend received six figure gift from her parents with an understanding that comes out of their inheritance. This is not an equitable situation. I think that's true. A lot of people are borrowing money from the press. My poor children, of course, will not be because I don't have enough to give them.
