## Key facts

- Self-serve plans (Basic, Pro, Business) have no minimum number of users. You can buy a single seat.
- Workspace sizes are maximums: Basic up to 5 members, Pro up to 5 billed users, Business up to 25 billed users, Enterprise unlimited.
- Annual billing costs about 50% less than monthly on Pro and 33% less on Business.
- SSO and SCIM are only available on Enterprise (100-user minimum license); they are not on Basic, Pro, or Business.
- Transcription minutes reset monthly and do not roll over.
