Thank you. Hi, my name is Robert Hall. I'm the founder and CEO of material. We are advanced mature technology company that turns agricultural waste into Hong Kong compostable packaging material to replace single use plastic material we want to sue to solve the two biggest global problems single use plastic and two ways. These two global problems accumulate for more than 30% of the world's total current emission. How do we do that? Well, we developed the world's first panda technology, that upcycles plant agricultural waste, like what you see here, this is spent grain which is also known as pure waste, we then extract the protein from the beer waste and turn it into packaging material that you can see in my hands, these are all made from plant protein made from spring green, our product can Hong compose or industrial complex at the end of life. To get deeper into the manufacturing process, there are three big steps First is protein purification, protein modification and film formation. Step one protein purification, we basically extract the protein from the spent grain where we separate the protein solution from the residuals, then the protein was precipitated from the solution and rinse Is that too, which is a protein purification, we dissolve the purified protein into certain solution. Then other functional groups of solutions work with protein to dissolve into chemical properties that can prove water barrier situations. Lastly, the protein film formation which can be done through casting, blowing then drying process. Our film which you can see here, it's home compostable within 180 days, it can also heat sealed, which can be made into banks, statutes, and even product labels. You can also print words on our products. As you can see, we have created labels for our partner bow Iser, and we're also working with them to develop the world's first beer bottle made from Stingray, which can be made into rigid packaging alongside flexible packaging. This will be the world's first innovation to replace single use plastic a single use glass bottle. In terms of pricing we also have advantage over other materials. We're currently launching pilot with Bowser and our cost is ready 20 to 30% cheaper compared to the most widely use biomaterial poi MPB at once we reach commercialization by 2020 for our costs is projected to be similar as conditional plastic ldpe. We like when I mentioned we are launching their pilot with Budweiser in China, where we are developing the film and the beer bottle with them. Because of unique technology, not only do we already signed a MOU and launch a pilot with Budweiser, we have also signed a letter of interest with Javi Javi is the sourcing partner of McDonald's, Coca Cola, Coca Cola and panda bread. We are working with them to replace their single use plastic and po a beverage back with our material, which you can see right here this back. In terms of the theme we heart We have a very experienced team. I have started three companies with two acquisitions. My work has been recognized by for 30 under 30. I'm also entrepreneur Hall of Fame at USC Marshall School of Business. My co founder he has 30 years experience in protein, polymer and chemical engineering from Georgetown University. We also have teammates from University of Oxford, Harvard University in Hong Kong Baptist University. In terms of our roadmap, we are going to start the pilot production next year with Budweiser, which will in turn produce 900 tons of pellets like these, these pellets can directly apply to classic manufacturing machines helping pasic manufacturer begin quick transition towards sustainability. And by 2024, we will be ready for commercialization on more than 10,000 tons of pallets. Social Impact is at the core of our business. Not only does our technology work on beer waste spent grain it can work on a variety of products such as soy, oats, and even dairy products. We want to create more value for these two ways that could have just gone to landfill and have little value. At the end. We only replace these plastic waste material with single use plastics. If you believe in the future that is to waste free and plastic free then please join us one day you will be proud to tell children the mom and pop about so hard to make your future green. Save again. Thank you Robert, that

was great. And I love your mission. That's fantastic. Doug, why don't you start? Thank you. Thanks so much. Appreciate it. Robert. I'm curious, where are you getting the access to the the raw materials, he said the beer. Eventually they just said there's soy, potentially even dairy, where you're getting access to all that.

So we are getting this stem rain, which is also known as the beer waste from Budweiser. We are launching a pilot with them in China right now. And we are setting the pilot facility near their production facility.

Eventually, you're gonna have to get partnerships with Budweiser and all the other large manufacturers gear manufacturers in order to get access to their to the raw materials.

Right, so we already secure the VOA scramble was are always trying to expand that to partner with their parent company, AB InBev, which has 200 brands, beer brands. Yep. Well, does a question.

I'm happy to jump in. Hey, Robert, so nice to be doing a great pitch certainly loved the mission here. You talked a lot about the the pilot with Budweiser. What are the success criteria that they're looking for on the back end of the pilot to learn to go to a larger commercial engagement?
